Description

The present invention relates to a packing structure for packing a plurality of products.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when a plurality of products are packed and transported, a packing structure is known in which a packing case is partitioned by cardboard or the like in order to prevent the product from being damaged due to an impact, thereby forming a space for the products to enter. This packing structure absorbs an impact by corrugated cardboard or the like, and softens the impact caused by contact between adjacent products to prevent the product from being damaged.

Specifically, for example, in Patent Document 1, a partition plate having a wave pattern in the horizontal direction is used as one partition plate among paper partition plates having a wave structure combined vertically and horizontally. Thereby, although the partition plate is made of paper, the rigidity against the lateral load of the partition plate is increased to prevent the product from falling down, thereby improving the operation rate and work efficiency of the packing operation.

Further, the packaging box of Patent Document 2 includes a partition plate that divides the interior of the packaging box body into a plurality of small chambers, a top plate that is disposed so as to close the upper and lower open surfaces of the partition plate in the box body, and And a bottom plate. The bottom plate is formed with a plurality of protrusions having cuts into which the end portions of a plurality of long plates constituting the partition plate are inserted so as to prevent the partition plate from flapping.

In addition, the packaging partition structure of Patent Document 3 is partitioned so as to cover the side surface of the transported item, and a plurality of storage units provided so that the upper and lower sides are opened and the transported item can be stored and taken out freely. A partition member that forms a space and a plurality of storage spaces, and is disposed at the upper and lower portions of the storage space so that a part of the upper surface and the lower surface of each transported product stored in each storage space abuts. It consists of a cushioning material having cushioning properties against the upward and downward impacts of the transported goods accommodated therein.

By the way, in the packing structure of patent documents 1-4, the space which puts a product is provided by combining a partition plate vertically and horizontally. For this reason, as the number of products to be stored increases, a larger number of partition plates are required, resulting in higher material costs and more time for assembly work.

The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a packaging structure that can reduce the material cost and can be easily assembled regardless of the number of products to be stored. There is to do.

A first packing structure according to the present invention is a packing structure for partitioning and packing a plurality of products, and a pair of partition members each having a plurality of storage holes for storing the products, and the pair of A holding member that holds the pair of partition members, and a plurality of slit portions are formed in the pair of partition members, and the storage hole includes the partition member. It is formed by opening the slit portion by pulling in the direction intersecting the extending direction of the slit portion.

According to said structure, a pair of partition member is hold | maintained by the holding member provided between them, and a product is stored in two by inserting a product into the storage hole formed in each of these pair of partition members. It is supported and accommodated by the opening peripheral edge of the hole. A plurality of products are stored by forming a plurality of storage holes, and the products are stored by a pair of partition members and holding members regardless of the number of products to be stored. That is, the storage holes may be formed according to the number of products, and it is not necessary to increase the number of partition members for partitioning and storing products, so that the material cost is reduced.

In addition, since the plurality of slits are formed in the partition member and the partition member is pulled to open the slit portion, the plurality of storage holes can be formed at a time, so that the partition member can be easily formed. .

A second packing structure according to the present invention is the first packing structure according to the first packing structure, wherein the pair of partition members are formed with a slit row in which the slit portions are arranged in a straight line on the entire surface in parallel, The slit portions of the slit row are at positions shifted from each other in the extending direction.

According to the above configuration, by pulling the partition member in a direction crossing the extending direction of the slit row, each slit portion opens, and the partition member around each slit portion forms a waveform in the extending direction of the slit row. It bends like Thereby, the partition member around each slit portion rises so as to form a honeycomb frame, and each slit portion opens to form a storage hole .

According to a third packing structure of the present invention, in the first or second packing structure, the holding member includes a first holding plate and a second holding plate that are combined to intersect each other.

According to said structure, a pair of partition member is hold | maintained by the 1st and 2nd holding plate which cross | intersected and combined mutually. Since the holding member is constituted by two holding plates, the product is stored by four members together with the pair of partition members. Since it is only necessary to combine these four members, the assembling work is easy and a lightweight packaging structure is obtained.

