L'invention concerne un procédé de supervision d’une batterie électrique de véhicule automobile, le procédé comportant les étapes suivantes :- une étape (100) de détermination d’un besoin en diagnostic électrique d’un réseau basse tension conduisant à la mise à jour d’une variable de besoin en diagnostic électrique (10, 10a, 10b) en fonction de l’au moins une condition testée,- une étape (200) de pilotage spécifique de la batterie électrique en fonction de la variable de besoin en diagnostic électrique(10, 10a, 10b),- une étape (300) de diagnostic de la batterie électrique  durant laquelle plusieurs paramètres caractéristiques (13, 14, 130, 140, 16, 17, 18) sont déterminés,- une étape (400) d’analyse des paramètres caractéristiques (13, 14, 130, 140, 16, 17, 18) déterminés durant l’étape de diagnostic (300), - une étape (500) de détermination d’au moins un état de diagnostic (150) de la batterie électrique.
