Abstract
L'invention concerne un module d'électronique de puissance (1) pour commander un système électrique multiphasé (2), ledit module (1) comprenant une pluralité de dispositifs électroniques (4a, 4b, 4c) mettant en forme d'au moins un signal électrique dit entrant (S1) en une pluralité de signaux électriques dits sortants (S2) aptes à alimenter ledit système électrique multiphasé (2). Chaque dispositif électronique (4a, 4b, 4c) comporte un substrat (17) intégrant un circuit électrique et au moins un composant électronique (18) lié solidairement au substrat (17) et connecté électriquement au circuit électrique. Le module (1) comprend aussi un connecteur électrique (16) d'injection de l'au moins un signal électrique entrant (S1) vers la pluralité de dispositifs électroniques (4a, 4b, 4c), et un support (3) mécanique de forme cylindrique et comportant un évidement (19) intérieur recevant la pluralité de dispositifs électroniques (4a, 4b, 4c). Les composants électroniques (18) de chaque dispositif électronique (4a, 4b, 4c) sont orientés radialement vers l'intérieur de l'évidement (19) et le substrat (17) de chaque dispositif électronique (4a, 4b, 4c) est orienté radialement vers l'extérieur de l'évidement (19). L'invention concerne aussi un ensemble comprenant le module et un moteur électrique, ainsi qu'un véhicule à motorisation électrique équipé dudit ensemble.The invention relates to a power electronics module (1) for controlling a multiphase electrical system (2), said module (1) comprising a plurality of electronic devices (4a, 4b, 4c) forming at least one said incoming electrical signal (S1) in a plurality of so-called outgoing electrical signals (S2) able to feed said multiphase electrical system (2). Each electronic device (4a, 4b, 4c) comprises a substrate (17) incorporating an electrical circuit and at least one electronic component (18) integrally bonded to the substrate (17) and electrically connected to the electrical circuit. The module (1) also comprises an electrical connector (16) for injecting the at least one incoming electrical signal (S1) towards the plurality of electronic devices (4a, 4b, 4c), and a mechanical support (3) for cylindrical shape and having an interior recess (19) receiving the plurality of electronic devices (4a, 4b, 4c). The electronic components (18) of each electronic device (4a, 4b, 4c) are oriented radially inwardly of the recess (19) and the substrate (17) of each electronic device (4a, 4b, 4c) is oriented radially outwardly of the recess (19). The invention also relates to an assembly comprising the module and an electric motor, as well as a vehicle with electric motorization equipped with said assembly.
