The chronic wound is commonly seen in various clinical departments, has complex etiology and long course of disease, is a great problem in the new century, has obvious negative effects on the life quality of patients, causes medical burden to society due to high dressing change cost, and is difficult to heal due to infection, and the wound which is difficult to heal can be infected at the same time.
The main problems of the existing detection of chronic wounds are as follows: currently, most similar works focus on the embodiment of a sensing function for the selection and processing of a substrate for detecting a chronic wound surface, but the flexibility of a substrate and the application property of the wound surface are neglected, the modulus of the selected material is usually higher and is general with the application property of the skin, and the preparation process of a flexible electrode is more complex; in addition, it is difficult to fabricate sensors for high accuracy and high sensitivity temperature monitoring on flexible stretchable substrates due to the nature of the polymer itself. In the past, rigid devices such as temperature sensor chips and the like are integrated on Polyimide (PI) substrates, and have high modulus and poor skin adhesion. And is not stretchable, which greatly limits practical applications.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, it is necessary to provide a flexible sensor, a flexible intelligent dressing, and a preparation method and an application thereof, for solving the problems existing in the prior art that a flexible electronic device substrate is too hard and is not suitable for a wound surface.

Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, a schematic structural diagram of a flexible sensor according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a pH working electrode 110, a reference electrode 120, a temperature sensitive resistor 130 and a drug release electrode 140.
The pH working electrode 110 is used to detect the pH of the environment.
In some of these embodiments, the pH working electrode comprises polyaniline.
The reference electrode 120 is used to provide an electrode for reference comparison.
In some of these embodiments, the reference electrode 120 comprises Ag/AgCl ink.
The temperature sensitive resistor 130 is used for detecting the temperature of the environment.

The drug release electrode 140 can release drugs under the action of voltage.
In some of these embodiments, the drug delivery electrode 140 comprises polypyrrole and cefazolin sodium.
The flexible sensor provided by the above embodiment 1 of the present application integrates pH sensing, temperature sensing, and an electronically controlled drug release micro flexible sensor array, so that the flexible sensor array can be attached to a chronic wound surface, continuously monitor the pH and temperature of the local environment of the wound surface in real time, and further control the infection condition of the wound surface, and the electronically controlled drug release can timely perform drug administration treatment on the infection condition, thereby implementing an intelligent treatment scheme of wound monitoring to a certain extent.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 2, the present application further provides a method for manufacturing the flexible sensor, including the following steps:
step S110: a substrate mask is provided.
It can be understood that, in practice, a corresponding substrate mask plate may be designed according to the position distribution of each sensor region and the lead on the substrate, please refer to fig. 3, which is a schematic structural diagram of the mask plate.
Step S120: and preparing a substrate film on the substrate mask plate.
In some of the examples, Ecoflex substrate films with a thickness of 200um were prepared by spin coating.
Step S130: depositing a flexible circuit on the base film.
In some embodiments, gold having a thickness of 200nm distributed according to the mask plate is deposited as a flexible circuit on the mask plate for deposition designed in step S110 and the Ecoflex substrate film prepared in step S120 by a thermal evaporation apparatus.
Step S140: and preparing the pH working electrode and the reference electrode on the flexible circuit.
In some of these embodiments, polyaniline is deposited on the flex circuit by electrochemical deposition and dried naturally at room temperature as the working electrode of the core of the pH sensor; Ag/AgCl ink with the thickness of 0.5mm is coated on a pH reference area prepared by a flexible circuit by a coating method and is used as a reference electrode of the pH sensor.
Step S150: and preparing the temperature-sensitive resistor on the flexible circuit.
In some embodiments, 0805 type temperature-sensitive resistors with ultra-small volume are adopted and distributed in a sensing area according to sensor pins, and are connected with gold wires in a flexible circuit in a matched liquid metal manner to form a complete sensing circuit.

The method for manufacturing the flexible sensor provided in embodiment 2 of the present application can measure multiple parameters in a small area, including pH, temperature of a local microenvironment of a chronic wound surface, and electronically controlled drug release, and the flexible circuit is manufactured on the flexible substrate by a simple method, and the introduction of the liquid metal is used as both the circuit and the interface to realize the combination and coexistence of flexibility and hardness, including the combination of the rigid temperature sensor and the flexible substrate, so that the requirements of flexible attachment to the wound surface and allowing wound surface penetrating fluid to pass through the substrate are considered while the supporting function of the substrate is ensured. The preparation method is simple and feasible.
Example 3
Referring to fig. 4, the present application further provides a flexible smart dressing, which includes a flexible dressing 310 and a flexible sensor 320 disposed on the flexible dressing 310. The flexible sensor is attached to the wound surface.
The detailed structure and the manufacturing method of the flexible sensor 320 can refer to embodiments 1 and 2, and are not described herein.
The soft intelligent dressing provided by the embodiment 3 of the application comprises the flexible sensor, and the flexible sensor integrates the pH working electrode, the temperature sensitive resistor and the drug release electrode for electrically controlled drug release, so that the dressing can be attached to a chronic wound surface, the pH and the temperature of the local environment of the wound surface can be continuously monitored in real time, the infection condition of the wound surface can be controlled, the drug delivery treatment can be timely carried out on the infection condition through the electrically controlled drug release, and the intelligent treatment scheme for wound monitoring can be realized to a certain extent.
Further, the application also provides a preparation method of the soft intelligent dressing, which comprises the following steps: the flexible sensor is arranged on the soft dressing, and the preparation process is simple.
The application provides a soft intelligent dressing will the flexible sensor laminating of soft intelligent dressing is on the surface of a wound, and applicable in the characteristics of chronic surface of a wound semi-open, permeable surface of a wound penetrant and the miniature sensing array of a plurality of important indexes of integrated detection to the problem that the flexible electronic equipment substrate of preparation is too hard under the solution prior art, is inapplicable to the surface of a wound.

preparing the temperature-sensitive resistor on the flexible circuit;
and preparing the medicament release electrode on the flexible circuit.
