Abstract
PURPOSE:To miniaturize a device and reduce the mounting area, by forming an inverter transformer and an inductor integrally. CONSTITUTION:As a first magnetic core, a 'square'-shaped magnetic core is composed of 'U'-shaped magnetic cores 6-7, and is wound up with a primary winding 3a and a secondary winding 1. Besides, as a second magnetic core, a 'U'-formed magnetic core 5 is used, and is connected to the yoke section 5a of said magnetic core 6 via a gap spacer. Accordingly, the magnetic path of the second magnetic core is composed of the 'U'-shaped magnetic core 5 and a yoke 6a. To the second magnetic core, an inductor winding 3b is applied, and is connected to the primary winding 3a in series. Besides, the winding direction is set so that the direction of magnetic flux generated from the primary winding 3a and the direction of magnetic flux generated from the inductor winding 3b may be opposite to each other at the yoke section 6a. As a result, the magnetic flux of the yoke section 6a is directed to be cancelled together.
