Vac1 =100Vac(50Hz/60Hz) …(1)
Vac2 =100Vac(50Hz/60Hz) …(2)
Vac12=Vac1 +Vac2 =200Vac(50Hz/60Hz) …(3)
PL =PLa+PLb …(4)
PLa=ILap・Vac1 …(5)
PLb=ILbp・Vac2 …(6)
【0006】
PIa=IIa・Vac1 …(7)
PIb=IIb・Vac2 …(8)
【0007】
Pp=Pa+Pb …(9)
Pa=Iap・Vac1 …(10)
Pb=Ibp・Vac2 …(11)
Pa=PLa−PIa=(ILa−IIa)・Vac1 …(12)
Pb=PLb−PIb=(ILb−IIb)・Vac2 …(13)
【0008】
Pa>0 …(15)
Pb>0 …(16)
【0011】
PLa=2000W
PLb= 500W
PIa=1000W
PIb=1000W

【0034】
IIa*=PIa*/Vac1 …(17)
IIb*=PIb*/Vac2 …(18)
PIa(n)=PIa*(n)+ΔPIa …(21)
PIb(n)=PIb*(n)+ΔPIb …(22)
【0040】
Pa(n)=Wa(n)+ΔWa …(23)
Pb(n)=Wa(n)+ΔWb …(24)
【0041】
PIa*(n+1)=PIa*(n) …(25)
PIa*(n+1)=PIa(n)+α …(26)
【0043】
PIa*(n+1)=PIa*(n)−(ΔP−Wa(n)) …(27)
PIa*(n+1)≧0 …(28)
直流発電定格電力=1000W(連続発電最大値)
電力系統1の契約電力=6kVA(200V−30A)
【0089】
【0090】
PIa+PIb≦1000W …(29)
【0091】
(a)実例1
PLa=Pa+PIa+Sc*・PIc …(36)
PLb=Pb+PIb+/Sc*・PIc …(37)
【0105】
Pa≒Wa …(38)
Pb≒Wb …(39)
PIa≒PIa* …(40)
PIb≒PIb* …(41)
PIc≒PIc* …(42)
【0106】
PLa*≒Wa+PIa*+Sc*・PIc* …(43)
PLb*≒Wb+PIb*+/Sc*・PIc* …(44)
【0107】
▲1▼PLa*≧PLb*
▲2▼PLa*<PLb*
インバータ回路8、9の定格出力容量:PIa(定格)、PIb(定格)
PLa=Pa+Sa*・PIa+/Sb*・PIb …(45)
PLb=Pb+Sb*・PIb+/Sa*・PIa …(46)
PLa*≒Wa+Sa*・PIa*+/Sb*・PIb* …(47)
PLb*≒Wb+Sb*・PIb*+/Sa*・PIa* …(48)
【0120】
【0143】
PLa*(n)=Wa−ΔP+Sa*・PIa*(n)
+/Sb*・PIb*(n)+8c*・PIc*(n) …(49)
PLb*(n)=Wb−ΔP+/Sa*・PIa*(n)+Sb*・PIb*(n)+/8c*・PIc*(n) …(50)
【0144】
PIa*(仮)=(PI*(DC定格)+PLa*(現在)−PLb*(現在))/2 …(56)
PIb*(仮)=(PI*(DC定格)−PLa*(現在)+PLb*(現在))/2 …(57)
【0151】
【0152】
0≦PIa*(仮)≦MIN(PLa*(現在)、PIa*(最大)、PI*(DC定格)) …(58)
0≦PIb*(仮)≦MIN(PLb*(現在)、PIb*(最大)、PI*(DC定格)) …(59)
【0153】
ΔPIa*(逆潮)=PLa*(現状)−PIa*(仮) …(60)
ΔPIb*(逆潮)=PLb*(現状)−PIb*(仮) …(61)
【0159】
ΔPIa*(定格)=PIa*(最大)−PIa*(仮) …(62)
ΔPIb*(定格)=PIb*(最大)−PIb*(仮) …(63)
【0160】
【0162】
ΔPIa*=MIN(ΔPIa*(逆潮)、ΔPIa*(定格)、ΔPIa*(DC)) …(65)
ΔPIb*=MIN(ΔPIb*(逆潮)、ΔPIb*(定格)、ΔPIb*(DC)) …(66)
PIa*(最終)=PIa*(仮)+ΔPIa* …(67)
PIb*(最終)=PIb*(仮)+ΔPIa* …(68)
【0163】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a grid-connected inverter that can be connected to a single-phase three-wire commercial power system and can supply a load with AC power from the single-phase three-wire commercial power system and AC power generated by itself. Equipment related.

