Изобретение относитс  к медицинской технике. Цель изобретени  - уменьшение травматичности при сближении краев раны. Устройство содержит резьбовые стержни 1 и 2 с отверсти ми 3. Стержни 1 и 2 соединены штангами 4 и 5 через бобышки 6 и 7 при по- мош,и контргаек. Штанги 4 и 5 через пружины 8 и 9 соединены между собой втулками 10 и 11 при помощи гаек 12 и 13. В отверсти х 3 закреплены концы игл 14 зат жкой гаек 15. Собранный узел дл  дистракции кожи .монтируют у кра  раны, производ т одновре.менное внедрение в кожу игл 14, высоту их внедрени  регулируют опусканием или подъемом опорных лапок 16. На пр молинейный конец штанги 4 надевают втулку 11 с пружиной 9 и гайкой 13. С другого конца раны монтируют подобный узел. 1 3. п. ф-лы, 2 ил.The invention relates to medical technology. 1.Устройство дл  дистракции кожи и м гких тканей, содержащее корпус с иглами , установленными в нем с возможностью их съема, механизм дистракции, отличающеес  тем, что, с целью уменьшени  травматичности при сближении краев раны, корпус выполнен в виде двух резьбовых стержней с гайками и отверсти ми, в которые вставлены иглы, а механизм дистракции выполнен в виде двух щтанг, изогнута  часть которых жестко соединена с резьбовой бобышкой, размещенной на резьбовом стержне , которые соединены между собой резьбовой подпружиненной втулкой с регулировочными гайками, а на концах резьбовых стержней установлены опорные лапки.1.
