本实用新型公开了新型复合泡沫材料负压吸附装置,其包括PVA吸水泡沫材料层,PVA吸水泡沫材料层的上端面安装有负压引流管,PVA吸水泡沫材料层的下方设置有软化泡沫材料层,PVA吸水泡沫材料层和软化泡沫材料层之间通过粘结面固定连接,粘结面上设有三维互通微孔,三维互通微孔使得软化泡沫材料层的三维网孔空间结构与PVA吸水泡沫材料层的三维网孔空间结构连通,软化泡沫材料层与创面长期放置不粘连,揭开软化泡沫材料层时不出血,极大地拓宽了临床适应症及提高了植皮、转移皮瓣等应用成功率,软化泡沫材料层脱水变干后,保持柔软,避免现有的PVA泡沫材料脱水变干后变硬,变硬的泡沫材料对组织及创面压迫导致的副作用及负压治疗失效的问题。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种新型复合泡沫材料负压吸附装置。
背景技术
负压护创泡沫材料是负压治疗的关键材料,其性能直接决定临床效果及临床适应症范围。理想的泡沫材料性能如下:a) 负压护创泡沫材料与创面长期放置不粘连,揭开材料时不出血,不对创面造成二次损伤;b) 负压护创泡沫材料不能外加防霉剂及抗生素,避免外用抗生素等副作用;c) 负压护创泡沫材料脱水变干后,应该保持柔软,避免对组织及创面压迫导致的副作用;d) 负压护创泡沫材料弹性合适,即能有效传导负压,又能避免弹性太大引起创面疼痛;e) 负压护创泡沫材料吸液性能好;f) 负压护创泡沫材料极佳的负压传导性能,网孔互通及网孔大小合适。
目前临床才常用的负压护创泡沫材料一般为一层的水化聚乙烯醇泡沫材料(PVA)或一层聚氨酯泡沫材料(PU)或一层的植物纤维泡沫材料(一般是经过丝瓜瓤经化工处理)。
水化聚乙烯醇泡沫材料(PVA)的性能缺陷:a) 泡沫材料外添加了防霉剂及抗生素,这样,防止水化聚乙烯醇泡沫材料(PVA)发霉,然而外用抗生素等副作用大,例如:皮肤水泡、违反医疗常规及医疗器械管理规定;b) 材料脱水变干后变硬(硬度与石膏相当),导致负压传导失效,治疗失败以及人体其它副作用。
聚氨酯泡沫材料(PU)与植物纤维泡沫材料的缺陷:a) 材料与创面长期放置粘连,揭开材料时出血,导致创面二次损伤; b) 材料吸液性能不佳。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的,在于提供一种新型复合泡沫材料负压吸附装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题的解决方案是:新型复合泡沫材料负压吸附装置,其包括三维网孔空间结构的PVA吸水泡沫材料层,所述PVA吸水泡沫材料层的上端面安装有至少一支负压引流管,PVA吸水泡沫材料层的下方设置三维网孔空间结构的软化泡沫材料层,所述PVA吸水泡沫材料层和软化泡沫材料层之间通过粘结面固定连接,所述粘结面上设有三维互通微孔,所述三维互通微孔使得软化泡沫材料层的三维网孔空间结构与PVA吸水泡沫材料层的三维网孔空间结构连通。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述软化泡沫材料层的面积比PVA吸水泡沫材料层的面积大
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述软化泡沫材料层的厚度比PVA吸水泡沫材料层的厚度小。 
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述软化泡沫材料层的厚度为1~2毫米,所述PVA吸水泡沫材料层的厚度为2~5毫米。
本实用新型的有益效果是:与现在的负压护创泡沫材料相比,有以下有点:
1,软化泡沫材料层与创面长期放置不粘连,揭开软化泡沫材料层时不出血,不对创面造成二次损伤,极大地拓宽了临床适应症及提高了植皮、转移皮瓣等应用成功率;
2,包装时不需要添加防霉剂及抗生素,避免了临床上目前常用的PVA泡沫材料脱水变干后,即出现硬度增大(与石膏硬度相当),变硬的泡沫材料对组织及创面压迫导致的副作用及负压治疗失效的问题;
3,本实用新型属于超薄类型,结构设计合理,大大地节约手术贴膜时间;
4,PVA吸水泡沫材料层吸液性能好,负压传导性能佳,网孔互通及网孔大小合适;
5,软化泡沫材料层弹性合适,即能有效传导负压,又能避免弹性太大引起创面疼痛。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,详细说明本实用新型的应用。
