PURPOSE:To reduce the size of a device and to decrease the number of parts by providing windings for common mode noise prevention to respective outside legs of an E-E core, and providing inside legs with windings for balancing noise prevention with a magnetic gap between. CONSTITUTION:A spacer 35 for preventing an inside leg part from being saturated magnetically is sandwiched between the abutting inside legs of the E-E core consisting of E cores 31 and 32 abutting on each other, and outside legs are provided with windings L'1 and L'2 for common mode noise prevention; and the inside legs are provided with the spacer 35 between them and they are provided with windings L'3 and L'4 for balanced noise prevention.
