Abstract
1333573 Laminated electrodes H L MIL. HENCH 14 Oct 1970 48847/70 Heading B5N [Also in Divisions A5 and H2] An electrode for an electrosurgical apparatus comprises a rectangular, rounded-cornered, flexible, flat, electrically-insulating base to one side of which an electrically conductive skin is secured. The skin may be in one portion or two separated portions, and may be turned over the edges of the base. The skin may be made of sheet metal or aluminium foil. The base may be of cardboard, paper or wood and impregnated with plastics material which bonds the conductive skin to the base. One end part of the electrode may be folded over on itself. Specification 1,256,603 is referred to describing a suitable electrode.