According to a fourth packing structure of the present invention, in any one of the first to third packing structures, the pair of partition members includes an upper partition member disposed above the holding member, and the holding member.
(Embodiment 1)
As shown in FIG. 1, the packaging structure 1 according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention is for partitioning and packaging a plurality of products 9 (shown by phantom lines in FIG. 3). The product 9 is, for example, an electronic device such as a mobile terminal.

The packing structure 1 includes a pair of partition members, that is, an upper partition member 2 and a lower partition member 3, and a first holding plate 4 and a second holding member as holding members that hold the upper and lower partition members 2 and 3. And a plate 5. The packing structure 1 further includes a storage box 6 for storing the upper and lower partition members 2 and 3 and the first and second holding plates 4 and 5.

As shown in FIG. 2, the first and second holding plates 4 and 5 have a rectangular shape with a plurality of convex portions 8 provided on the upper and lower sides, respectively. 7 is formed. The convex portions 8 are provided at equal intervals over the entire longitudinal direction of the holding plates 4 and 5. By engaging the engagement grooves 7 and 7 of the first and second holding plates 4 and 5 with each other, the first and second holding plates 4 and 5 are combined in a cross shape so as to be orthogonal to each other.

As shown in FIG. 4B, the upper partition member 2 and the lower partition member 3 are honeycomb structure-like square sheet members, and an upper storage hole 25 for storing the product 9 and a lower storage. A plurality of holes 35 are formed. As shown in FIG. 4A, these storage holes 25 and 35 are formed in a direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the slit portion 11 in the upper partition member 2 formed with a plurality of slit portions 11 having the same shape [FIG. It is formed by opening this slit portion 11 by pulling in the F direction of (b).

Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the partition members 2 and 3 include a plurality of slit portions 11 and non-slit portions 12 between the slit portions 11 alternately in a substantially straight line. The provided slit rows 13 are formed in parallel on substantially the entire surface. The lengths P of the non-slit portions 12 are all the same length and shorter than the length L of the slit portion 11, and the slit portions 11 in one slit row 13 (a) of the adjacent slit rows 13. At the center side, it is formed so that the center of the non-slit portion 12 of the other slit row 13 (b) is located. Then, when the partition members 2 and 3 are pulled in the F direction, the tensile force is transmitted through the non-slit portions 12 of the partition members 2 and 3 to reach the entire surfaces of the partition members 2 and 3 and open the slit portions 11. The peripheral portion of each slit portion 11 is bent and deformed so as to form a waveform in the extending direction of the slit row 13. And the surrounding part which makes the waveform of each slit part 11 of the partition members 2 and 3 stands | starts up so that a honeycomb frame may be formed, and the partition members 2 and 3 whole transform | transform into a honeycomb structure form. The partition members 2 and 3 may set the shape in the state of FIG. 4A before the change so that the shape after the change corresponds to the shape of the storage box 6. The shape may be adjusted by cutting or the like so as to correspond to the shape.

The upper and lower storage holes 25 and 35 are arranged at substantially equal intervals in parallel with the rectangular sides of the partition members 2 and 3 when viewed in the thickness direction of the partition members 2 and 3. Each storage hole 25, 35 is opened slightly larger than the cross-sectional size of the product 9 so that the product 9 wrapped in the packaging bag can be easily inserted.

In the first embodiment, each of the storage holes 25 and 35 is 11 in the direction in which the first holding plate 4 extends (the direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the slit row 13), and the direction in which the second holding plate 5 extends. Nine are opened side by side (in the extending direction of the slit row 13). The number of the upper storage holes 25 is not limited to these, and can be arbitrarily set depending on the number of products 9 to be packed, the sizes of the partition members 2 and 3, and the like.

The first holding plate 4 is disposed at a position where the partition members 2 and 3 are divided into two in the extending direction of the second holding plate 5 when viewed in the thickness direction of the partition members 2 and 3. 8 is engaged with the storage holes 25 and 35 formed at the center in the extending direction of the second holding plate 5. On the other hand, the second holding plate 5 is disposed at a position where the partition members 2 and 3 are divided into two in the extending direction of the first holding plate 4 when viewed in the thickness direction of the partition members 2 and 3. 8 is engaged with the storage holes 25 and 35 formed at the center in the extending direction of the first holding plate 4. Therefore, the product 9 can be stored in the plurality of storage holes 25, 35 excluding the storage holes 25, 35 that engage with the convex portions 8 of the holding plates 4, 5. Thus, by arrange | positioning the 1st and 2nd holding plates 4 and 5, the upper partition member 2 can be hold | maintained with sufficient balance with two support plates.

