Abstract

PURPOSE:To ensure a stable working even with a low power supply voltage, by forming all circuits into one chip and at the same time setting the number of stacks of a transistor at <=3 stages to the power source for all circuits. CONSTITUTION:All of the following units are formed into one chip: an FM high frequency amplifier 21, and FM mixer circuit 22, an FM local oscillating circuit 23, an FM intermediate frequency amplifier 24, an FM demodulating circuit 26, an AM mixer circuit 42, an FM local oscillator 43, an AM intermediate frequency amplifier 45, an AM wave detecting circuit 46, preamplifiers 51-53 to which the aural signals are supplied selectively from the circuits 26 and 46, and a power amplifier 54. At the same time, the number of stacks of a transistor is set at <=3 stages to a power source 63 for all circuits. Furthermore the working point of the transistor is set to reduce the level of working current.
