Abstract

PURPOSE:To heighten the accuracy of the dimensions of a nozzle hole, by unifying a substrate provided with a groove for a nozzle and a cover plate covered on the substrate by means of electrostatic junction without using adhesives, solder, etc. CONSTITUTION:A substrate 7 particularly consisting of a Si single crystal is groove- molding worked at high accuracy by means of photo-etching technique. With the joining surfaces of a cover plate 8 consisting of borosilicic acid glass with the coefficient of thermal expansion approximately similar to the substrate 7 and the substrate 7, thus degrees of plane ar each attained excellently, and the roughness of the surfaces is finished in the degree of 0.1mum. The substrate 7 and the cover plate 8 are stacked, and held between electrodes 15, 16. The whole is heated until the temperature reaches approximate 400 deg.C, and approximate 1000V voltage is applied from a power source 17 so that the electrode 15 become to + and the electrode 16 to -. Currents flow through an ammeter 18 at the beginning but reduce after several minutes, and electostatic junction is completed.