Further, since the upper partition member 2 and the lower partition member 3 are formed in the same manner, the upper storage holes 25 and the lower storage holes 35 are formed in the same shape and in the same number, and are disposed at positions facing each other. The

When the members of the packaging structure 1 are assembled, first, the first and second holding plates 4 and 5 are engaged with each other by the engaging grooves 7 and 7 and combined in a cross shape so as to be orthogonal to each other.

Then, the first and second holding plates 4 and 5 are placed so that the convex portions 8 of the first and second holding plates 4 and 5 protrude toward the upper or lower partitioning members 2 and 3, respectively. The first and second holding plates 4 and 5 and the upper and lower partition members 2 and 3 are assembled. That is, the first and second holding plates are engaged by engaging the convex portions 8 of the first and second holding plates 4 and 5 with the storage holes 25 and 35 on the upper and lower partitioning members 2 and 3 side. The upper and lower partition members 2 and 3 are held by 4 and 5.

Then, as shown in FIG. 3, the assembled first and second holding plates 4, 5 and the upper and lower partition members 2, 3 are stored in the storage box 6.

Since the size of the upper and lower partition members 2, 3 is substantially the same as the inner dimension of the storage box 6, the upper and lower partition members 2, 3 and the side walls 62 of the storage box 6 The upper and lower partition members 2, 3 are stored in the storage box 6 so that there is no gap between them, and the upper and lower partition members 2, 3 are not rattled in the storage box 6. Here, in each holding plate 4, 5, the length from the lower end of the lower convex portion 8 to the upper end of the upper convex portion 8 is substantially the same as the height of the side wall 62 of the storage box 6.

The product 9 is inserted from the upper storage hole 25 and penetrated to the lower storage hole 35 formed at a position opposite to the upper storage hole 25, and the product is formed by the opening peripheral portions of the upper and lower storage holes 25, 35. Support.

Here, depending on the length (height) in the width direction of the first and second holding plates 4, 5 and the length of the convex portion 8, the lower partition member 3 is about a quarter from the lower end of the storage box 6. The first and second holding plates 4 and 5 are formed so that the upper partition member 2 is positioned at a height of about a quarter from the upper end of the storage box 6. For this reason, when the product 9 having a height substantially equal to the height of the side wall 62 of the storage box 6 is stored, the upper partition member 2 is positioned at a height of about a quarter from the top of the product 9, and the lower partition The member 3 is positioned at a height of about a quarter from the bottom of the product 9. Thereby, the upper part and the lower part of the product 9 are supported by the upper and lower storage holes 25 and 35, and the product 9 can be held in a balanced manner.

Further, since the upper partition member 2 is at a height of about a quarter from the top of the product 9, the product 9 is protruded and stored above the upper partition member 2, so that the product 9 can be easily taken out. Can be done.

A plurality of products 9 can be stored by forming a plurality of upper and lower storage holes 25, 35 in the upper and lower partition members 2, 3. At this time, regardless of the number of products 9 to be stored, the products 9 are stored by the four members of the first and second holding plates 4 and 5 and the upper and lower partition members 2 and 3. That is, the partition member for partitioning and storing the product 9 is composed of two upper and lower partition members 2 and 3, and the upper and lower storage holes 25 and 35 are formed according to the number of products 9. Well, since it is not necessary to increase the number of partition members, the material cost can be reduced. Also, the work time for assembly can be shortened.

In addition, since the plurality of slit portions 11 are formed in the partition members 2 and 3 and the slit portions 11 are opened by pulling the partition members 2 and 3, the plurality of storage holes 25 and 35 can be formed at a time. The partition members 2 and 3 can be easily formed.