[Prior art]
Patent Document 1 discloses a power generator that converts generated DC power into AC power and performs an interconnection operation with a single-phase three-wire commercial power system. FIG. 9 shows an electrical configuration of the power generation device. A single-phase three-wire commercial power system 1 (hereinafter referred to as a power system 1) is connected to a

[0008]
By the way, the power generation device shown in FIG. 9 is used in a distributed power generation system. For example, in the case of power generation using a fuel cell, even if surplus power is generated by reverse power flow and power is sold, the power conversion efficiency, the current gas rate, the setting of the electricity rate, and the like will not be positive in terms of the balance calculation. In addition, when the influence on the power system 1 is considered, transmission of power to the power system 1, that is, reverse power flow may not be allowed. Whether the power is received from the power system 1 or the reverse power flow is determined by the power consumption of the
[0009]
In general, a condition that does not cause reverse power flow in the power system 1 is expressed by the following equation (14), with the received power Pp being a positive value.
Pp> 0 (14)
[0010]
However, in the case of the single-phase three-wire commercial power system 1, the apparent value is almost equivalent to two single-phase 100Vac power supplies, and in order to completely prevent reverse power flow, the power receiving side must be set to a positive value. It is necessary that the following equations (15) and (16) be satisfied at the same time.
Pa> 0 (15)
Pb> 0 (16)
[0011]
For example,
PLa = 2000W
PLb = 500W
PIa = 1000W
PIb = 1000W
Then, the received power Pp = 2000 + 500−1000−1000 = 500 W, which satisfies the condition (Pp> 0) of the equation (14), and therefore, when viewed from the entire power system 1, no reverse power flow occurs.
[0012]
However, looking at single-phase 100 Vac individually, Pa = 2000−1000 = 1000 W> 0, which satisfies the condition (Pa> 0) of equation (15), but Pb = 500−1000 = −500 W <0. The condition (Pb> 0) in Expression (16) is not satisfied.
[0013]
That is, in the above example, 500 W of power is received in the entire power system 1, but when viewed individually in single-phase 100 Vac, power of 1000 W is received in the phase of the voltage line 1 a, but 500 W is transmitted in the phase of the

