Abstract

The invention describes a wound-closure device comprising tapes that are stuck on to the skin along the wound edge and that each possess one longitudinal strip in the region of the wound edge. On wound closure, the two longitudinal strips are joined together.

Description

Dort wo die Längsleiste 4 mit dem Band 5 in Verbindung steht, ist der Verbindungsbezirk nach Anspruch 4 dünn, d. h. die Längsleiste ist hier z. Bei einem anderen ebenfalls nicht dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel kann diese Einrastvereinigung der Längsleisten 11 und 12 zusätzlich dadurch gesichert werden, daß durch die Einrastauskragungen 13 der Längsleiste 11 und die Zwischenbereiche der Einrastaussparungen 14 , welche sich in der Längsleiste 12 befinden, nach dem Einrasten ein fortlaufender Kanal besteht, in welchen zur Sicherung eine Mandrin eingeführt wird (nicht dargestellt). - Bei diesem Ausführungsbeispiel kann bis zum Abfallen der Hautverschlußvorrichtung auf Klemmen verzichtet werden. - In ähnlicher Weise können 35 die Längsleisten nach Art eines handelsüblichen Reißverschlusses miteinander vereinigt werden (nicht dargestellt). Das Ausführungsbeispiel der Fig. 1 zeigt die beiden auf die Hautoberfläche 1 mittels Klebemittelschicht 3 angeklebten Bänder 5, welche im Bereich des Wundrandes 2 mit der Längsleiste 4 verbunden sind. Im Bereich des Wundrandes weist die Längsleiste 4 einen keilförmigen Verjüngungsbezirk auf, in welchen die zangenförmigen Branchen 15 der Klemme 6 eingreifen. Durch Federdruck der Feder 7 der Klemme 6 werden die Längskanten 4 und damit auch die Wundränder 2 zueinander gezogen, aufeinander gepreßt und in dieser Position gehalten, wobei die beiden Wundränder 2 und die Wundflächen 16 sehr genau zur Adaption bzw. Dieser Eingang ist aus einem Material, welches so elastisch ist, daß es beim Einpressen die Einrastauskragung eintreten läßt und danach in dieser Position hält. Claims
