Description
[0001] The present invention relates to a fabric having a loop cutting structure produced by weaving loops and loops, and more particularly, to a fabric having a loop cutting structure made by knitting mono nylon and nylon composite yarn (NP compound yarn) The present invention relates to a fabric having a loop cutting structure and a method of fabricating the same.
Microfiber products are excellent in cleaning ability, quick drying, antimicrobial properties and durability. Recently, various products using microfibers have been used in cloths, cleaning mops, and the like.
In the case of a cleaning mop, the fabric is usually woven into the loop structure, and the loop is cut to fabricate the fabric having the loop structure. As it is well known, the loop is cut to effectively grasp the foreign object and to make the loop structure.
However, when a yarn is used as a microfiber in manufacturing a fabric to be applied to a cleaning mop having a loop cutting structure, there is an advantage that the wiping property is increased at the time of initial use due to the microfiber, but the thickness of the microfiber is so thin that the rebound resilience is low, When the microfiber absorbs water or presses the microfibers in the process of separating the microfibers, the threads are aggregated or entangled, and the frigidity is reduced to deteriorate the cleaning effect.
Korean Patent No. 10-0716623 entitled " Fabric Having Cut Loop Tissue < / RTI > and Method for Producing the Same " is a yarn used for producing a fabric having a cut loop structure. The outer portion is made of microfine yarns. The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems by using a fiber yarn having excellent elasticity.
However, in order to enhance the resilience and strength of the yarn, a synthetic fiber splittable yarn is used as a core yarn, a polyester and nylon split type microfiber yarn is used as a covering yarn, and a covering yarn is spun on the center yarn, So that the covering process is complicated.
In the present invention, nylon and nylon composite yarns are used to weave in a loop loop structure to have advantages of a nylon composite yarn and advantages of a fibrillated yarn at the same time, thereby improving restoring force and elasticity, Quick-drying property and quick-drying property at the same time.
A fabric manufacturing method having a loop cutting structure,
