Description

【0001】
【0017】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a dressing used for dressing and protecting an affected area in the medical field.
[0002]
[Prior art]
An example of a conventional dressing 50 will be described with reference to FIG. 51 is a carrier film, 52 is a substrate film, 53 is a pad, and 54 is a release paper. An adhesive layer 52a is formed on the entire back surface of the base film 52, and the planar shape of each is formed in a substantially square shape. When using this dressing 50, the release paper 54 is peeled off, the pad 53 is applied to the affected part, the adhesive layer 52a of the base film 52 is adhered to the periphery of the affected part, and finally the carrier film 51 is attached to the base film 52. Remove from. The dressing thus applied does not hinder the free movement of the affected area because the base film 52 is thin.
[0003]
By the way, in the dressing 50 as described above, if only the base film 52 is used, it is extremely thin (usually about 20 to 50 μm), so it hangs down and cannot be applied well to the affected area, so that it has a certain degree of support. The carrier film 51 is laminated on the base film 52 for easy attachment. Therefore, once attached to the affected area, the movement of the affected area is hindered if the carrier film 51 is adhered, and thus the film is peeled off as described above. A slit 55 is formed on the surface. When the carrier film 51 is peeled off, a fingernail or the like is put into the slit 55 to raise the end of the carrier film 51, and it is caught so as to peel off the entire surface.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the case of the above-mentioned conventional example, even if it tried to put a nail into the slit 55, it did not enter well and the carrier film 51 could not be peeled off well. In addition, the process of forming the slit 55 in the carrier film 51 is based on a method in which a cutter such as a cutter is pushed in or pushed down while being pushed down, so that the base film 52 on the back side of the carrier film 51 must not be damaged. Therefore, it was necessary to control the position in units of micron, which was quite fine, and the manufacturing equipment was large and expensive, and the speed of the manufacturing line could not be increased.
[0005]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of the above circumstances, the present invention provides a dressing that can be easily peeled off at the time of use, can be efficiently manufactured with a simple manufacturing facility, and can be easily aligned with a desired position and applied as desired. With the goal.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The dressing of the present invention, the carrier film closely laminated on the surface of the base film to form a back surface on the adhesive layer of the substrate film, thereby adhering the pad to the adhesive layer, sandwiching the pad In the dressing in which the release paper is temporarily bonded to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, the base film is formed into a quadrangle, and the carrier film is formed into a substantially triangular shape from a rectangular main body part having the same shape as the base film and two opposite sides of the main body part. a shape consisting of protruding portions at both ends which projects into shape, bonding the respective projections and two knobs piece having a shape covering a part of the body portion continuous with that of the carrier film at both ends of each of the carrier film, I along the edge of one side of the base film which is located on the lower surface of the knob piece, characterized in that the formation of the folding groove in the surface of the knob piece.
[ 0007]
[Action]
In the present invention, since the carrier film and the base film are not aligned with each other in the protruding portion of the carrier film, the carrier film protrudes from the base film when the knob piece is folded back by the folding groove. The carrier film can be easily peeled off from the base film, and the carrier film can be easily separated from the base film by pulling the knob piece as it is.
In addition, when sticking, holding the grip piece with both hands and seeing through the carrier film in the center portion, the affected part can be attached at the desired position.
And the structure of this invention should just add the process of adhering a knob piece to the protrusion part of a carrier film, and the process of forming a groove for folding in a knob piece, and the said groove for folding is pressing an edge member. Since it can be formed and does not need to be cut, precise position control is not required. Therefore, the manufacturing equipment is simple and inexpensive, and the process control is easy, so that it can be manufactured efficiently .
[ 0008]
【Example】
Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
1 is a plan view of a dressing D according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the dressing D of FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along line III-III of FIG. In FIGS. 3 to 7, the thickness dimension is greatly enlarged as compared with the planar dimensions (vertical and horizontal dimensions) of the dressing.
[0009]
1-3, 1 is a carrier film, 2 is a base film, 3 is a pad, 4 is a release paper, and 5 is a knob piece. The carrier film 1 is laminated on the surface of the base film 2 and is brought into close contact with each other with a vacuum. The carrier film 1 provides a certain degree of support so that the dressing D does not hang down when applied, and for example, a film having a thickness of 20 to 100 μm made of a polyethylene film or a PET film is used. As the base film, a film having a thickness of 20 to 50 μm made of a polyurethane film or the like is used.