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since it requires two independent inverter circuits and two insulating transformers each having a commercial frequency (50 Hz / 60 Hz), the number of parts is large, the size is large, the weight is high, the price is expensive, and the conversion efficiency is deteriorated. Could lead to It is also conceivable to use a high-frequency insulating transformer instead of a large and heavy commercial-frequency insulating transformer.In this case, it is effective for miniaturization and weight reduction, but the number of elements increases and the driving circuit is increased. There is a possibility that it will be disadvantageous in terms of cost increase and loss due to increase in parts, and it is difficult to adopt it.
[0016]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide an inverter device that is connected to a single-phase three-wire commercial power system by using two completely independent inverter circuits or two insulating transformers. Another object of the present invention is to provide a grid-connected inverter device capable of realizing a complete reverse power flow prevention operation by individually controlling power generation for each voltage line.
[0017]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the grid-connected inverter device according to claim 1 can be connected to a single-phase three-wire commercial power system, and can be connected to a load from the single-phase three-wire commercial power system. In a system interconnection inverter device capable of supplying AC power and self-generated AC power, a DC power generation device for generating or converting DC power, and first and second DC power generation devices connected in series between output terminals of the DC power generation device. A switching element is provided between the output terminal of the DC power generator and a smoothing circuit which is constituted by a smoothing capacitor, and a common connection point of these two smoothing capacitors is connected to the neutral line of the single-phase three-wire commercial power system. First and second inverter circuits connected in a bridge, an AC output terminal of the first inverter circuit using the neutral line as a common line, and the single-phase three-wire commercial power A first AC filter circuit connected between the first voltage line and an AC output terminal of the second inverter circuit using the neutral line as a common line and the single-phase three-wire commercial power system A second AC filter circuit connected between the second power line and a first voltage line and a neutral line from the single-phase three-wire commercial power system through a first voltage line and a neutral line And a second received power detection for detecting a second received power received from the single-phase three-wire commercial power system through a second voltage line and a neutral line. And controlling the AC output of the first inverter circuit so that the polarity of the first received power detected by the first received power detector does not become the power generation side, and detecting the second received power. The polarity of the second received power detected by the detector should not be on the power generation side. Characterized in that an AC output control circuit for controlling the AC output of the second inverter circuit.
[0018]
According to this configuration, since the common connection point of the smoothing capacitors forming the smoothing circuit is connected to the neutral line of the single-phase three-wire commercial power system, the current flowing through the first voltage line and the second voltage A current different from the current flowing in the wire can be passed through the neutral wire and the smoothing circuit. Then, the AC output sides of the first and second inverter circuits can be connected in series in a non-insulated manner, and it is not necessary to provide an insulating transformer. Accordingly, a complete reverse power flow prevention operation can be realized by individual generated power control for each voltage line using the first and second inverter circuits, and the size, weight, cost, and efficiency of the device can be reduced. it can.
[0019]
In summary, the system interconnection inverter device according to
[0020]
According to this configuration, since the insulating transformer is interposed on one of the voltage lines, it is possible to prevent the current from flowing between the switching elements forming the inverter circuit, and to prevent the AC output of the first and second inverter circuits from occurring. Side can be connected in series. According to this configuration as well, it is possible to reduce the number of insulating transformers by one compared with the conventional configuration, to completely prevent reverse power flow, and to reduce the size, weight, cost, and efficiency of the device.
[0021]
Further, since the inverter circuit has a full-bridge connection configuration, it is possible to output both positive and negative voltages with respect to the DC voltage input from the DC power generator. For this reason, the output voltage of the DC power generator may be about a voltage obtained by adding a margin to the maximum value (140 V) on one voltage line side (for example, 100 V) of the single-phase three-wire commercial power system, and Thus, the output voltage of the DC power generation element such as a fuel cell can be directly output. Further, a voltage conversion device may be provided as necessary. Furthermore, the withstand voltage required for the inverter circuit can be reduced, and switching elements, capacitors, and the like having a low voltage rating can be used. In general, when the voltage rating is reduced, the conduction loss is reduced, and when the shape is the same, the conduction capacity is increased. Therefore, it is possible to achieve higher efficiency and smaller size.
[0022]
In summary, the system interconnection inverter device according to the ninth aspect is configured by connecting a switching element in a three-phase full bridge between output terminals of the DC power generation device and the DC power generation device. An inverter circuit having a third output terminal connected to a neutral line among the first to third output terminals corresponding to the first arm, a first AC filter circuit, a second AC filter circuit, 2 is connected between the second AC filter circuit and the second voltage line and the neutral line, and the polarity of the second output terminal is opposite to the polarity of the second voltage line when the neutral line is used as a reference potential. A single-phase three-wire type insulated transformer having a coupling to have a polarity, a first received power detector, a second received power detector, and an on / off state of a switching element forming a third arm. While controlling according to the power phase of the commercial power system First, the polarity of the second received power first so as not to each power generation side, characterized in that an AC output control circuit for controlling the AC output of the second arm.
[0023]
According to this configuration, the polarity of the second output terminal of the inverter circuit and the polarity of the second voltage line when the neutral line is set to the reference potential are opposite to the polarity due to the coupling of the insulating transformer. On the other hand, the polarity of the first voltage line and the polarity of the second voltage line when the neutral wire is set as the reference potential are also opposite polarities. Therefore, the polarity of the second output terminal of the inverter circuit and the polarity of the first voltage line (that is, the polarity of the first output terminal of the inverter circuit) when the neutral line is set to the reference potential become the same, and the inverter The same on / off control can be applied to the first and second arms of the circuit based on the neutral line. Further, compared to the conventional configuration, one insulating transformer can be reduced, reverse power flow can be completely prevented, and the device can be reduced in size, weight, cost, and efficiency. Further, the DC voltage output from the DC power generator can be reduced.
[0024]
In summary, the system interconnection inverter device according to
[0025]
According to this configuration, since the switching element forming the third arm performs high-speed switching, the potential of the third output terminal becomes equivalently 0 V, and the third output terminal is directly connected to the neutral line. Becomes possible. Then, a current having a difference between the current flowing through the first voltage line and the current flowing through the second voltage line flows through the neutral line, and the inverter circuit and the single-phase three-wire commercial power system do not pass through an insulating transformer. And can be connected. This configuration is similar to the grid-connected inverter device described in claim 1, but in consideration of the fact that a large electrolytic capacitor or the like is used for the smoothing capacitor, this configuration is used to reduce the device size. Is advantageous. This configuration can also realize a complete reverse power flow prevention operation.

