Whether a single firecracker explodes or not depends on the fire transfer performance of a firing cable inserted into a firecracker cartridge in a sealed and closed state, and whether the effective explosive can be ignited to generate explosion or not. The fire-conducting ignition rate of firecracker insertion is high, the detonation rate of firecracker is high, otherwise, the number of dummies is large, and the detonation rate is low. At present, domestic civil firecrackers have no firecrackers fuse-inserting products which replace chlorate as a component. The national standard of competitive fireworks and firecrackers also stipulates that the firecracker firing line does not use chlorate in a clear text, but as a firing line insertion line which forms the most key part of the firecrackers, no one can successfully utilize new medicaments, new methods and new tools for many years, and replace the serious reality that the firecracker firing line insertion line cannot be manufactured by using chlorate composition.
Although the firecracker industry actively researches mechanized and automatic production lines after increasing the safety investment in recent years, the safety production conditions are greatly improved, but no safe medicine capable of replacing chlorate has been found in the field of firecracker insertion manufacturing for a long time. The automatic firecracker explosive loading production line is widely popularized and applied, the required quantity of the firing cable is greatly increased compared with the traditional process, and the cost of the firing cable accounts for about 20 percent of the total cost. At present, the manufacturing process of chlorate firing cable used for producing firecracker insertion is almost still in the level of the early nineties of the last century. The fuse inserting process of the existing firecracker semi-finished product produced by the automatic explosive charging production line still only can use a fuse with potassium chlorate as a composition. The potassium chlorate composition is used as firecracker fuse, so that the production cost is low, and the firecracker fuse manufactured by the potassium chlorate composition has the advantages of fire transmission performance, moisture resistance, adverse effect on fuse insertion by sealing and fuse fixing agents and other quality indexes which are far superior to those of other fuse insertion lines prepared by any strong oxygen agents in the aspects of airtight and strong state.
At present, firecrackers fuse insertion is produced in a semi-manual and semi-mechanical operation link, and raw material fuse powder is wrapped on cotton paper and then twisted into a fuse; because the lead has large storage quantity of the lead, the production safety efficiency is influenced, and great safety risks are left for the automatic assembly line of the firecrackers
