1. Clinical surface of a wound degassing unit that uses of department of general surgery, its characterized in that: the anti-leakage surrounding module is used for covering the area and/or the space where the wound surface of a patient is located so as to prevent spray or liquid sprayed by the nozzle from leaking outwards; the anti-leakage surrounding module comprises a wound surrounding structure which is tightly attached to the peripheral skin of the wound of a patient, a visual protective cover, one end of which is tightly connected with the wound surrounding structure, and the other end of which is communicated with the nozzle, wherein the wound surrounding structure is provided with a liquid outlet for extracting liquid in a surrounding area of the wound surrounding structure,the row The liquid port is connected with the liquid pumping device;
the wound surface surrounding structure can adjust the surrounding size and the surrounding shape of the wound surface surrounding structure according to the size and the shape of the wound surface of a patient; the enclosure size and enclosure shape of the one end of the shield can be adapted to the enclosure size and enclosure shape of the wound enclosure;
the wound surface surrounding structure is made of elastic materials and comprises a strip-shaped main body, a clamping connector arranged at one longitudinal end of the main body, a negative pressure adsorption layer which is arranged on one side of the main body and is used for being tightly adsorbed on the skin of a patient, a first connecting structure which is arranged on the other side of the main body opposite to the one side and is used for being tightly connected with the protective cover, and a clamping structure which is arranged on the other side of the main body opposite to the one side and is used for being combined with the clamping connector to form a surrounding form of the wound surface surrounding structure; the first coupling structure and the clamping structure are oppositely arranged along the longitudinal direction of the main body on the other side of the main body, the clamping connector is arranged on the longitudinal extension surface of the other side of the main body, and the main body of the wound surface surrounding structure is provided with the liquid outlet on one side close to the clamping connector;
the clamping structure comprises a plurality of cavities, solid connecting blocks and cavity pipes, wherein the cavities are longitudinally arranged along the main body at intervals, the solid connecting blocks are arranged between adjacent cavities, and the cavity pipes are arranged on the solid connecting blocks and used for communicating the two adjacent cavities; the clamping connector can be clamped on the cavity tube to enable the wound surface surrounding structure to form a surrounding shape, and the clamping connector is used for hermetically isolating two corresponding adjacent cavities at the cavity tube;
the negative pressure adsorption layer comprises a plurality of suckers arranged on the surface of one side of the main body, and the suckers are arranged at intervals along the longitudinal direction of the main body or are arranged in a matrix manner; the negative pressure adsorption layer further comprises a convex ring arranged along the outer edge of the surface of the one side of the main body, the convex ring is perpendicular to the surface of the one side of the main body, the convex ring surrounds all the suckers, the suckers have a first preset height relative to the surface of the one side of the main body, the convex ring has a second preset height relative to the surface of the one side of the main body, and the first preset height is larger than the second preset height, namely, when adsorption work is not performed, the suckers protrude relative to the convex ring; the axial center of the sucker is provided with a through hole, the through hole penetrates through the main body and then is communicated with the cavity of the clamping structure, and the cavity of the clamping structure is connected with a negative pressure generating device; the cavity close to the clamping joint in the clamping structure is connected with the negative pressure generating device;
the protective cover comprises a flexible cover film made of a transparent waterproof material, the cover film comprises 4 side edges, the four side edges of the cover film are respectively a first side edge, a second side edge, a third side edge and a fourth side edge, the first side edge is opposite to the second side edge, and the third side edge is opposite to the fourth side edge; the cover film is provided with a bendable clamping belt along the first side edge; the clamping band can be jointed on the first coupling structure of the wound surface surrounding structure, or the clamping band can be clung to the first coupling structure of the wound surface surrounding structure; the side parts of the third side edge and the fourth side edge of the cover film are mutually overlapped and connected to form an enclosing form of the cover film; the protective cover comprises a first magnet and a second magnet which are attracted to each other; the first magnet and the second magnet are mutually matched along the direction from the first side edge to the second side edge of the cover film, and are used for enabling part or all of overlapped areas after the corresponding side parts of the third side edge and the fourth side edge are overlapped and connected to be in seamless tight connection;
a shrink ring is arranged on the second side edge of the cover film and used for shrinking the second side edge of the cover film; the spray nozzle sprays spray or liquid into the protective cover through the contraction ring and then reaches the wound surface of the patient; the nozzle and the contraction ring are tightly connected in a detachable mode through a second coupling structure;
the wound surface disinfection device for general surgery clinic comprises the following working steps:
s11, surrounding a wound surface of a patient by using a wound surface surrounding structure: starting a negative pressure generating device to enable a negative pressure adsorption layer of a main body to surround along the peripheral skin of a wound surface, enabling a clamping structure to be positioned at the inner side of a surrounding ring relative to a first connecting structure, pressing the negative pressure adsorption layer during surrounding to enable a sucker of the negative pressure adsorption layer to be adsorbed on the skin of a patient, enabling the sucker to shrink towards a convex ring to enable the convex ring to be tightly attached to the skin of the patient, and enabling a clamping connector to be clamped on the clamping structure to complete surrounding; wherein,
when the negative pressure generating device is a vacuum pump, the vacuum pump starts to work, and the suction cup automatically adsorbs on the skin of a patient under the negative pressure of the vacuum pump when the suction cup is pressed;
when the negative pressure generating device uses the air bag to carry out negative pressure work, the air bag is firstly flattened, and then the sucker is pressed, and as the air check valve of the air bag only can enable the air bag to give out air, the dry and flat air bag can generate negative pressure suction to the sucker;
