Description

Apparatus for detecting leakage of oil base liquid}

The present invention relates to an oil leak detecting apparatus, and relates to an apparatus for detecting oil leaking by directly attaching to a place where oil leakage is expected by a tape method (eg, an oil supply pipe, an oil tank, a supply pipe, etc.). The present invention relates to a leak detection device that enables a simple and accurate judgment.

Various types of leak sensors are used to detect leaks and leaks when leaking and leaking. Representative examples include cable type leak sensors, band type leak sensors, and modular leak sensors.

The cable type leak sensor is a leak and leak detection leak sensor that detects the exposure of various liquids (water, oil, etc.) and quickly and accurately informs the point where the liquid leaks.

Leakage and leakage can be detected by detecting the potential difference caused by the resistance of water or oil leaking current flowing along the wire, it is possible to confirm the leakage and leakage.

However, such a cable type leak sensor is expensive to install, and the sensor cable length is fixed, so customers have little choice. In addition, it is difficult to install because of the need to use a separate bracket when the sensor is installed, there is a problem that additional cost, there is a problem that takes a long time to remove the property after the detection of the property and also difficult to connect to external devices.

BAND TYPE LEAK DETECTION SENSOR can detect the leakage according to the change of resistance value when water reaches the wire while current flows through the wire.

Such a band type leak detection sensor can detect a large area of leakage at low cost and is easy to install, but has a high error rate due to high humidity or external shock, and makes it easy to accurately locate a leak. There is a problem that cannot be confirmed, and there is a coarseness of the product installation because there is no connection of installation.

In addition, there is a problem that the price is expensive compared to the performance, it is difficult to install because the bracket to be fixed to the floor when installing separately, there is a problem that there is no connection device other than a simple relay contact method when connecting external equipment.

The modular leak sensor locates a photo sensor (receiver, light emitter) inside the plastic case, and receives the beam (BEAM) of the emitter from the light receiver without detecting liquid, but the beam (BEAM) detects liquid. In this case, the beam BEAM does not go to the light receiving unit due to the change of the refractive index, so that the leak is detected as the light is received.

These modular leak sensors can detect leaking parts at low cost, are easy to install, can provide their own alarm regardless of peripheral devices, and there are no errors due to humidity. Unlike TYPE), there is a problem that only a leak of a specific position can be checked, and it is difficult to connect with a peripheral device.

In addition, there is a problem in that it takes a lot of time when installing the product because it is necessary to plan a separate sensor fixing method, and it is difficult to detect when the leak location is changed because only a specific part of the leak danger area can be detected.

An object of the present invention has been proposed to improve the problems in the prior art as described above, because it is formed in a tape method can be attached directly to the place where the leakage of oil is expected to be easy to install, a separate bracket is required for installation The present invention provides a leak detection device that can be simply installed without cutting the length of the sensor tape and used.

According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention for achieving the above object,

A base layer formed into a flat tape by a porous polymer;

Conductive lines printed along a longitudinal direction on a lower surface of the base layer;

A lower protective film layer to which the conductive line is attached to protect the lower surface of the printed base layer;

An upper protective film layer attached to an upper surface of the base layer and having a plurality of holes formed at predetermined intervals in a longitudinal direction at a position where conductive lines are printed.

As described above, according to the leak detection apparatus according to the present invention,

First, since the tape method can be directly attached to the place where the occurrence of leakage is expected, there is an easy installation effect.

Second, there is an effect that can be easily installed without the need for a separate bracket during installation.

Third, the installation of the field is good because the length of the sensor tape can be cut and used as the customer wants.

Fourth, since the film material is a material such as PET, PTFE, PVC, etc., it has a strong effect on chemical solutions such as strong acid, strong alkali, organic liquid.

Fifth, the film thickness is thin when installed on the floor, because the tape adhesive method, people, equipment, carts, etc. can be stepped on and move, there is a convenient effect of installation and use.

Sixth, since the sensor tape manufacturing method is a printing method, it is inexpensive to detect leakage in a large area with a small investment cost.

Hereinafter, a leak detection apparatus according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

1 is a cross-sectional view of the oil leakage sensor 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is in the form of a tape to be attached to the outside of a floor or a wall or a pipe, and an adhesive layer 100. The lower protective film layer 200, the base line 400 printed on the lower surface of the conductive line 300, and the upper protective film layer 500 are sequentially stacked upward from the bottom surface.

In addition, the upper protective film layer 500 has holes 510 formed at predetermined intervals.

The adhesive layer 200 is a layer for attaching where leakage of oil is expected, and is configured in the form of an adhesive tape such as a double-sided tape.

The lower protective film layer 200 is a layer for protecting the lower surface of the base layer 400, and is formed of a film such as PET, PE, PTFE, PVC, conductive lines printed on the lower surface of the base layer 400 To protect the 300.

The base layer 400 is a layer on which a conductive line 300 is printed on the bottom surface, and is formed as a porous polymer to absorb and expand oil, and the porous polymer is a conductive line 300 printed on the bottom surface. ) Is insulated.

The conductive line 300 is printed on the bottom surface of the base layer 400 by a printing method, which is printed in at least one line along the longitudinal direction of the base layer 400, and the conductive line 300 is conductive It is printed by a silver compound or pure conductor ink having 0 to 20?