参照图1~图3,新型复合泡沫材料负压吸附装置,其包括三维网孔空间结构的PVA吸水泡沫材料层1,PVA吸水泡沫材料层1吸水后膨胀,所述PVA吸水泡沫材料层1的上端面安装有至少一支负压引流管,PVA吸水泡沫材料层1的下方设置三维网孔空间结构的软化泡沫材料层2,软化泡沫材料层2可以为PVA材料,也可以为其他合适的材料。软化泡沫材料层2与创面长期放置不粘连,揭开软化泡沫材料层2时不出血,不对创面造成二次损伤,极大地拓宽了临床适应症及提高了植皮、转移皮瓣等应用成功率,所述PVA吸水泡沫材料层1和软化泡沫材料层2之间通过粘结面3固定连接,所述粘结面3上设有三维互通微孔,所述三维互通微孔使得软化泡沫材料层2的三维网孔空间结构与PVA吸水泡沫材料层1的三维网孔空间结构连通,PVA吸水泡沫材料层1吸液性能好,负压传导性能佳,网孔互通及网孔大小合适。本实用新型不需要添加防霉剂及抗生素,避免外用抗生素等副作用;软化泡沫材料层2脱水变干后,保持柔软,目前常用的PVA泡沫材料脱水变干后,即出现硬度增大(与石膏硬度相当),变硬的泡沫材料对组织及创面压迫导致的副作用及负压治疗失效的问题。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述引流管包括内置引流管20以及外接引流管30,所述内置引流管20为引流管的前端,所述内置引流管20的管壁上设有引流侧孔,所述外接引流管30的前端套入内置引流管20的引流管接头70,所述外接引流管30的后端联接至负压源。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,参照图4所示的实施例,每个内置引流管20旁均设置内置冲洗管40,所述内置冲洗管40的前端直接置于PVA吸水泡沫材料层1上设有引流管的一侧表面或穿过PVA吸水泡沫材料层1后伸出PVA吸水泡沫材料层1外表面或侧面,该穿过PVA吸水泡沫材料层1的方式如缝合针缝合时的方式。。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述内置冲洗管40的后端上设有冲洗管接头60,所述冲洗管接头60上还安装有可拆装的外置冲洗管50。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述软化泡沫材料层2的面积比PVA吸水泡沫材料层1的面积大,这样可以使得创面都处于软化泡沫材料层2的覆盖范围,使得PVA吸水泡沫材料层1不能直接接触人体。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述软化泡沫材料层2的厚度比PVA吸水泡沫材料层1的厚度小。 
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述软化泡沫材料层2的厚度为1~2毫米,所述PVA吸水泡沫材料层1的厚度为2~5毫米,超薄类型,结构设计合理,大大地节约手术贴膜时间。

Claims (7)

1.新型复合泡沫材料负压吸附装置,其特征在于:其包括三维网孔空间结构的PVA吸水泡沫材料层,所述PVA吸水泡沫材料层的上端面安装有至少一支负压引流管,PVA吸水泡沫材料层的下方设置三维网孔空间结构的软化泡沫材料层,所述PVA吸水泡沫材料层和软化泡沫材料层之间通过粘结面固定连接,所述粘结面上设有三维互通微孔,所述三维互通微孔使得软化泡沫材料层的三维网孔空间结构与PVA吸水泡沫材料层的三维网孔空间结构连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型复合泡沫材料负压吸附装置,其特征在于:所述负压引流管包括内置引流管以及外接引流管,所述内置引流管为引流管的前端,所述内置引流管的管壁上设有引流侧孔,所述外接引流管的前端套入内置引流管的引流管接头,所述外接引流管的后端联接至负压源。
3.根据权利要求2所述的新型复合泡沫材料负压吸附装置,其特征在于:每个内置引流管旁均设置内置冲洗管,所述内置冲洗管的前端直接置于PVA吸水泡沫材料层上设有引流管的一侧表面或穿过PVA吸水泡沫材料层后伸出PVA吸水泡沫材料层外表面或侧面。
4.根据权利要求3所述的新型复合泡沫材料负压吸附装置,其特征在于:所述内置冲洗管的后端上设有冲洗管接头,所述冲洗管接头上还安装有可拆装的外置冲洗管。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新型复合泡沫材料负压吸附装置,其特征在于:所述软化泡沫材料层的面积比PVA吸水泡沫材料层的面积大。
6.根据权利要求1所述的新型复合泡沫材料负压吸附装置,其特征在于:所述软化泡沫材料层的厚度比PVA吸水泡沫材料层的厚度小。
7.根据权利要求3所述的新型复合泡沫材料负压吸附装置,其特征在于:所述软化泡沫材料层的厚度为1~2毫米,所述PVA吸水泡沫材料层的厚度为2~5毫米。
