CONSTITUTION:Input/output interfaces 26, 36, 46, digital filters 27, 37, 47 and a control section 50 are connected by optical MODEMs 28a, 38a, 48a, optical fiber cables 29, 39, 49 and optical MODEMs 28b, 38b, 48b. As a result, picking up of noise and disturbed control do not take place in the path of the optical signal. Thus, silence effect is ensured. Since optical fiber cables 29, 39, 49 are used for wires in ducts 20, 30, 40, and control rooms installed with digital filters 27, 37, 47 and the control section 50, the wiring among them is simplified.
