Ultrasonic welding is performed by transmitting a high-frequency vibration wave to the surfaces of two objects to be welded, and rubbing the surfaces of the two objects against each other under pressure to form a fusion between the molecular layers. The advantages of ultrasonic welding are many advantages over conventional methods. Ultrasonic welding is performed at a low temperature relative to other methods. Thus, there is no need to expend significant amounts of fuel or other energy to reach the high temperatures, which makes the ultrasonic welding process cheaper, faster, and safer. The ultrasonic welding process takes only a fraction of a second to a few seconds. Thus, it can be done faster than other methods. In addition, it can bond plastics better and faster than glue. However, there is a necessary condition for using ultrasonic waves, that is, two materials having similar melting points are required.
In one embodiment of the invention, the adhesive body and the medium layer are welded by ultrasonic, the magic tape is made of nylon, and if the medium layer is not used, the melting points of the TPU13 and the magic tape are greatly different, so that the TPU13 and the magic tape cannot be directly connected by ultrasonic welding. In addition, the magic tape has a hole, the bottom of the magic tape is not sealed, the magic tape cannot be adhered to the polyurethane 13, and the glue overflows to the upper side, so that the nylon hook surface or the nylon wool surface corresponding to the first adhering surface 231 and the second adhering surface 221 are respectively scrapped, and therefore, the dielectric layer 4 must be added to solve the problem that the difference between the melting points of the connecting body 2 and the polyurethane adhesive tape is large. The connector 2 adopts a magic tape, so that a layer of material with a melting point close to that of the magic tape is added between the magic tape 2 and the polyurethane 13, the magic tape and the medium are subjected to ultrasonic welding, and then the medium is bonded with the polyurethane by using the adhesive. The first adhering surface 231 and the second adhering surface 221 are a rough surface and a hook surface of the corresponding velcro tapes. In an embodiment of the present invention, the first adhering surface is a hook surface of the hook and loop fastener, and the second adhering surface is a hair surface of the hook and loop fastener.
In some embodiments, the first connection portion further includes a fixing unit 24 disposed away from the pulling unit 23, and a strip-shaped connection unit 25 for connecting the pulling unit 23 and the fixing unit 24, the first connection portion 21 is an integrally formed structure, and in one embodiment of the present invention, the first connection portion 21 is a hook and loop fastener, as shown in fig. 3.
As shown in fig. 1, there are three connection bodies 2, and the first connection portion 21 is connected to the second surface of the first adhesion portion 11 at regular intervals by ultrasonic welding to the medium layer 4 through the fixing unit 24. The second connecting portions 22 are connected to the second surface of the second adhesive portion 12 at regular intervals by ultrasonic welding to the dielectric layer 4. The first adhesive surface 231 is completely adhered to the surface of the second adhesive surface 221, that is, the first adhesive surface 231 completely covers the second adhesive surface 221, and the skin edges at the two ends of the wound 3 are tightly closed.
In a preferred embodiment, the first adhesive surface 231 has a length of 20mm and a width of 12mm, the second adhesive surface 221 has a length of 24mm and a width of 16mm, and the relative adhesive positions of the first adhesive surface 231 and the second adhesive surface 221 can be easily and repeatedly adjusted according to actual requirements.
The pulling force applied by the hand on the pulling unit 23 is pulled oppositely in the direction away from the fixing unit 24, so that the second pasting part 12 is pasted on the skin at the two sides of the wound 3 to be close to each other, and the edges of the two ends of the wound 3 are tightly closed.
It should be noted that the wound 3 referred to in the above description may be an incision or other type of wound.
In some embodiments, different preferred processes are selected according to different plastic materials, so that the connection mode of the connecting part and the pasting part is selected to be bonding, high-frequency welding or the like.
The strip-shaped connecting unit 25 only has the function of connection and fixation, and is not provided with a pasting area, the non-pasting area is generally at the position corresponding to the wound 3, the condition that the strip-shaped connecting unit 25 is directly pasted on the wound 3 to influence the healing of the wound 3 is avoided, and the air permeability of the wound 3 is ensured
As a preferred embodiment, the first connecting portion 21 is spaced apart from the lower and left side edges by 5mm, and the second connecting portion 22 is spaced apart from the lower and right side edges by 3 mm.

As shown in fig. 6, the first connection portions 21 and the second connection portions 22 are alternately provided on the first attaching portion 11 or the second attaching portion 12. Therefore, the relative position of the first adhesive surface and the second adhesive surface can be adjusted to adjust the tightness degree of the wound.