In order to prevent reverse power flow, it is possible to estimate whether the power is in the power receiving state or the power generation (reverse power flow) state based on the phase relationship between the power supply voltage waveform and the power receiving current. Therefore, the instantaneous value multiplication of the voltage and the current does not need to be performed for the reverse power flow prevention control, and the calculation time for the control can be shortened and the load on the control can be reduced.

DC generation rated power = 1000W (maximum continuous generation)
Contract power of power system 1 = 6 kVA (200 V-30 A)
[0089]
The single-phase three-wire commercial power system 1 of 100 V / 200 V can be regarded as two rated voltage power supplies of 100 V, and the maximum value of the received power is 100 V / 30 A = 3000 VA for each phase (power factor = 1 and Then it becomes 3000W). In this case, at home, it is possible to connect the

[0104]
The load power consumption PLa and PLb are obtained by the equations (36) and (37), respectively. Here, / Sc * is a logically inverted signal of the selection signal Sc *.
PLa = Pa + PIa + Sc * · PIc (36)
PLb = Pb + PIb + / Sc * · PIc (37)
[0105]
Here, the following approximate expressions (38) to (42) hold for the received powers Pa and Pb and the AC output powers PIa, PIb and PIc.
Pa ≒ Wa (38)
Pb ≒ Wb ... (39)
PIa ≒ PIa * ... (40)

[0118]
The load power consumption PLa and PLb are obtained by the equations (45) and (46), respectively. Here, / Sa * and / Sb * are logically inverted signals of the selection signals Sa * and Sb *, respectively.
PLa = Pa + Sa * .PIa + / Sb * .PIb (45)
PLb = Pb + Sb * .PIb + / Sa * .PIa (46)
Here, for the received powers Pa and Pb and the AC output powers PIa and PIb, the above-described approximate expressions (38) to (41) hold.
[0119]
Therefore, the load capacity calculating circuit 48 estimates and calculates the load power consumption PLa *, PLb * of each phase by the following equations (47) and (48).

Next, as a twelfth embodiment of the present invention (corresponding to claims 7 and 13), a description will be given of power generation output control of an inverter circuit related to suppression of imbalance in received power of the power system 1. This power generation output control is applicable to all the above-described embodiments, but hereinafter, mainly the system interconnection inverter devices 37 and 44 (FIGS. 6 and 7) according to the eighth and ninth embodiments. ) Will be described as an example.

