Abstract
The invention provides a method of controlling by-productsor pollutants from fuel combustion, comprising combusting a fuelcontaining a dispersion, the dispersion comprises: (a) a mixture ofat least two metal bases, wherein each metal of the metal bases hasan average oxidation state of (+2) or higher, (b) at least onesurfactant; and (c) at least one organic medium, wherein the metalbases are uniformly dispersed in the organic medium.
