電子式時間計数装置と電子式乗数装置を併有していて、テスト周期の調整が可能なタイマー回路と、
電源検出に合わせて負荷と表示状態の切り換え機能を有する電子式切換回路とにより構成し、
前記電子式切換回路は、様々なシステム形態の直流電源を自動検出すると共に、あらかじめ設定した負荷条件に沿った等量負荷と比較して電源検出表示装置に直流電源の状態を表示する複数個の負荷装置と、
電圧状態の処理に使用される電圧信号検出装置と、
電流状態の処理に使用される電流信号検出装置と、
直流電源とその関連作業システムを保護する、直流電源保護装置とにより構成し、
前記直流電源保護装置は、
直流電源と関連作業システムを過電圧から保護する過電圧保護装置と、
直流電源と関連作業システムを過電流から保護する過電流保護装置と、
直流電源と関連作業システムを過負荷から保護する過負荷保護装置とにより構成し、
直流電源が異常のときに、稼働中の電気回路を閉鎖し、直流電源とその関連作業システムを過電流から保護するように構成した、
