It is well known that the radiation generated from radium ore has bactericidal and insecticidal effects, and that radon, which is generated when radium undergoes alpha decay, has a positive effect on the human body, as is well known in radon hot springs. Therefore, attempts have been made to use natural radium ore for various purposes, but the method currently being used is to mix natural radium ore powder with other china clay powder and then fire it. , the manufacturing process was complicated. The resulting product has poor toughness and easily cracks, and if the firing temperature is low and the product is in a so-called unglazed state, there is even a risk of it leaching out if it is used by soaking it in water.

The present invention aims to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks and provide a method that can easily manufacture products with high strength and arbitrary shapes. A method for producing a radium plate is characterized in that a mixed material of a radium-containing mineral powder and a resin adhesive is disposed to a required thickness and then left to harden naturally.

In order to increase the surface area of the radium-containing ore powder that has been hardened with a resin adhesive, many grooves and holes are cut with a bamboo spatula or knife while the mixed material is still semi-solid and flexible. Engraving may be done by means such as embossing, and depending on the use of this radium plate, water permeability and air permeability may be required, and in such cases, the substrate is a porous plate or mesh plate. .

以下実施例に基づき本発明を詳述する。The present invention will be described in detail below based on Examples.

When applied to one side of an 80 x 1 m stainless steel substrate (2) to a thickness of about 3 mm, and left in the air for 24 hours, the above-mentioned crosstalk will harden itself and become a stainless steel. A product that firmly adhered to the manufactured substrate was obtained.

What was obtained in Jin's example was made by dropping it naturally from a height of about 51R onto a concrete dirt floor for 10 minutes.
Even after repeated testing, no cracking or peeling phenomena were observed.

As mentioned above, according to the method of the present invention, 2. Since the substrate is made of metal or brass, it can be easily manufactured regardless of its shape; Alternatively, the shape of the radium plate obtained by simply disposing the mixed material of slurry on both sides by appropriate means such as coating and leaving it to harden naturally, without any firing process, can be obtained even if the substrate is curved. Easily conforms to the shape of the substrate. Moreover, since there is no firing process, it is possible to easily manufacture even very large and thick objects.

The resulting radium plate is stronger than the metal or plastic substrate Iζ, so it will not break and shatter, which is a major drawback of ceramics, and even if it cracks partially, it will stick tightly to the substrate. There is no chance of it peeling off.

Therefore, the radium plate manufactured by the method of the present invention has high strength, and since it has a metal or plastic substrate, it is easy to incorporate into equipment when used for various purposes, and has a wide range of utility value. It is something.
