Description
The present invention relates to an improvement in an automatic operation type one-way submersible pump that automatically starts and stops according to a water level.
From the viewpoint of miniaturization of the pump and ease of handling, the drive control circuit corresponding to the control panel is accommodated in the pump body, thereby simplifying the incidental facilities and construction of the automatic operation type pump.
Conventionally, a pump body is formed from a pump casing, an intermediate casing, a motor, a motor cover (corresponding to the “head cover” of the present invention), etc., and an automatic operation control circuit for the motor is provided inside the motor cover. The structure which provided the electrode for water level detection outside is well-known (for example, refer patent document 1).
However, in the configuration in which the control circuit is provided in the motor cover as described above, the control circuit is easily heated by the heat generated by the motor, and the temperature of the drive control circuit is considerably increased. Since the semiconductor elements constituting the drive control circuit generate heat and are easily affected by the heat generated by the motor, the drive control circuit of the large-capacity pump uses an electromagnetic contactor or the like instead of the switching semiconductor element. There is a problem that it must be used.
Therefore, as a heat dissipation measure for the control circuit, the pump body is formed from the pump casing, motor frame, motor, cooling channel casing, head cover, etc., and the motor drive control circuit is provided inside the head cover, and the cooling channel casing is cooled. A configuration is also known in which the drive control circuit is cooled by flowing a part of the pumped water as water, and a part of the pumped water used as the cooling water flows out from an outlet provided in the head cover (see, for example, Patent Document 2). However, in such a configuration, it is necessary to provide a cooling water passage casing separately, so that the pump itself is enlarged and the structure is complicated, and a part of the pumped water is used as cooling water to flow out of the pump body. As a result, the amount of water discharged from the pump decreases and the pump performance deteriorates.
Up to now, the pump switching current has been limited to about 3.7 KW. However, in recent years, the pump switching current has increased to 5.5 KW or more due to the demand for larger pumps. The component parts are also increasing in size, and the parts that make up the control circuit etc. must be placed in the head cover to facilitate repairs by replacing parts when the pump breaks down. In order to cope with the increase in size, the components constituting the control circuit and the like must use semiconductor elements of a size that can be accommodated in a limited space in the head cover. However, the semiconductor elements themselves generate heat, and the pump switching current In addition to increasing the amount of heat generation in proportion to the size, the components that make up the control circuit etc. must be placed in the head cover that is susceptible to motor heat generation. Components constituting the control circuit and the like, can be arranged in a limited space, and is required to ensure excellent heat dissipation.
The present invention is an automatic operation type one-way submersible pump with high output, which is easily affected by the heat generated by the motor in the head cover, and which constitutes a control circuit including a semiconductor element as a heating element in a limited space. It is an object of the present invention to provide an automatic operation type single-water submersible pump excellent in heat dissipation and pump performance without increasing the size of the pump main body even if it is arranged.

In the automatic operation type single water submersible pump according to
According to the automatic operation type one-way submersible pump of the present invention, a part of the heat sink is formed in a U-shape, and either a command processing unit or a switching signal supply control unit in which a resin mold is formed as a drip-proof treatment therefor By placing the U-shaped upper part, for example, when the air sealed in the head cover is cooled when the pump is stopped, the command processing unit or the open / close signal supply control unit malfunctions or damages due to dripping of water droplets condensed on the inner wall of the head cover A heat sink with a large heat radiation area is formed by taking a part of the heat sink in an inverted L shape and forming the connecting portion mounting portion in a lifted state, and arranging the connecting portion in the connecting portion mounting portion. Is installed in a control unit with a small installation space, so that it can be installed with a sufficient cooling effect even in a head cover with a small storage space. Rutotomoni, more command processor frequent replacement, closing signal supply control unit that is disposed on the, to facilitate the exchange of command processing unit realizes a maintenance improvement of the pump.
Furthermore, the triac, which is a heating element, is arranged at a position away from the command processing unit that is the center of control and the switching signal supply control unit, and the influence of the heat generated by the triac is determined by the command processing unit and the switching signal supply control unit. And is interposed between a heat radiating fin standing on the heat sink and an auxiliary fin whose surface is exposed from the side end of the heat radiating fin. The triac that is sandwiched between and the U-shaped standing surface, and the command processing unit and the open / close signal supply control unit that are arranged in two upper and lower stages of the U-shape, have the largest endothermic effect in the head cover. Since the head cover is arranged on the side close to the inner wall portion of the head water channel that can be obtained, it is cooled most efficiently in the head cover. Even if a control unit including a triac, which is a heating element, is placed in the head cover that is susceptible to the heat generated by the motor because the switching current flowing in the triac and the heat generation of the triac increase due to the output being larger than the pump, it is excellent It can be configured to ensure heat dissipation.
In addition, since a pump single water passage is formed that can guide pump pumping from the pump casing to the pump discharge port, all pumped water that also serves as self-cooling of the pump must be discharged from the pump discharge port. Thus, the motor and the control unit are configured to be efficiently cooled by receiving the heat absorption effect of the pumped water flowing through the discharge water channel without reducing the pump performance by reducing the pump discharge water amount.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the
The
Since the pump casing 4, the oil casing 6, the motor frame 9, and the
The
In addition, the parts arranged below the part of the
The pump output of the present invention is, for example, 5.5 KW, which is larger than the conventional one. Therefore, the switching current of the
The
Since the connecting
In addition, a part of the
In the
Moreover, although the example which comprises the
Next, the operation of the automatic operation type single channel submersible pump of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
