s11, the operator surrounds the wound of the patient with the wound surrounding structure: starting the negative pressure generating device to enable the negative pressure adsorption layer 5 of the main body 1 to surround along the skin on the periphery of the wound surface, enabling the clamping structure 4 to be located on the inner side of the surrounding ring relative to the first connecting structure, pressing the negative pressure adsorption layer 5 during the surrounding process to enable a sucking disc 501 of the negative pressure adsorption layer 5 to be adsorbed on the skin of a patient, enabling the sucking disc 501 to shrink towards the direction of the convex ring 502 to enable the convex ring 502 to be tightly attached to the skin of the patient, and enabling the clamping connector 2 to be clamped on the clamping structure 4 to complete the surrounding; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
when the negative pressure generating device is a vacuum pump, the vacuum pump starts to work, and the suction cup 501 can be automatically adsorbed on the skin of the patient under the negative pressure effect of the vacuum pump when the suction cup 501 is pressed;

s2, cleaning and draining the wound by an operator:
s21, selecting required cleaning solution and/or disinfectant and corresponding nozzles according to requirements, aligning the nozzles to the wound surface of a patient through the contraction ring 10, and draining liquid by using a liquid drainage device after cleaning or disinfection; in one embodiment, the method comprises the following steps:
s211, an operator firstly selects a nozzle for providing normal saline to aim at the wound surface of a patient for spray washing, and the normal saline is soaked on the wound surface and stays for a first preset time; then the operator uses the drainage device to drain liquid, so that the physiological saline for soaking the wound surface of the patient is drained through the liquid outlet;
s212, an operator selects a nozzle for providing hydrogen peroxide to aim at the wound surface of the patient to spray, and the hydrogen peroxide is soaked on the wound surface and stays for a second preset time; then, the operator uses the liquid discharge device to discharge liquid, so that the hydrogen peroxide soaking the wound surface of the patient is discharged through the liquid discharge port;
s213, the operator selects the nozzle for supplying the normal saline to aim at the wound surface of the patient for spray washing again, the drainage device is used for draining the liquid simultaneously during spray washing, and the spray washing is stopped after the third preset time and the work of the drainage device is stopped;
s214, an operator selects a nozzle for providing iodophors to align to the wound surface of a patient, so that the iodophors are coated on the wound surface of the patient;
s3, after cleaning and disinfection, releasing the surrounding of the leakage-proof surrounding module to the wound surface of the patient by an operator: the contraction of the contraction ring 10 is released, the connection between the protective cover 6 and the wound surface surrounding structure is released, and the wound surface surrounding structure is carefully pulled out from the skin of the patient.
In summary, the wound surface disinfection device for clinical general surgery of the invention supplies cleaning solution and disinfection solution to the nozzle through the cleaning disinfection solution supply device, so that the cleaning and disinfection processes are integrally realized, and the cleaning and disinfection efficiency is higher. The wound surface of a patient is conveniently washed and disinfected by arranging the nozzle, so that the wound surface is cleaned more cleanly and disinfected more conveniently. The leakage-proof surrounding module is arranged to surround the wound surface of a patient, so that the wound surface of the patient can be cleaned and disinfected without moving the body of the patient, and cleaning solution and disinfectant cannot wet and pollute bed sheets or clothes of the patient in the cleaning and disinfecting process, so that the work of cleaning and disinfecting the wound surface is labor-saving and convenient; wherein: 1) the leakage-proof surrounding module surrounds the peripheral skin of the wound of the patient by adopting a wound surrounding structure, so that liquid in the wound area cannot flow outwards, and the wound of the patient can be soaked in cleaning solution and disinfectant, so that the cleaning solution and the disinfectant are saved, and the cleaning and disinfecting effects are better; the protective cover 6 is matched with the wound surface surrounding structure and the nozzle, so that the nozzle is ensured not to be sprayed out of the protective cover 6 in the working process, the protective cover 6 is visible, and an operator can conveniently know the wound surface condition at any time in the cleaning process; 2) the wound surface surrounding structure is made of elastic materials, the main body 1 of the wound surface surrounding structure is provided with a strip shape, the main body 1 can surround the wound surface of a patient conveniently, and the negative pressure adsorption layer 5 is arranged to realize tight connection with the peripheral skin of the wound surface of the patient; 3) the cover film 7 of the protective cover 6 is a flexible soft film, so that the cover film 7 can be conveniently matched with the surrounding size and the surrounding shape of the wound surrounding structure; the fixing of the surrounding form of the cover film 7, i.e. the tightness of the surrounding, is facilitated by the provision of the first magnet 9 and the second magnet. The second side 702 of the mask 7 is shrunk by the shrink ring 10, so that the matching work of the nozzle and the mask 7 is facilitated. The first magnet 9 and the second magnet are respectively formed into a long strip shape by a plurality of magnetic sheets which are connected through flexible materials, so that the first magnet 9 and the second magnet can be bent, and the bendable first magnet 9 and the bendable second magnet are matched with the flexible cover film 7 to facilitate the nozzle to be close to or far away from the wound surface of a patient in the working process.

1. A clinical wound disinfection device for general surgery as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the wound surface surrounding structure can adjust the surrounding size and the surrounding shape of the wound surface surrounding structure according to the size and the shape of the wound surface of a patient; the surrounding size and the surrounding shape of the one end of the protective cover can be matched with the surrounding size and the surrounding shape of the wound surrounding structure.

A clinical wound disinfection device for general surgery as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the protective cover comprises a flexible cover film made of a transparent waterproof material, the cover film comprises 4 side edges, the four side edges of the cover film are respectively a first side edge, a second side edge, a third side edge and a fourth side edge, the first side edge is opposite to the second side edge, and the third side edge is opposite to the fourth side edge; the cover film is provided with a bendable clamping belt along the first side edge; the clamping band can be connected to the first connecting structure of the wound surface surrounding structure, or the clamping band can be tightly attached to the first connecting structure of the wound surface surrounding structure; the side parts of the third side and the fourth side of the cover film are mutually overlapped and connected to form a surrounding form of the cover film; the shield includes a first magnet and a second magnet that attract each other; the first magnet and the second magnet are matched with each other along the direction from the first side edge to the second side edge of the cover film and are used for enabling the side parts corresponding to the third side edge and the fourth side edge to be overlapped and connected to form seamless tight connection in a partial or whole overlapping area.
