If wood is left for a long time, discoloration will occur, although the degree of discoloration will vary depending on the species. Cork is also made from the bark of cork oaks and cork oaks, and is a type of wood that changes color and fades. While wood undergoes discoloration and fading called ``stain'' when exposed to sunlight, cork undergoes discoloration and fading called ``warm'' when exposed to sunlight. This discoloration and fading of cork is caused by the fact that cork absorbs ultraviolet and visible light through oxygen, has high energy, and has double bonds and triple bonds, making it easy to form coloring and fading groups.C=C,C=
This is thought to be caused by the dispersion or cleavage of O atomic groups.

However, the cork board having the anti-discoloration and fading layer according to the present invention is formed by applying a paint containing a mixture of a light absorber, a pigment, and phenylene diamine to the surface of the cork board, and also according to the present invention. The manufacturing method of cork board with anti-discoloration and fading layer includes light absorbing agent,
The present invention is characterized in that a paint is prepared by mixing a pigment and phenylenediamine, and this paint is applied to the surface of a cork board. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to Examples.

Cork boards used as flooring and wall materials are finished with paint, and the present invention is characterized by the additives added to the paint. First of all, paint is exposed to ultraviolet rays,
By adding a material that absorbs light such as visible light, the material absorbs the light, converts the light energy into heat energy, and dissipates it, thereby preventing the light energy from acting on the cork board.
As this light absorber, what is generally called an ultraviolet absorber can be used. For example, phenyl salicylate, benzophenones such as 2-oxy-4-methoxybenzophenone and 2,2',4,4'-tetraoxybenzophenone, 2-
These include benzotriazole-based compounds such as 2'hydroxy-5-methylphenyl, and phenyl salicylate-based compounds such as pt-butylphenyl salicylate. Among these, benzotriazole-based ones are particularly effective, with 0.1 to 3
It is preferable to add about % by weight. Pigments are also added to the paint to prevent ultraviolet and visible light from passing through the paint film and reaching the cork board. As the pigment, extender pigments are preferably used, such as fine plastic powder, silica (silicon dioxide), etc., which are added to the paint in an amount of about 0.1 to 5% by weight to block ultraviolet rays and visible light. It is. It is also good to use colorants such as pigments and dyes for this light blocking effect. The colorant can be increased or decreased depending on the need for the decoration of the cork board, but the amount added is 1 to 5% by weight based on the paint. % is good. In the present invention, phenylenediamine is further added to the paint. Phenyl diamine darkens in color when exposed to ultraviolet or visible light, and this darkening prevents ultraviolet or visible light from reaching the cork board.

By adding and mixing the above-mentioned components to a paint such as an acrylic emulsion type paint, applying this to the surface of a cork board and drying it, a discoloration and fading prevention layer is formed on the surface of the cork board.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to prevent light from acting on the cork board due to the light absorption effect of the light absorber and the light blocking effect of the pigment and phenylenediamine, and the cork board is called "cooling". It is possible to prevent discoloration and fading from occurring.
