Background
Bridge cranes (e.g., gantry cranes) and similar rail handling equipment are used primarily for outdoor yard, stock yard cargo, bulk handling operations. Because the bridge crane is heavy, the large friction generated by the wheels and the steel rails is very easy to generate during operation, so that the wheels and the rails are worn, and potential safety hazards such as wheel deviation, derailment and the like are generated. Currently, the method for solving the problems is to frequently replace the wheels and the rails, which greatly increases the production cost and reduces the production efficiency.
The bridge crane lubrication can reduce mechanical abrasion and prolong the service life of parts; good running performance of the equipment is maintained, such as the phenomenon that rotating parts such as a pin shaft are blocked, the bearing is burnt out and the like are avoided; lubrication reduces friction, improves production efficiency, and reduces kinetic energy consumption; the temperature of the friction surface is reduced, and overheat damage of the friction surface is avoided; rust and corrosion are prevented; sealing and dust prevention.
Although the conventional lubricating oil and lubricating grease have excellent lubricating property, the rail of the bridge crane is exposed to the open air for a long time, the use environment is exposed to wind, sun, rain and sun, and dust pollution is large, and the lubricating grease of the conventional lubricating oil is easy to fall off and rapidly oxidize and deteriorate. Conventional lubricating oils and greases are therefore not suitable for wear lubrication of gantry crane tracks. Meanwhile, due to the characteristics of huge equipment size, inconvenient maintenance and the like of the bridge crane, no technology capable of meeting the requirements of the gantry crane track on wear resistance and lubrication for the whole life through one-time surface treatment exists at present. Secondly, when the bridge crane runs, a wear-resistant lubricating coating can be tracked and coated on the track through the oil sprayer device, and the coating is rapidly solidified to form a film, so that the wear-resistant lubricating requirement of the bridge crane track can be met, and the replacement period of the track and the wheels is prolonged.

Document CN110028852a discloses an organic-inorganic composite lubrication protective coating material with excellent space environment resistance, which is prepared by ball milling and dispersing uniformly, wherein inorganic phosphate modified by polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion is used as a binder, lamellar dichalcogenide is used as a solid lubricant, antimony trioxide and rare earth fluoride are used as auxiliary functional fillers, and water is used as a diluent; the raw materials comprise the following components: 10.0 to 25.0 percent of inorganic phosphate modified by polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion, 7.2 to 25.0 percent of lamellar dithio compound, 4.2 to 15.0 percent of antimonous oxide, 0.5 to 5.8 percent of rare earth fluoride and the balance of water. However, the document requires surface treatments such as degreasing, rust removal, sand blasting, ultrasonic treatment and the like on the surface of the part in advance, the sprayed part is placed at room temperature for 3-6 hours for surface drying, and the part is placed in a blast oven for curing, wherein the curing conditions are as follows: keeping the temperature at 120+/-5 ℃ for 2 hours; and the temperature is kept at 310+/-5 ℃ for 1h. Therefore, the method can not meet the practical application requirements of heavy load, dustiness, no-track substrate treatment and huge size, and can not be heated.

In order to solve the problems, development of a coating slurry with excellent normal-temperature quick-drying wear resistance and lubricating property is urgently needed, but the existing wear-resistant lubricating coating cannot meet the requirements at the same time.

The invention aims to provide normal-temperature quick-drying wear-resistant lubricating coating slurry for bridge crane rails, which has the characteristics of normal-temperature solidification and quick drying, can be put into use in a very short time, has excellent wear resistance and lubricating property, and solves the problem that the conventional wear-resistant lubricating technology cannot meet the use requirements of bridge crane rails.

one or more of aluminum powder, iron powder, zinc oxide and aluminum oxide serving as wear-resistant functional fillers;
the lubricating function filler is at least one of molybdenum disulfide, graphite, polytetrafluoroethylene, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene or polysiloxane;
the film forming material is at least one of No. 100 gear oil, no. 150 gear oil, no. 320 gear oil, L-HL hydraulic oil or L-HM hydraulic oil;
the auxiliary agent is one or more of a drying agent and a catalyst; the drying agent is one or more of zinc isooctanoate and cobalt isooctanoate, and the catalyst is one or more of a 5A molecular sieve and a ZSM-5 molecular sieve;
the solvent is at least one of small molecular alcohol with 2-5 carbon atoms and quick-drying naphtha DOWSIL OS-10, DOWSIL OS-20 and DOWSIL OS-30, preferably at least one of ethanol, isopropanol, isobutanol and DOWSIL OS-20.

The normal-temperature quick-drying wear-resistant lubricating coating slurry for the bridge crane track is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 30% of wear-resistant functional filler, 15% of lubricating functional filler, 20% of film forming substance, 15% of auxiliary agent and 20% of solvent; wherein the wear-resistant functional filler is prepared from aluminum powder and iron powder according to the mass ratio of 1:2, mixing; the lubricating function filler is prepared from molybdenum disulfide and graphite according to the mass ratio of 3:1, mixing; the auxiliary agent is prepared from zinc isooctanoate and a catalyst 5A molecular sieve according to the mass ratio of 1:1, the composition is as follows; the film forming material is No. 100 gear oil; the solvent is ethanol and quick-drying naphtha DOWSIL OS-10 according to the mass ratio of 1: 5.

The preparation method is the same as in example 1.
Example 3
The normal-temperature quick-drying wear-resistant lubricating coating slurry for the bridge crane track is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 20% of wear-resistant functional filler, 25% of lubricating functional filler, 30% of film forming substance, 5% of auxiliary agent and 20% of solvent; wherein the wear-resistant functional filler is prepared from aluminum powder, iron powder and zinc oxide according to the mass ratio of 1:1:1, mixing; the lubricating function filler is prepared from polytetrafluoroethylene and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene according to a mass ratio of 2:1, mixing; the auxiliary agent is a catalyst 5A molecular sieve; the film forming material is formed by mixing hydraulic oil L-HL and hydraulic oil L-HM according to a mass ratio of 1:1; the solvent is prepared from butanol and quick-drying naphtha DOWSIL OS-30 according to a mass ratio of 1: 2. The normal-temperature quick-drying wear-resistant lubricating coating slurry for the bridge crane track is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 35% of wear-resistant functional filler, 20% of lubricating functional filler, 25% of film forming material, 10% of auxiliary agent and 10% of solvent; wherein the wear-resistant functional filler is prepared from iron powder, zinc oxide and aluminum oxide according to the mass ratio of 1:2:3, mixing; the lubricating function filler is prepared from molybdenum disulfide, polysiloxane and polytetrafluoroethylene according to a mass ratio of 3:1:2, mixing; the auxiliary agent comprises drying agent zinc isooctanoate and catalyst 5A, ZMS-5 molecular sieve according to mass ratio of 1:1:1, the composition is as follows; the film forming material is No. 100 gear oil and hydraulic oil (L-HL) according to the mass ratio of 1:2, mixing; the solvent comprises the following components of fast drying naphtha DOWSIL OS-10, fast drying naphtha DOWSIL OS-20 and fast drying naphtha DOWSIL OS-30 according to the mass ratio of 1:1: 1.

The wear-resistant lubricating coatings prepared in examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 4 were coated on rails by spraying with an oil sprayer, and formed into films at normal temperature. The coatings were then subjected to performance testing, the results of which are shown in table 2:
