Claims (8)
気相からカーボンを堆積させて、複数のカーボンナノチューブがネット状に集合してなるナノチューブ集合物を形成する工程;
前記ナノチューブ集合物を延伸する工程;および、
前記ナノチューブ集合物を重ね合わせる工程;
を含み、ここで、前記延伸工程は前記重ね合わせ工程を挟んで複数回行われ、それら複数回の延伸工程における延伸方向をほぼ同一方向とする、カーボンナノチューブを主構成要素とするフィラメントの製造方法。 The following steps:
