本発明は入浴時における体を洗浄する道具としての洗浄用スポンジブラシに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来よりスポンジを使った洗浄用としてのボディスポンジはあったが、スポンジをナイロンネットで覆っていた。又ボディスポンジは、手の届かぬ背中などを洗うのにスポンジに付けてある紐を持って両手で操作していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
これは次のような欠点があった。
イ．ボディスポンジはナイロンネットで覆っているためネットの摩擦で乳幼児や女性の敏感肌の人には同じ箇所を長時間強くこすり過ぎると、肌を傷めたり色素沈着を起こす恐れがあった。
ロ．背中など手の届かない箇所はスポンジに付けてある紐を両手で左右に操作して洗っているが片手に支障のある人は洗えないという欠点があった。
本発明はこれらの欠点を解決するためになされたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記従来の課題を解決するために、本発明の洗浄用スポンジブラシは、スポンジ（１）に碁盤目状の切り込み（２）を入れ、スポンジに貼り合わさったナイロン不織布（３）と湾曲に形成されたシャモジ型基盤（４）の外曲り面（５）と内曲り面（６）の表面にブツブツ状の突起（７）を施し、外曲り面（５）に、前記ナイロン不織布（３）を固定穴（８）を介して接着固定する。スポンジブラシを操作する柄（９）引っ掛け穴（１０）を設けた。本発明は以上の構成よりなる洗浄用スポンジブラシである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を説明する。
（イ）スポンジ（１）に碁盤目状の切り込み（２）を入れブラシ状にする。
（ロ）湾曲に形成されたシャモジ型基盤（４）の外曲り面（５）と内曲り面（６）の表面にブツブツ状の突起（７）を施す。
（ハ）前記スポンジ（１）に貼り合わさったナイロン不織布（３）と前記シャモジ型基盤（４）の外曲り面（５）にナイロン不織布（３）を固定穴（８）を介して接着固定する。
（ニ）スポンジブラシの操作に持手の柄（９）と引っ掛け穴（１０）を設けた洗浄用スポンジブラシであり、本発明は以上の構成よりなっている。
この構成により以下の作用を有する。
（１）スポンジに碁盤目状の切り込みを入れることにより、切り込みされたスポンジ片はブラシ状となり、スポンジ面が増え、腰がソフトになって泡立ちもよく、乳幼児や女性の敏感な肌にとって触りがやさしく快適に作用する。
（２）湾曲したシャモジ型基盤の外曲り面にスポンジを取り付けたことにより、スポンジブラシが湾曲状に広がり、ブラシ面が体の凹凸に添って洗うことができ、洗浄が楽になった。
（３）基盤に設けた柄は片手でブラシを操作でき、片手に障害のある人でも充分その用を足すことができるという利点がある。
（４）内曲り面は、カカトの角質の洗浄に使用することが用途として用いられる利便性がある。
（５）スポンジブラシは、掃除具としての用途も考えられる。例えば障子の細い桟とか空調器具のパネルや、フィルターなどのすみっこの部分の今まで除去しにくかった汚れが容易に取れる。このように洗浄用スポンジブラシは、掃除具としても最適である。
（６）外曲り面の表面に施したブツブツ状の突起は、不織布の細い糸状の繊維と絡み基盤にしっかり固定して、洗う際、石鹸分が基盤と不織布のすき間に浸透してもスポンジブラシは基盤に密着し、ずれたりしない特徴がある。
（７）スポンジブラシは泡立ちもよいが石鹸のきれもよく、水につけて押さえれば容易に洗浄垢がとれ、清潔さを保つことができる。

【発明の効果】
本発明は泡立ちがよくソフトで肌にやさしく、乳幼児や女性の敏感な肌に適し、ブラシの操作も容易であり、湾曲した基盤の外曲り面のスポンジブラシが肌の洗浄と、内曲り面がカカトの角質洗いと、両面使用できる機能を有した重宝な洗浄用スポンジブラシを提供することができる。

The present invention has been made to solve these disadvantages.

[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, the cleaning sponge brush of the present invention is formed into a curved shape with a nylon nonwoven fabric (3) cut into a sponge (1) with a grid-like cut (2) and bonded to the sponge. The surface of the outer curved surface (5) and the inner curved surface (6) of the shamogi type base (4) are provided with bumpy projections (7), and the nylon nonwoven fabric (3) is fixed to the outer curved surface (5). It is adhesively fixed through the hole (8). A handle (9) for operating the sponge brush was provided with a catch hole (10). The present invention is a cleaning sponge brush having the above configuration.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described.

【The invention's effect】
