In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, where the auxiliary circuit detection circuit 110 is a current detection circuit, the first input is an inverting input, the second input is a non-inverting input, and the reference signal is a current reference signal.
In this embodiment, the current reference signal is used as a basis for calibrating the output current of the auxiliary circuit in the circuit.

As shown in fig. 4, in some embodiments, the number of auxiliary circuits may be plural, the number of auxiliary circuit detection circuits 110 may be plural, the number of protection circuits 120 may be plural, the auxiliary circuits and the auxiliary circuit detection circuits 110 are in one-to-one correspondence, the auxiliary circuit detection circuits 110 and the protection circuits 120 are in one-to-one correspondence, and the output ends of the plurality of protection circuits 120 are respectively electrically connected to the input ends of the control circuit 130.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, in the case where there are two auxiliary circuits, there may be two corresponding auxiliary circuit detection circuits 110, and there may be two protection circuits 120.
In the actual implementation process, when the auxiliary circuit detection circuit 110 is a voltage detection circuit, under the condition that both auxiliary circuits work normally, the detection values of the auxiliary circuit output voltages at the non-inverting input ends of the comparator 1 and the comparator 2 are higher than the voltage reference signal at the inverting input end, the comparator 1 and the comparator 2 output high levels, the photoelectric couplers of the protection circuit 1201 and the protection circuit 1202 are not conducted, and the control circuit 130 works normally.
In the case that at least one of the two auxiliary circuits is shorted, the detection value of the auxiliary circuit output voltage at the non-inverting input end of at least one of the comparator 1 and the comparator 2 is lower than the voltage reference signal at the inverting input end, at least one of the comparator 1 and the comparator 2 outputs a low level, the photocoupler of at least one of the two protection circuits 120 is turned on, the signal at the control circuit 130 end is reduced, so that the control circuit 130 turns off the driving signal of the power system, and the whole power system enters a protection state.
According to the power supply system protection circuit provided by the embodiment of the application, by arranging the auxiliary circuits, the auxiliary circuit detection circuit 110 and the protection circuit 120, the control circuit 130 can close the driving signal of the power supply system under the condition that any auxiliary circuit is short-circuited, the whole power supply system enters a protection state, the damage to the later-stage load caused by the incomplete work of the power supply system is avoided, and the application scene of the power supply system protection circuit 120 is widened.

In this embodiment, the voltage stabilizing circuit is connected to at least one auxiliary circuit, and the voltage stabilizing circuit is electrically connected to the power system protection circuit.
In the actual implementation, as shown in fig. 6, for example, the power converter 140 may include a main path and two auxiliary paths, where Vo is the main path output and V1 and V2 are the auxiliary path outputs.
IN the case where a short circuit occurs IN any of the auxiliary circuits, the input voltages v1_in and v2_in of the voltage stabilizing circuits corresponding to the auxiliary circuits may supply power to the auxiliary circuit detecting circuit 110 and the protection circuit 120.
According to the power supply system provided by the embodiment of the application, the voltage stabilizing circuit is arranged IN the power supply system and connected IN at least one path of auxiliary circuit, and the voltage stabilizing circuit is electrically connected with the power supply system protection circuit, so that under the condition that any auxiliary circuit is short-circuited, the input voltages V1_IN and V2_IN of the voltage stabilizing circuit corresponding to the auxiliary circuit can normally supply power to the auxiliary circuit detection circuit 110 and the protection circuit 120.

1. A power supply system protection circuit, comprising:
the input end of the auxiliary circuit detection circuit is electrically connected with an auxiliary circuit of the power supply system;
the input end of the protection circuit is electrically connected with the output end of the auxiliary circuit detection circuit, the protection circuit is used for isolating auxiliary circuit detection signals and outputting the protection signals, and the auxiliary circuit detection signals are determined by the auxiliary circuit detection circuit based on the working state of the auxiliary circuit;
the input end of the control circuit is electrically connected with the output end of the protection circuit, the output end of the control circuit is electrically connected with the power supply system, and the control circuit is used for responding to the protection signal to turn off the driving signal of the power supply system.
2. The power supply system protection circuit according to claim 1, wherein at least one of the protection circuit and the auxiliary circuit detection circuit is electrically connected to a voltage stabilizing circuit of the auxiliary circuit.

The power supply system protection circuit according to claim 1, wherein the auxiliary circuit detection circuit includes a comparator, the protection circuit includes a photo coupler, a first input terminal of the comparator is electrically connected to the auxiliary circuit, a second input terminal of the comparator is connected to a reference signal, an output terminal of the comparator is electrically connected to a cathode of a diode side of the photo coupler, and an output terminal of the photo coupler is electrically connected to an input terminal of the control circuit.
4. The power supply system protection circuit according to claim 3, wherein an anode on a diode side of the photocoupler is electrically connected to a voltage stabilizing circuit of the auxiliary circuit.
5. A power supply system protection circuit according to claim 3, wherein the comparator is electrically connected to a voltage stabilizing circuit of the auxiliary circuit.

A power supply system protection circuit according to claim 3, wherein in the case where the auxiliary circuit detection circuit is a voltage detection circuit, the first input terminal is a non-inverting input terminal, the second input terminal is an inverting input terminal, and the reference signal is a voltage reference signal.
7. A power supply system protection circuit according to claim 3, wherein in the case where the auxiliary circuit detection circuit is a current detection circuit, the first input terminal is an inverting input terminal, the second input terminal is a non-inverting input terminal, and the reference signal is a current reference signal.
8. The power supply system protection circuit according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the number of the auxiliary circuits is plural, the number of the auxiliary circuit detection circuits is plural, the auxiliary circuits are in one-to-one correspondence with the auxiliary circuit detection circuits, the auxiliary circuit detection circuits are in one-to-one correspondence with the protection circuits, and the output ends of the plurality of the protection circuits are electrically connected with the input ends of the control circuit, respectively.
9. A power supply system, comprising:
the power supply converter comprises a main path and at least one auxiliary path;
the power supply system protection circuit of any one of claims 1-8, wherein one end of the power supply system protection circuit is electrically connected to the at least one auxiliary circuit, and the other end of the power supply system protection circuit is electrically connected to the power converter.
10. The power system of claim 9, further comprising a voltage regulator circuit connected in the at least one auxiliary circuit, and the voltage regulator circuit is electrically connected to the power system protection circuit.