Further, by pulling the partition members 2 and 3 in a direction intersecting with the extending direction of the slit row 13, each slit portion 11 is opened, and the partition members 2 and 3 around each slit portion 11 are extended to the slit row 13. It bends and deforms to form a waveform in the current direction. As a result, the partition members 2 and 3 around each slit portion 11 rise to form a honeycomb frame, and the entire partition members 2 and 3 are transformed into a honeycomb structure. Such partition members 2 and 3 having a honeycomb structure have a certain thickness due to the rise of the honeycomb frame, and also have shock absorption due to the strength of the waist of the honeycomb frame. The sex can be further improved.

In addition, although the 1st and 2nd holding | maintenance plates 4 and 5 were mutually orthogonally combined, it does not necessarily need to orthogonally cross and it should just cross | intersect and combine. However, in order to hold the upper and lower partition members 2 and 3 in a well-balanced manner, the first and second holding plates 4 and 5 are preferably combined so as to intersect with each other at an angle close to or perpendicular to each other. .

In addition, the height from the bottom surface 61 of the storage box 6 to the lower partition member 3 while the height from the upper partition member 2 to the lid 63 of the storage box 6 is about one-fourth from the top of the product 9. May be set to a height of one quarter or more from the bottom of the product 9. In this case, since the space between the upper partition member 2 and the lower partition member 3 is narrowed, and the upper storage hole 25 and the lower storage hole 35 are close to each other, the product 9 is transferred from the upper storage hole 25 to the lower storage hole 35. Can be inserted easily.

(Embodiment 2)
Next, as shown in FIGS. 7 to 9, the packing structure 20 according to the second embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail. The same components as those in FIG. 1 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description of the same portions as those in the first embodiment is omitted.

The packaging structure 20 according to the second embodiment does not have the first and second holding plates 4 and 5, but has an engaging portion 66 that engages with the upper and lower partition members 2 and 3 in the storage box 6. This is different from the packaging structure 1 according to the first embodiment.

That is, in the storage box main body 65 of the storage box 6, hook-shaped (L-shaped) engagement portions each having two protrusions 66 a protruding upward in the lateral direction one end side of each side wall 62. 66 is cut out. As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the engaging portion 66 is cut and raised from the storage box main body 65 by bending the engaging portion 66 toward the inside of the storage box main body 65.

The partition members 2 and 3 are inserted into the storage box body 65 so that the projections 66a of the engagement portions 66 are inserted into the storage holes 25 and 35 formed at the four corners of the partition members 2 and 3 from below. Store inside. Specifically, among the engaging portions 66, first, only the engaging portions 66 formed on the lower side of each side wall 62 are bent toward the inside of the storage box main body 65, and the lower partition member 3 is stored in the storage box main body. The projection 66a is inserted into the lower storage hole 35 at the four corners, and the lower partition member 3 is held by the lower engagement portion 66. Next, the engaging portion 66 formed on the upper side of each side wall 62 is bent toward the inside of the storage box main body 65 so that the upper partition member 2 is inserted into the storage box main body 65, and protrudes into the upper storage holes 25 at the four corners. The upper partition member 2 is held by the upper engaging portion 66 by inserting the portion 66a. Other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment.

Thus, since each partition member 2 and 3 is held by the engaging part 66 formed by cutting and raising a part of the storage box main body 65, the number of parts can be reduced, and the material cost is further reduced. be able to.

Further, since the engaging portion 66 can be easily formed by cutting out a part of the side wall 62 of the storage box body 65 and bending it inside the storage box body 65, the assembly can be easily performed.

In addition, since the partition members 2 and 3 are held by the engaging portions 66 using the storage holes 25 and 35 of the partition members 2 and 3, the partition members 2 and 3 are engaged with the engaging portions 66. There is no need to separately form a mating portion, and the partition members 2 and 3 can be easily processed.

In the second embodiment, the engaging portion 66 is formed by cutting and raising a part of the storage box body 65. However, it is not always necessary to use a part of the storage box body 65, and another member is attached. May be formed.

(Embodiment 3)
Next, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the packing structure 30 according to the third embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail. The same components as those in FIGS. 7 and 9 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description of the same portions as those in the second embodiment is omitted.

In the packing structure 30 according to the third embodiment, the upper and lower partition members 32 and 33 are plate-like members instead of the honeycomb structure, and the upper and lower storage holes 36 and 37 formed in these are rectangular. This is different from the second embodiment.

