Normally, a single tube with a side hole drilled near its tip is used to drain body fluids after gastric removal surgery. In this case, the single-tube tube is connected to a suction device to perform suction, but as suction and drainage progress, the negative pressure inside the body cavity increases, causing tissues and mucous membranes to leak into the side hole (drainage hole).
It not only adsorbs to the skin and blocks the drainage holes, reducing drainage efficiency, but also may adsorb and damage mucous membranes. Additionally, the drainage holes are often blocked by blood clots and tissue debris.

To compensate for this problem, some tubes have an auxiliary tube with a small inner diameter attached to the main tube.
During suction, air flows in from the auxiliary tube to reduce the negative pressure in the cavity where the tube is inserted, thereby preventing adsorption.

However, although this drainage pipe has a certain drainage function, in order to prevent tissues and mucous membranes from adhering to the drainage hole, air is introduced directly using an auxiliary pipe, so there is a possibility of contamination due to inflow of bacteria, etc. It also has disadvantages such as being extremely inconvenient when used in combination with irrigation, cleaning, and drug administration.

The present invention improves these shortcomings while having the necessary drainage function, and provides a body fluid drainage pipe that is free from the risk of contamination from outside air and also has functions other than drainage, such as irrigation, cleaning, and drug administration. That is, the present invention is a discharge pipe for bodily fluids, etc., which has a main pipe and a first and second second pipe having an inner diameter smaller than the main pipe.
Two auxiliary tubes are formed integrally or separately, the main tube has an open or sealed tip, multiple holes are opened on the side near the tip, and two auxiliary tubes have a hole at the top. The first auxiliary pipe is branched from the main pipe, and the first auxiliary pipe opens into the main pipe at its tip, and a filter is attached near the upper branch end, and the second auxiliary pipe opens into the main pipe at its tip. This body fluid discharge pipe is characterized by opening into the channel and/or outside the channel, and having an opening/closing mechanism such as a cap attached near the upper branch end.

The discharge pipe 1 includes a main pipe 2 and first and second auxiliary pipes 3,
4, which may be integrated into one tube as shown in Figure 2, or may be composed of three separate tubes.
It is easier to handle and assemble if the tube is made of soft plastic, rubber, etc., as shown in FIG. Further, it is preferable that the first and second auxiliary pipes 3 and 4 are located on the left and right sides of the main pipe 2, but they may be located side by side on one side. The main conduit 2 has a rounded and sealed tip or a round and smooth opening, and a plurality of discharge holes 5 are opened on the side near the tip, which communicates the main conduit 2 with the outside of the conduit. Aspirate the drained liquid through this hole. The terminal part 6 is used by being connected to a suction device via a connector and a tube. As shown in Fig. 3, the first auxiliary pipe 3 has an opening 7 in the main pipe 2 at its tip, and branches from the main pipe 2 at the upper part to have a terminal opening 8, communicating with the outside air. Since air is introduced from the opening 8 during suction, unnecessary rise in negative pressure within the cavity is alleviated, and adsorption of tissue walls and the like can be prevented. Also, a sterile filter unit 9 is installed near the opening 8 at the branch end to prevent outside air from directly flowing in to prevent the risk of infection. As shown in FIG. 3, the second auxiliary pipe 4 has an opening 10 inside the main pipeline and/or an opening 11 outside the main pipeline at its tip, and has an opening 10 inside the main pipeline and an opening 11 outside the main pipeline. Whether one or both of the openings 11 are provided is determined depending on whether the tip of the main conduit 2 is open or sealed and the purpose of use. When the tube is closed, the extra-duct opening 11 is particularly effective for irrigation and drug administration into the body cavity. Branching from the main pipe 2 at the top, the terminal has an opening 12 with an opening/closing mechanism 13 such as a cap,
communicates with the outside. The opening 10 in the pipe is the main pipe 2
It is also more effective for internal cleaning.

When draining biological fluid using the drain tube 1 of the present invention, the action of the first auxiliary tube 3 is to prevent a decrease in suction efficiency due to adsorption of tissue to the drain hole 5, and to prevent damage to tissues and mucous membranes. These functions can be performed aseptically by the sterile filter unit 9 without the risk of infection.

In addition, the second auxiliary tube 4 has the function of injecting a cleaning liquid through the opening 10 to remove clogging in the tube due to blood clots, etc., and to facilitate irrigation and drug injection into the cavity. can. Further, the terminal opening 12 is equipped with an opening/closing mechanism 13 such as a cap, and can be closed when not in use, so that the above-mentioned functions can be performed with less risk of infection.

As mentioned above, the body fluid drainage tube of the present invention has good suction efficiency for drainage, and can be aseptically discharged without the risk of infection, and it is also possible to clean the inside of the tube and cavity, and to irrigate and inject medicine into the cavity. This is an easy-to-use body fluid drainage tube that is extremely useful.
