The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of the dimmic characteristics of the controller. The drawing shows the functional diagram of the controller. The regulator contains an active filter., The first 2 and second 3. Differentiation units, the first 4 and second 5 voltage dividers, the first 6, the second 7, the third 8 and the fourth 9 sum of the mators, the first 10, the second P, the third 12 and the fourth 13 the amplifiers, the first 14 and second 15 rectifiers, the nonlinear element 16 with saturation, the inertial element 17 and the actuator 18, the second 11 and the fourth 13 amplifiers are made with variable gain factor,. The regulator works as follows. The input signal is fed to the first input of the adder 9 and the information input of the active filter 1. The control input of the active filter 1 receives a signal from the output of the second voltage divider 5, sets the tunable filter bandwidth as a function of the object's latency time. From the output of the active filter 1, the signal arrives at the input of the second differentiation unit 3, from which the output enters the information input of the amplifier 13, the control input of which receives the signal from the output of the second divider 5. As a result, the fourth amplifier 13 is set gain, directly proportional to the time delay. From the output of the amplifier 13, the signal is fed to a second input accumulator at the output of which the signal Y X -CX is formed, where X is the input signal; X is the derivative of the input signal C is the constant delay time, From the output of the fourth adder 9, the signal goes to the inputs of the amplifier 10, the first block 2 is differentiated and the first rectifier 14. From the outputs of the amplifier 10 and the block 2, the signals go to the inputs of the first adder 6, respectively, from the output of which the signal goes to the information input of the amplifier G1. From the output of the rectifier 14, the signal arrives at the first input of the second adder 7, the second input of which receives a signal from the output of the voltage divider. From the output of the adder 7, the signal goes through the second rectifier 15 to the input of the nonlinear element 16 with saturation, from which code to the control input of the second amplifier 11. The output of the amplifier 11 is connected to the first input of the third adder 8, the output of which is connected to the input of the amplifier 12, the output of which through the inertial link 17 is connected to the second input of the adder 8. The output of the third amplifier 12 is also connected to the input of the actuator 18. At the initial connection of the controller to the object through the elements 14, 4, 7, 15, 16, the second amplifier 1 is installed poured small gain factor, which contributes to the smooth acceleration control of the object along the border region limits on the controlled and coordinate gradual transition into the stabilization mode. As the input signal X decreases, the gain of amplifier 11 increases, and in the stabilization mode, with certain errors, the saturation nonlinear element 16 is set to be optimal for this stabilization mode. As is well known, variable gain amplifiers increase the gain directly in proportion to the signal at the control input, while the practice of automatic control systems indicates that for smooth acceleration it is necessary to change the gain from lower to higher. Since the adjustment error during acceleration along the X coordinate varies from the maximum value to the minimum value, then using the elements 14, 4, 1; 15, 16 is inversely proportional to the control error. The initial gain of the controlled amplifier can be set sufficiently small, 40–80 times less than the gain in the stabilization mode, and the controller will automatically select the necessary gain for the passage of the allowable limiting region. We denote by V (P) the transfer function of the element of the controller. The transfer functions of the elements used below have the following form: W, (P) C (P) V; W ,, (P) Kj; W, o (P) Kg; Wg (P) Itz (P) K, 4 (X); W,; (P) K, g; Y „(R) BG. W ГР -) --- TH We denote the output signals of the active filter 1 through Xp of the second block 3 differentiations - X, four + X ,; X th X7; V. for IYI 6 Л,, Л, Л, д |, It is known that the transfer function of the proportional-integral-differential controller has the form: Wp (P) Kp (X). (l + Tgp + ji -) (2), (s) Kp (x) iiMp. (3 where Kp (X) is the gain, P is the Laplace operator; T ,. is the integration time constant; the differentiation time constant. The transfer function of the controller can be defined as: Wp (P) wH /) w, j (P) 1 .pj + l ((PJWi (P) JbW TpTVPT XW (P). (4) Substituting the expressions of the transfer functions of the elements, we get: Wp (p) | {|} (--Lt) x (Kg +) k, (x) tr f,; p + T. p) W1 (. 1), P X (P) - +1 K, KiiiK6 + k PFB) K,) TCr J Xy + ( 6) 46 addition amplifier 13 - X second divider 5 voltage - X ,, fourth. adder 9 - X, first amplifier 10 - Xg, first differentiation unit 2 - X, first rectifier 14 - Xd, first adder 6 - Ho, second adder 7 - X, first divider 4 voltages - X ,, second rectifier 15 - X. nonlinear element 16 with saturation of the second amplifier 11 -, third adder 8 - Hz, third amplifier 12 gt inertial link 17 X, actuator 18 then the communication equations of the regulator signals will have the form; X The third amplifier 12 is selected with a sufficiently large amplification factor so that the ratio P V is fulfilled. In addition, the fourth amplifier 13 ensures that the ratio is satisfied: K. K l, (8) Hence we get: Wp (P) (.- 1) T, P +1, 6 + K7P2) T, 1.P + 121 JiEl. (- ± +,) Kj4 H, P + 1 Ki7 CK .. ---. Let Y (P) denote the following expression: Y (P) X (P) +1). (11) + 1 Then the transfer function of the regulation by the coordinate Y has the form v l op Γ, 7.1 Kg Sh1 Kn,. K-- h Y (P) L Kg 1, TILP: -I, (, 2) Kb From the comparison of expressions (3) and (12) we learn. .; T..K, 1 "Гf Kg T, T t Thus, K .- (X) does not change the value of the other parameters of the controller, and in relation to the calculated coordinate Y the proportional-integral-differential law is realized . Due to the introduction of an active filter 1 in the regulator structure, a differentiation unit 3, a voltage divider 5, an amplifier 13 with a variable-amplification voltage, it is possible to reduce the duration of the transient process by introducing control lead time. The use of an active filter allows one to obtain the averaged value of the derivative in error and to limit the effects of random perturbing influences and measurement noise, which increases the degree of approximation of the calculated control error to the actual one. The monotony and small gradients of the regulation error due to the aperiodic nature of the transition process provide a sufficient accuracy of the approximation of the calculated error in comparison with the actual one and a reduction in the duration of the transition processes.