That is, the storage holes 36 and 37 are arranged at equal intervals in parallel with the square sides of the partition members 32 and 33 when viewed from the thickness direction of the partition members 32 and 33. Each of the storage holes 36 and 37 is opened slightly larger than the size of the cross section of the product 9 so that the product 9 wrapped with the wrapping paper can be easily inserted. For example, if the cross-sectional dimension of the product 9 is 25 mm × 50 mm, the storage holes 36 and 37 are formed in a rectangular shape of 28 mm × 53 mm.

The packaging structure 30 according to the third embodiment is such that the height h1 from the upper partition member 32 to the upper end of the storage box 6 is smaller than the height h2 from the lower end of the storage box 6 to the lower partition member 33. Is different from the packaging structure 20 according to the second embodiment.

That is, when the lid 63 of the storage box 6 is closed, the height h1 from the upper partition member 32 to the lid 63 of the storage box 6 is the same as that of the second embodiment, and is about a quarter from the top of the product 9. It is height. On the other hand, the height h2 from the bottom surface 61 of the storage box 6 to the lower partition member 33 is larger than that in the second embodiment. This can set h2 larger than h1 by setting the position of the lower engaging portion 66 of the storage box 6 to be higher than that in the second embodiment.

As a result, the distance between the upper partition member 32 and the lower partition member 33 is reduced, and the upper storage hole 36 and the lower storage hole 37 are close to each other, so that the product 9 is transferred from the upper storage hole 36 to the lower storage hole 37. Can be inserted easily.

Further, a flexible protruding piece 38 that protrudes inward from the opening peripheral edge of each of the storage holes 36 and 37 is formed.

Specifically, the projecting piece 38 is formed into four independent trapezoidal shapes that project inwardly downward from each rectangular side of the opening peripheral edge of each storage hole 36, 37. Each protruding piece 38 is formed so as to be able to bend up and down.

A protruding piece 38 protrudes inward from the storage holes 36 and 37 opened slightly larger than the cross-sectional size of the product 9. For this reason, when the product 9 is inserted into the storage holes 36 and 37, it is pushed by the product 9 and the protruding piece 38 bends downward. By bending the protruding piece 38 and inserting it, the product 9 is held by the restoring force of the protruding piece 38, and rattling of the product 9 can be suppressed. Further, the protruding piece 38 can serve as a cushioning material for vibration during transportation, impact of dropping, and the like. And since the protrusion piece 38 protrudes below, this protrusion piece 38 becomes difficult to become resistance, and it is easy to insert the product 9, and the protrusion piece 38 is easy to bend. Other configurations are the same as those of the second embodiment.

As described above, the projecting piece 38 serves as a cushioning material at two locations of the upper storage hole 36 and the lower storage hole 37, so that a packing structure resistant to impact can be obtained.

Note that the protruding piece 38 may be formed in two trapezoidal shapes that protrude from two opposing sides of the rectangular sides of the opening periphery of the storage holes 36 and 37.

In the third embodiment, the upper storage hole 36 and the lower storage hole 37 are formed to have the same size, but the lower storage hole 37 is formed to be larger than the upper storage hole 36. May be. For example, when each upper storage hole 25 is formed in a rectangular shape of 28 mm × 53 mm, each lower storage hole 35 is formed in a rectangular shape of 30 mm × 55 mm. By doing in this way, the product 9 inserted into the upper storage hole 25 can be easily inserted and penetrated to the lower storage hole 35.

In the third embodiment, the protruding pieces 38 are formed in both the upper storage hole 36 and the lower storage hole 37, but may be formed only in one of the upper storage hole 36 and the lower storage hole 37. .

In the third embodiment, the storage holes 36 and 37 are rectangular. However, the shape is not limited to this shape, and the storage holes 36 and 37 may be circular or elliptical. The storage holes 36 and 37 preferably have a shape in which the cross-sectional shape of the product 9 is slightly enlarged. However, when the product 9 is a mobile phone, if the storage holes 36 and 37 are circular or elliptical, Since the vicinity of the telephone corner is held by the opening periphery of the storage holes 36 and 37, it is strong against vibration during transportation, impact of dropping, and the like.

As described above, the present invention is useful for a packing structure for packing products such as a plurality of electronic devices.
