one end of the spray pipe is communicated with the annular pipe, the part of the spray pipe, which is arranged in the accommodating space, is provided with spray holes, the spray holes face the accommodating space,
the annular pipe is provided with a first interface which is externally connected with a liquid supply device capable of providing disinfectant,
the disinfectant is sprayed on the upper limbs or the lower limbs through the spray holes.

the gel layer is used for enabling the outer surface of the upper limb or the lower limb to be uniformly stressed after the pressurizing layer is inflated,
the annular pipe is arranged inside the disinfectant pipeline layer,
the spray pipe penetrates through one end of the disinfectant pipeline layer and is arranged on the inner surface of the first sleeve body,
the first interface penetrates through the other end of the disinfectant pipeline layer and is arranged on the disinfectant pipeline layer.

a second sleeve body sleeved outside the first sleeve body, wherein the first sleeve body and the second sleeve body are detachably connected,
