【0023】
iu=√(2)×Is×sin(θ−φ) ・・・・・ (3)
【0024】
【0038】
Vo=Vs×cosα−R×Is×cos(φ−α) ・・・・・ (9)
【0039】
【0041】
Is2=(Ia2+Ir2)/K2 ・・・・・ (10)
【0042】
【0050】
Po=Vo×Io×cos(φ−α+γ) ・・・・・ (14)
【0051】

【0065】
Vo=Vs−R×Is ・・・・・ (17)
【0066】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a motor control device that controls a brushless motor, and more particularly, to a motor control device that drives a brushless motor following maximum efficiency.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in a control method for driving a brushless motor, particularly a magnet-embedded brushless motor (hereinafter referred to as an IPM motor) in which a permanent magnet is embedded in a rotor, a maximum torque control is generally performed. As an example of the maximum torque control in such an IPM motor, for example, there is a control method disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-262089. According to the control method disclosed in this publication, when driving an IPM motor, maximum torque / current is controlled by using reluctance torque, thereby maximizing torque / current, minimizing copper loss, and achieving high efficiency. I was trying to realize driving.
[0003]
Hereinafter, the conventional maximum torque control of the IPM motor will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 11 is a block diagram showing a configuration of a conventional motor control method for an IPM motor.
As shown in FIG. 11, the current and the voltage of the
The conditional expression for the maximum torque control is expressed by the following expression (1) (refer to RM-95-15, "Various characteristics of a ring magnet embedded PM motor", a document of the Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan).
[0004]
[0005]
In the equation (1), Δm is a flux linkage generated by the embedded magnet, the direction of the induced voltage generated by the flux linkage is the q axis, and the axis orthogonal to the q axis and advanced by 90 ° in the rotational direction is d. As axes, Ld and Lq represent d-axis and q-axis inductances, respectively, and Id and Iq represent d-axis and q-axis components of the motor current Is, respectively.
[0006]
If there is no position detection sensor for detecting the position of the rotor, the d-axis motor current Id and the q-axis motor current Iq cannot be directly obtained, so that the equation is expanded to a formula using reactive power.
[0007]
[0008]
In the equation (2), Vs is an applied voltage, Ir is a reactive current, and k is a coefficient. The right side of the equation (2) is the target value of the reactive power to which the condition of the maximum torque control is added, and the left side shows the actual value of the reactive power.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional motor control device configured as described above, the maximum torque control is performed to maximize the torque / current, and the copper loss is minimized to perform the high-efficiency drive control. Therefore, the target value of the reactive power condition that gives the maximum torque is calculated by calculation, and the error voltage is obtained by comparing the applied voltage of the motor and the actual value of the reactive power obtained from the motor current, thereby performing the output voltage control. .
[0011]
However, the efficiency in motor control is the ratio of loss to output, that is, the ratio of output to input, but conventional motor control devices ignore iron loss among loss conditions and focus only on copper loss. However, the motor control at the actual maximum efficiency point was not performed.
An object of the present invention is to provide a motor control device capable of always following the maximum efficiency and reliably controlling at the maximum efficiency point.