[0010]
A pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2a is formed on the entire back surface of the base film 2, and a known rubber or acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive is used as the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2a. Its thickness is usually 30-70 μm. The pad 3 may be adhered to the base film 2 via the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2a, or the pad 3 may be used without being used. A known material such as cotton, chemical fiber, or non-woven fabric is used as a material when the pad 3 is used, and a disinfectant or other chemicals may be included. The release paper 4 is temporarily bonded to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the base film 2 with the pad 3 interposed therebetween. A known material can be used as the release paper 4 without any particular limitation.
[0011]
In addition to the above basic configuration, the present embodiment has the following characteristics.
As shown in FIGS. 1-2, a base film is a rectangle. The quadrangle here includes not only a square but also a rectangle, and it is optional to round the corners. Further, the side to which the knob piece 5 is not attached may be curved so as to protrude or dent in an arc shape.
[0012]
The carrier film 1 includes a main body portion 1b having the same shape as the base film 2 and two protruding portions 1a (dotted hatched portions in FIG. 2) protruding in a triangular shape from two opposing sides of the main body portion 1b. The shapes of the two protruding portions 1a may be rounded and formed in a circular arc shape as compared with the illustrated example. The triangular shape referred to in this specification is a concept including such an arc shape.
The release paper 4 is composed of two halves 4b and 4c, and both halves 4b and 4c have a protrusion 4a having the same shape as the protrusion 1a of the carrier film 1.
[0013]
Two knob pieces 5 are bonded to the two protruding portions 1a of the carrier film 1 and a part of the main body portion 1b connected thereto. Synthetic paper, synthetic resin film, or the like is used as the material of the knob piece 5, and adhesion to the surface of the carrier film 1 is performed using an adhesive method such as heat fusion in addition to using an adhesive such as rubber or acrylic. Can be used.
[0014]
Further, a folding groove 6 is formed on each surface of the two knob pieces 5. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the folding groove 6 is formed along the edge at a position corresponding to the edge of one side 2 b of the base film 2 located on the lower surface of the knob piece 5. Such a folding groove 6 may be a simple narrow groove for facilitating folding, and can be formed by pressing an edge member with an appropriate sharp angle against the surface of the knob piece 5. The folding groove 6 may be, for example, one as shown in FIG. 4 (A), and if one folding groove 6a is formed along the edge 2b as shown in FIG. 4 (B). The second and third grooves 6b may be formed in front of them.
[0015]
Next, the usage of the above embodiment will be described.
As shown in FIG. 5, the two grip pieces 5 of the dressing D from which the release paper 4 is peeled off are held, and the pad 3 and the base film 2 are applied to the affected area M and bonded. At this time, since the carrier film 1 is adhered on the base film 2, it is easy to handle and no sticking error occurs. In addition, since the carrier film 1 and the base film 2 are usually transparent, by looking through the bottom through the watermark, the carrier film 1 and the base film 2 can be applied exactly as desired by aligning exactly where they really want to be applied.
Next, the tip of the knob piece 5 is pinched with a finger and bent at the folding groove 6 portion. At this time, since the protruding portion 1a of the carrier film 1 is located at a position shifted from the one end edge 2b of the base film 2, it can be easily separated and bent. In addition, there is no possibility of peeling off the adhered base film 2 from the affected area. After the carrier film 1 and the base film 2 are partially separated as described above, when the knob piece 5 is largely peeled off as shown in FIG. It can be separated very easily. After the carrier film 1 is peeled off in this way, the thin base film 2 is only adhered to the affected part M, so that the affected part, in particular, the movement of the arms, legs, etc. is not hindered.
[0016]
As described above, in this embodiment, the carrier film 1 can be easily peeled off, which is very convenient for the patient. Further, in this embodiment, compared to the conventional process of slitting the carrier film, in the process of adhering the knob piece 5 and forming the knob piece 5 in the folding groove 6, no precise position control is required. Manufacturing equipment can be simplified, and high-speed and efficient manufacturing can be achieved.
[0017]
[Effect of the invention ]
According to the present invention, it is possible to easily peel off the carrier film at the time of use, it can be attached to a position of as desired, yet provides a dressing that can be efficiently produced by a simple manufacturing equipment.