The upper protective film layer 100 is formed of a film such as PET, PE, PTFE, PVC to protect the upper surface of the base layer 400, like the lower protective film layer 200, the conductive line 300 In the formed position, a plurality of holes 510 are formed at predetermined intervals along the longitudinal direction thereof.

The hole 510 is formed to have a long groove, a circular groove, or other shape, the interval between the holes 510 is preferably formed to have a distance of 0.5 ~ 1.5cm.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the tape-shaped leak detection sensor 10 disassembled for each layer, and the conductive line 300 is printed on the lower surface of the base layer 400 in the longitudinal direction. ) May be formed in one or more lines.

In addition, the upper protective film layer 500 is formed with a plurality of holes 510 at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction, as shown in Figure 3 the hole 510 at the same position as the printed position of the conductive line 300 as possible Is preferably formed.

Therefore, the laminated layers are bonded by thermocompression bonding or ultrasonic welding, or an adhesive. In this case, it is preferable to bond the portions excluding the hole 510 and the conductive line 300, and the lower portion of the base film 400 Moisture is introduced from the outside to the surface is adhered after applying a waterproofing liquid such that the conductive line 300 does not detect this.

As a result, since the present invention is for detecting leakage, moisture must flow into the conductive line 300 to prevent malfunction.

To this end, the base layer 400 is formed of a porous polymer so that no change occurs in the base layer 400 even though water is introduced through the holes 510 of the upper protective film layer 500. Is not affected by moisture.

However, the base layer 400 detects the occurrence of leakage by changing the resistance of the conductive line 300 in response to oil such as a hydrocarbon liquid.

4 is a view illustrating a process of changing the present invention to detect this when leakage occurs. When oil 20 is present in the upper protective film layer 500 as shown in (a), holes 510 are formed. Oil 20 is introduced into the base layer 400 through.

The base layer 400 is formed of a porous polymer to absorb the oil 20, and gradually expands as shown in (b) by the absorption of the oil, thereby causing the conductive line 300 to be printed on the rear surface. The volume gradually increases.

In this case, minute cracks 310 are generated in the conductive line 300, which gradually increases in volume, thereby increasing resistance per unit area. When the limit point is reached, the cracks 310 of the conductive line 300 are completely separated from each other. If that happens.

Therefore, by detecting the increase in the resistance of the conductive line 300 will detect whether the leakage occurs.

To this end, when the length for detecting the leakage of oil is long, as shown in FIG. 5, the tape leakage sensor 10 may be extended by the connector 700, and the conductive line 300 may be installed through the connector 600. ) And the signal line 800 to be connected to the controller 900.

6 is an internal circuit diagram of the controller 900. The processor 910 controls the power supply unit 920 to supply a voltage of several V to the conductive line 300, and the voltage value through the conductive line 300. It is determined whether the leakage is received, if the voltage drop occurs because the resistance value of the conductive line 300 is increased is determined as leakage.

At this time, since the drop of the voltage input to the processor 910 according to the length of the leak detection sensor 10 is inevitably generated, storing the set value of the voltage drop that can occur according to the installed length of the leak detection sensor 10. When the voltage drop value detected from the conductive line 300 is greater than the set voltage drop value, the alarm generation signal is output to the display unit 940 and the warning sound generator 950. By doing so, the manager is notified of the leakage.

7 is a view showing another embodiment of the present invention, in which a conductive polymer is used instead of the porous polymer used in one embodiment.

First, the conductive line 420 is printed on the base film layer 410 formed of a film such as PET, PE, PTFE, PVC, or the like by a silver compound or a pure conductor ink having 0 to 20Ω in the longitudinal direction. The conductive polymer line 430 is attached to the conductive line 420 while being spaced apart from the conductive line 420 by a predetermined distance.

That is, as in the exemplary embodiment, the base film layer 410 is not composed of the entire porous polymer, but has a cost-saving effect by placing the conductive porous polymer only at the position where the oil of the base film layer 410 is dropped. will be.

The conductive polymer line 430 detects the occurrence of leakage by changing the resistance value in response to oil such as hydrocarbon liquid.

The conductive polymer line 430 may be attached to the base film layer 400 by various methods such as adhesive, ultrasonic welding, and thermocompression. The upper protective film layer may be formed on the base film layer 410. When 500) is attached, it is possible to attach in the same manner as described above.

An upper protective film layer 500 is positioned above the base film layer 410, and a plurality of holes 510 are formed in the upper protective film layer 500 at predetermined intervals, and the conductive polymer line The hole 510 is formed at the same position as the attached position of 430.

In addition, the stacked base film layer 410 and the upper protective film layer 500 is bonded by thermocompression bonding or ultrasonic welding, or an adhesive. At this time, the hole 510 and the conductive line 420 and the conductive polymer line ( A portion except for 430 may be bonded, and an adhesive layer may be further attached to the bottom surface of the base film layer 410 to be laminated.

Therefore, when oil flows through the hole 510 of the upper protective film layer 500, the resistance value is increased due to the porosity of the conductive polymer line 430.

Therefore, the resistance change value is read by the controller 900 to determine whether leakage occurs, and the overall operation is the same as in the exemplary embodiment.