[0142]
As a specific calculation expression, the control margin determined based on the control error and the detection error as described above is defined as ΔP (ΔP ≧ 0), for example, by the following expressions (49) and (50). Here, / Sa * and / Sb * are logically inverted signals of the selection signals Sa * and Sb *, respectively.
[0143]
PLa * (n) = Wa−ΔP + Sa * · PIa * (n)

PLb * (n) = Wb-ΔP + / Sa * · PIa * (n) + Sb * · PIb * (n) + / 8c * · PIc * (n) (50)
[0144]
Here, for example, when the inverter circuit 38 does not exist as in the configuration shown in FIG. 7, the following Expression (51) may be used in the calculation of Expressions (49) and (50).
PIc * (n) = 0 (51)

When the power supply

PIb * (maximum) = / Sa * · PIa * (rated) + Sb * · PIb * (rated) + / 8c * · PIc * (rated) (55)
Also in this case, the calculation is appropriately performed using the equations (51), (52), and (53) according to the presence or absence of the inverter circuit 38 and the presence or absence of the power supply
[0148]
Next, AC generation rated power PI * (DC rating) determined according to the DC power generation rated power of the DC
[0149]
The power generation output standards PIa * (temporary) and PIb * (temporary) take into account reverse power flow prevention and inverter maximum output capacities PIa * (maximum), PIb * (maximum) and AC power rating power PI * (DC rating). The above provisional one is calculated so as to further satisfy the condition (2) with the following condition (1) as a basic condition.
{Circle around (1)} The rated power for alternating current generation PI * (DC rating) is equally distributed to each phase.
(2) The received power of each phase is balanced in accordance with the estimated load power consumption value (computed value) PLa *, PLb * of each phase at the present time.
[0150]
Specific calculations are, for example, the following equations (56) and (57).
PIa * (provisional) = (PI * (DC rating) + PLa * (present) -PLb * (present)) / 2 (56)
PIb * (provisional) = (PI * (DC rating) −PLa * (present) + PLb * (present)) / 2 (57)
[0151]
Next, the estimated load power consumption value (computed value) PLa * (current) of each phase is calculated from the calculated temporary power output reference PIa * (temporary) and PIb * (temporary) of each phase from the viewpoint of reverse power flow prevention. , PLb * (current), inverter maximum output capacities PIa * (maximum), PIb * (maximum) from the viewpoint of output limitation of
[0152]
0 ≦ PIa * (temporary) ≦ MIN (PLa * (current), PIa * (maximum), PI * (DC rating)) (58)
0 ≦ PIb * (temporary) ≦ MIN (PLb * (current), PIb * (maximum), PI * (DC rating)) (59)
[0153]
By controlling the
(1) No reverse power flow in each phase
(2) Each phase is within the rated power generation
(3) Great effect of correcting imbalance of received power
This is an excellent effect.
[0154]
The reason why “(temporary)” is added to PIa * and PIb * after the upper limit processing (UL) and the lower limit processing (LL) is that the power generation output reference PIa obtained in the following thirteenth embodiment is used. *, PIb * was considered "(final)".
[0155]
Although the present embodiment has been described based on the configurations shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the configurations shown in FIGS. 1 to 5 can be similarly applied. In this case, in the configuration including the
[0156]
(Thirteenth embodiment)
Next, a description will be given of a thirteenth embodiment (corresponding to claims 7 and 13) relating to power generation output control capable of further increasing the power generation output with respect to the twelfth embodiment described above. This power generation output control is also applicable to each of the above-described embodiments, but hereinafter, the system interconnection inverter devices 37 and 44 (FIGS. 6 and 7) according to the eighth and ninth embodiments will be described. An example will be described.
[0157]
Since the power generation output control of the twelfth embodiment is based on the unbalance correction calculation formulas represented by the formulas (56) and (57), the calculation result is not necessarily the total output power of each phase, that is, the
[0158]
Therefore, first, a margin (adjustable amount) ΔPIa * (reverse tide) and ΔPIb * (reverse tide) for the reverse power flow prevention condition are calculated by the following equations (60) and (61).
ΔPIa * (reverse tide) = PLa * (current state) −PIa * (temporary) (60)
ΔPIb * (reverse tide) = PLb * (current state) −PIb * (temporary) (61)
[0159]
Next, a margin (adjustable amount) ΔPIa * (rated) and ΔPIb * (rated) with respect to the inverter output rating for each phase are calculated by the following equations (62) and (63).
ΔPIa * (rated) = PIa * (maximum) −PIa * (temporary) (62)
