Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate a gap discrepancy and obtain a required leakage flux, by a method wherein coils are wound on bobbins provided on a square-ring core composed of a pair of L-shaped cores and positions of the bobbin coils against the core are determined and air gaps at the junctions of the L-shaped cores are regulated while the positions of the coils are restricted. CONSTITUTION:When a square-ring core 4 is composed by arranging a pair of L- shaped cores 2 coil bobbins 5 on which coils 1 are wound are positioned at a certain position of each side of the core 2. A pair of the coil bobbins 5 positioned at the corresponding sides are fixed in a body by a coupling plate 6 and at the same time the relative discrepancy of the position of a pair of cores 2 is eliminated. Thus, the width of the air gaps at the junctions of the cores 2 can be constant and the necessary dimensions are obtained securely so that the deterioration of the properties caused by the fluctuation of a magnetic-path cross-section and the leakage flux.
