The air bag has small, medium and large models, and can be selected according to different human bodies.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the outer peripheral wall of the middle section 141 of the air bag 14 is in arc transition connection with the outer peripheral walls of the first side wing 142 and the second side wing 143, the middle section 141 comprises a straight section, a first curved section and a second curved section which are positioned at two sides of the straight section, the length of the straight section is smaller than the thickness of the thoracic wall 3, when the air bag 14 is inflated, the inner wound section of the wound is in pressing contact with the outer peripheral surface of the first curved section, the outer wound section of the wound is in pressing contact with the outer peripheral surface of the second curved section, and the first side wing 142 and the second side wing 143 press two side surfaces of the thoracic wall 3. The outer peripheral wall of the middle section 141 and the outer peripheral walls of the first side wing 142 and the second side wing 143 are arranged to be in arc transition connection, the inner and outer wound sections are extruded by the arc outer peripheral surface of the expansion air bag 14 to seal the wound, ascites and pleural effusion are effectively prevented from leaking, and the drainage tube has a good anti-seepage function.
Because the honeycomb duct is in the art in case stretch into the patient abdominal cavity after the assigned position, at whole drainage process, the honeycomb duct is in the stationary state, and the patient abdominal cavity is irregular cavity, and the minimum of patient's abdominal cavity can not accurately be placed to the front end of honeycomb duct, therefore can not all draw forth the hydrops in the abdominal cavity, can not avoid having the residue. In order to extract all the effusion in the abdominal cavity as much as possible, in a preferred embodiment of the present embodiment, the front end of the drainage tube can be adjusted in an inclination angle within a small range, specifically, as shown in fig. 9, the tube body wall of the drainage tube body 1 is provided with a plurality of channels 1, a steel wire 18 is installed in the channels 1, the front end of the steel wire 18 is fixedly connected with the channel wall of the channel 1, the tail end of the steel wire 18 is a free end, the free end is provided with a pull ring, and the swing direction of the front end of the drainage tube body 1 is adjusted by pulling one of the steel wires 18, so that the front end of the drainage tube body 1 swings within a certain range, thereby sucking more effusion.
Meanwhile, in order to improve the flexibility of tail end adjustment, a flexible section 19 is arranged at the position, close to the tail end, of the pipeline of the drainage tube main body 1, the wall thickness of the flexible section 19 is smaller than that of the pipeline of the drainage tube main body, and the flexible section is a sphere with an internal channel.
In the use process of the anti-leakage pleuroperitoneal cavity drainage tube, firstly, a drainage tube main body 1 is plugged and pulled out for several times through a sterilizer 4 to complete pipeline disinfection, then the drainage tube main body penetrates into the pleuroperitoneal cavity of a patient through a wound, when the part of an air bag 14 enters skin, the insertion of the drainage tube main body 1 is stopped when the drainage tube main body is positioned at the opening of the wound, then the air is conveyed to a hollow pipeline 12 through an inflating device, the air bag 14 is inflated through the hollow pipeline 12, the air bag 14 is expanded after being inflated, the inflating quantity can be increased and decreased according to the size of the actual wound, the air bag 14 is tightly contacted with the inner wall of the wound after being inflated, then the inflated air bag 14 is fixed with the skin through a fixing belt 15, then the pleuroperitoneal cavity drainage can be carried out, the air bag 14, the hollow pipeline 12 connected with the air bag 14, the air bag 14 is expanded to seal the wound, so as to prevent ascites and pleural effusion from leaking, so that the drainage tube has the function of preventing leakage, and the use convenience of the drainage tube is improved.
