Description
The present invention relates to a power conditioner for photovoltaic power generation.
Generally, the
When the plurality of
In starting up such a power conditioner, for example, in
In order to prevent such relays from being repeatedly turned on and off, Patent Document 2 estimates the maximum power that can be supplied from the solar cell string from the power required to charge the smoothing capacitor connected to the output terminal of the boost chopper. The start-up of the inverter is controlled based on the estimated maximum power. However, when the estimated value of the maximum power is too large due to, for example, the influence of the electric charge remaining in the smoothing capacitor and deviates from the maximum power that can actually be supplied from the solar cell string, the relay is repeatedly turned on and off repeatedly. May occur.
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described problems of the conventional example, considering the time from when the relay is turned on to when it is turned off, the actual amount of power generated by the solar cell string during that time, and the like. An object of the present invention is to provide a power conditioner for photovoltaic power generation that can prevent the power from being repeatedly turned on and off.
In order to achieve the above object, a power conditioner for photovoltaic power generation according to the present invention is connected to a solar cell string constituted by a series connection body of a group of solar cell panels, and an output voltage of the solar cell string is set to a predetermined value. A voltage conversion circuit that boosts the voltage, a DC / AC conversion circuit that converts DC power from the voltage conversion circuit into AC power, and an output terminal of the DC / AC conversion circuit; A relay that is turned on when activated and turned off when the DC / AC converter circuit is stopped, an input voltage detector that detects an input voltage input to the voltage converter circuit, and an output from the voltage converter circuit An output voltage detection unit for detecting the output voltage to be output, and controlling the start and stop of the voltage conversion circuit and the DC / AC conversion circuit, A controller for calculating the amount of electricity; and a timer for counting a time from when the voltage conversion circuit is started to when it is stopped, and the control unit converts the voltage conversion before starting the DC / AC conversion circuit. Start up the circuit, gradually increase the output voltage of the voltage conversion circuit to a predetermined voltage, and compare the maximum fluctuation amount of the input voltage detected by the input voltage detection unit and the first threshold during that time, If the maximum fluctuation amount of the input voltage is greater than or equal to the first threshold value, it is determined that the maximum power that can be supplied by the solar cell string connected to the voltage conversion circuit is insufficient, and the voltage conversion circuit is stopped. If the maximum fluctuation amount of the input voltage is less than the first threshold value, it is determined that the maximum power that can be supplied by the solar cell string connected to the voltage conversion circuit is sufficient, and the voltage conversion circuit Continue to start, further start the DC / AC conversion circuit, turn on the relay, when the voltage conversion circuit is stopped, from the count value of the time measuring unit or the voltage conversion circuit is started The power generation amount of the solar cell string until it is stopped is compared with a second threshold value, and when the count value or the power generation amount is less than the second threshold value, the control unit restarts the voltage conversion circuit. When starting, the value of the first threshold value is made smaller than the previous value.
Alternatively, the control unit further includes a function of changing a voltage change rate when gradually increasing the output voltage of the voltage conversion circuit to be a predetermined voltage, and the count value or the power generation amount is the second value. When the voltage conversion circuit is less than the threshold, when the voltage conversion circuit is restarted, the value of the first threshold is changed to be smaller than the previous value, or the value of the first threshold is made lower than the previous value. In addition, the voltage change rate is made larger than the previous voltage change rate.
A storage unit that stores the value of the first threshold; when the count value or the power generation amount is less than the second threshold, the storage unit stores the value of the first threshold; When restarting the voltage conversion circuit, it is preferable that the value of the first threshold stored in the storage unit is set as an initial value.
A storage unit that stores the voltage change rate; when the count value or the power generation amount is less than the second threshold value, the voltage change rate is stored in the storage unit; When restarting, it is preferable that the voltage change rate stored in the storage unit be an initial value.
The output voltage detection unit detects an output voltage output from the voltage conversion circuit when the control unit activates the voltage conversion circuit, and the control unit detects a difference between the predetermined voltage and the detected output voltage. It is preferable that a predetermined coefficient corresponding to the voltage is added to the maximum fluctuation amount of the input voltage and compared with the first threshold value.
It is preferable that a plurality of sets of the solar cell strings and the voltage conversion circuits connected to the solar cell strings are provided, and the control unit individually controls the plurality of voltage conversion circuits.
The control unit stops the voltage conversion circuit when the output power from the solar cell string connected to any of the activated voltage conversion circuits is less than the third threshold, When the start of the voltage conversion circuit is stopped, the DC / AC conversion circuit is preferably stopped and the relay is turned off.
According to such a configuration, when the amount of power generated from the actual solar cell string is small and the relay may be repeatedly turned on and off, the first threshold value is made smaller than the previous value and / or Alternatively, since the voltage change rate when the output voltage of the voltage conversion circuit is gradually increased is made larger than the previous voltage change rate, the possibility that the relay is turned on and off gradually decreases. As a result, the relay is not turned on / off unnecessarily, and noise can be reduced and relay deterioration can be prevented.
A power conditioner for photovoltaic power generation according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described. FIG. 1 shows an example of a block configuration of a
制御部16は、CPU(Central Processing Unit)などで構成され、タイマ18及びメモリ(ROM(Read Only Memory)、RAM(Random Access Memory)、フラッシュメモリなど)19が接続されている。
Between each
FIG. 2 shows a PV characteristic (power / voltage characteristic) of each of the
Next, activation of the
When the input voltage is equal to or higher than the predetermined voltage threshold, the
FIG. 3 shows changes in the input voltage and output voltage of the boost chopper. 3A shows the change in the output voltage of the
While the output voltage of the step-up
After one of the
In addition, when the
By the way, the PV characteristics of the
Alternatively, based on the output voltage and output current from the
Alternatively, instead of decreasing the value of the first threshold value, as shown in FIG. 5, the rate of voltage change when gradually increasing the output voltage of the
Furthermore, when the count value of the
By the way, the
In addition, this invention is not limited to description of the said embodiment, A various deformation | transformation is possible. For example, only one