ΔPIb * (rated) = PIb * (maximum) −PIb * (temporary) (63)
[0160]
Further, margins (adjustable amounts) ΔPIa * (DC) and ΔPIb * (DC) with respect to the rated AC power PI * (DC rating) of the
[0161]
Then, the minimum value for each phase is selected for each of the adjustable amounts, and the result is added to the temporary power generation output reference PIa * (temporary) and PIb * (temporary) for each phase. The final power generation output reference PIa * (final) and PIb * (final) of each phase to be output are obtained. This means that when all of the provisional power generation output references PIa * (provisional) or PIb * (provisional) for each phase have not reached the upper limit value for each phase, the output is increased to the closest upper limit value. Is equivalent to This calculation is performed by the following equations (65) to (68).
[0162]
ΔPIa * = MIN (ΔPIa * (reverse tide), ΔPIa * (rated), ΔPIa * (DC)) (65)
ΔPIb * = MIN (ΔPIb * (reverse tide), ΔPIb * (rated), ΔPIb * (DC)) (66)
PIa * (final) = PIa * (temporary) + ΔPIa * (67)
PIb * (final) = PIb * (temporary) + ΔPIa * (68)
[0163]
By controlling the
(1) No reverse power flow in each phase
(2) Each phase is within the rated power generation
(3) Great effect of correcting imbalance of received power
(4) Power generation output can be increased within the allowable range (use rate is improved)
This is an excellent effect.
[0164]
In this embodiment, the upper limit of the calculation of the power generation output reference PIa * (final) and PIb * (final) for each phase is defined as
A. Estimated load power consumption value PLa * (current), PLb * (current) of each phase
B. Inverter maximum output capacity PIa * (maximum), PIb * (maximum) for each phase
C. Rated DC power of
In addition, the upper limit processing and the output adjustment processing are performed in the same manner as described above by further taking into account a predetermined constant or a variable (eg, time period (daytime and nighttime) and a fuel supply state to the fuel cell) corresponding to the driving situation. Is executed, the effects (1) to (4) can be easily obtained within the range of the newly added condition.
[0165]
(14th embodiment)
Next, a fourteenth embodiment (corresponding to
When the reverse power flow prevention control is performed in each of the above-described embodiments, usually, a high-speed response according to the load power fluctuation is required. Therefore, considering a situation in which load fluctuation frequently occurs, the inverter output also fluctuates accordingly, and as a result, the amount of DC power generated by the
[0166]
In this case, for example, if a protection relay for preventing reverse power flow is installed on the upper side of the power system 1, if the operation time of the protection relay is within a set time (for example, 1 second), or if the reverse power flow is a predetermined power, If it is within the range, even if reverse power flow occurs, it does not immediately decrease the output of the inverter circuit, keeps the current inverter output state, or gradually reduces the output at a predetermined rate. Is added to the AC output control circuit, it is possible to reduce the influence of output fluctuation on the
[0167]
Further, once a system interconnection system including a system interconnection inverter device using a fuel cell is once constructed, conditions for interconnection to the power system 1 imposed on the system interconnection system are changed, for example, a predetermined Even if the reverse power flow is possible, if the reverse power flow prevention time is made variable in advance from the outside, the set time is simply extended (for example, set to infinity), and a particularly large configuration change is involved. There is an advantage that can be easily dealt with without.
[0168]
Note that the amount of hydrogen-rich gas in the fuel cell and the DC power are basically in a proportional relationship. Therefore, performing reverse power flow prevention control due to a change in load power results in a change in the power generated by the inverter circuit, which leads directly to a change in the DC power generated, leading to a change in the fuel flow rate. On the other hand, since the fuel cell can be regarded as a small-scale chemical plant as described above, it is more stable and efficient to operate under a certain condition. Therefore, if the fuel control means is provided to control the fuel flow rate supplied to the fuel cell with a predetermined time limit element or a predetermined increase / decrease rate according to the output power of the inverter circuit by the reverse power flow prevention control, the fluctuation of the plant can be improved. Can be reduced, and efficient operation can be realized.
