Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the vibration and the noise of a reactor iron core in which electromagnetic steel plates are laminated and lateral and longitudinal yokes are lap-bonded or are rectangularly lap-bonded by forming a gap between the edge and the side face of the yoke joint. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of block iron cores 1 are alternately columnarly stacked via spacers 2 to form iron core legs 3, a coil 4 is provided on the outside of the legs 3, longitudinal yokes 5 are disposed outside the coil 4, lateral yokes 3 are disposed at upper and lower ends of the yokes 5, thereby forming an open magnetic path with the legs 3. There are formed a gap g1 between the edges faced at the edges 5a, 6a of 3 or 4 electromagnetic steel plates with the yokes 5, 6 of a joint and a gap g2 between the side surfaces faced at the side 5b, 6b with each other. The yokes 5, 6 are interposed between stationary plates 10, 10', and are secured to a retainer 7. Even if such gaps g1, g2 are provided, its magnetic reluctance is not increased, and even if the legs 3 and the coil 4 are clamped via the yoke 6, the clamping force does not operated on the yoke 5, thereby reducing the vibration.
