Abstract
An uninterruptible switching power supply system includes: 1. supply display controlled by S1 and relay RY1 from the power input andbidirection line filter consisting of C1, C2, L1 and L2 for filteringout the noise and pulse in power source; 2. switching rectifier/inverter mainly consisting of Q101-Q104 and itsinternal D101-D104, S2, making D101-D104 as a full-wave rectifier innormal mode, and as an inverter in reverse mode to supply power by theswitching of S2; 3. normal half bridge switching reverse HV rectifier consisting of C101,C102, Q105, Q106 and its internal D105, D106, operating as half bridgeswitching in normal mode and as HV rectifier in reverse mode; 4. low voltage supply and shut down controller for supplying the VCC, VDD,-V, GND voltage and auto shut down control; 5. alternating current detector consisting of T101, D3-D6, R3, C9, VR8for detecting the conditions of break power, low power and unstablepower; 6. sequence controller for operating the specified instruction in normalmode and operating another different instructions in reverse mode; 7. inverter driver for accepting the control instruction from the sequencecontroller; 8. transformer for transmitting the energy; 9. noninterruptible driver and driving circuit for accepting the controlinstructions from the sequence controller to operate as energy converterand double-voltage rectifier and driving the transformer to rectifyin normal mode and as the output of double-voltage rectifier inreverse mode; 10. the circuit components of noninterruptible driver including A107, Q108 and its internal D107, D108, D13, D12, D12, operating as rectifier in normal mode and accepting the instructions from the noninterruptible driver in reverse mode; 11. output rectification filtering circuit for supplying the power to external machine in reverse mode; 12. photocoupler circuit including IC1, IC2, IC4, IC5; 13. feedback circuit and external battery control for accepting the feedback from the photocoupler circuit to control the output to supply stable power and control the external power supply system; 14. charging circuit for accepting the power from the full-wave normal rectifier reverse push pull energy converter and supplying stable charging current for battery.
