In some embodiments, a head-worn cooling device as shown in fig. 1-4 includes a mask portion B. The mask part B can be worn independently as shown in fig. 4, so as to lower the temperature of the face of a human body; the sweat-proof mask can also be worn in cooperation with the mask C as shown in fig. 2, so that the sweat amount of the face of a human body is controlled, and the damage of generated sweat to a mask melt-blown layer when the mask is worn for a long time is prevented. The following is a detailed description:
as shown in fig. 3, the mask portion B includes two mask bodies 1 and a grid connecting portion 3. The grid connecting part 3 is made of cotton products which are harmless to human bodies, such as non-woven fabric strips and the like, and is vertically and horizontally interwoven to form a grid structure. The grid connecting part 3 is positioned between the two surface bodies 1, and the left side and the right side of the grid connecting part are respectively connected with the inner sides of the two surface bodies 1.
For better connection, the mask portion B further includes a nose connecting portion 2 and a chin connecting portion 4, as shown in fig. 3. Nose connecting portion 2 and chin connecting portion 4 all are located between the concrete 1 of two sides to nose connecting portion 2, grid connecting portion 3 and chin connecting portion 4 are located the top, middle part and the bottom of the concrete 1 of face respectively, make the concrete 1 better even as an organic whole in two sides. When in use, the nose connecting part 2 is used for being attached to the nose of a human body, the lower jaw connecting part 4 is attached to the lower jaw of the human body, and the mask body 1 is respectively positioned above the cheek areas 100 on the left side and the right side of the human body. It should be noted here that, in order to make the nose connecting portion 2 better fit with the nose of the human body, the nose connecting portion 2 is of a composite layer structure and has a nose clamping layer located in the middle layer and an upper and lower cotton spinning layers, the nose clamping layer is made of a metal sheet, a metal strip or a metal plastic composite body and can be bent at will, so that the nose clamping layer fits with the shape of the nose of the human body, a better fitting effect is achieved, and the thickness of the nose clamping layer is usually 0.1-0.3 mm.
The mask portion B also includes two ear hook portions 6 shown in fig. 3 and 4. The ear hanging parts 6 are similar to the temples of the glasses in appearance structure, are respectively fixedly connected to the outer side of one mask body 1 and can be fixedly connected with the ears of a human body in a hanging way. Thus, the mask portion B is worn on the human face by the ear hook portion 6 and remains relatively fixed. The preferred connection of the ear-hook part 6 and the mask body 1 is hinged, so that the whole device is convenient to fold and store, and the space is saved. Meanwhile, in order to achieve a better fixing effect, the mask portion B further includes a head strap 5. The head bandage 5 adopts an elastic rope or a lacing structure, and two ends of the head bandage are respectively connected with the outer side of one mask body 1; the ear-hook part 6 and the head strap 5 are respectively positioned at the top and the bottom of the mask body 1. Thus, when the whole mask portion B is worn as shown in fig. 4, the ear hook portion 6 is hooked to the ear of the human body to fix the upper end of the mask portion B, and the head band 5 is fastened to the neck of the human body to fix the lower end of the mask portion B, so that the mask portion B is fixed up and down, and the mask portion B is better in fixing effect and cannot fall off easily.
As shown in fig. 5, a first inner cavity is arranged on the back of the mask body 1, and a cold accumulation bag 8 is accommodated in the first inner cavity; the cold storage bag 8 is internally provided with a cold storage material. The cold storage material is preferably a phase-change cold storage material with high cold capacity and small volume, for example, medical condensing gel is filled in the cold storage bag 8, the phase-change cold storage material utilizes the material to absorb heat to cool when the solid phase and the liquid phase change, the material not only has high energy density, simple device and small volume, but also is approximately constant in temperature, and the temperature of the system can be controlled; according to the use experience and experimental data, 180-200 g of cold accumulation material is arranged in the mask body 1, so that the mask can be used satisfactorily, and does not occupy too large use space. Before use, the cold storage bag 8 can be placed in a refrigerator or a freezer for cooling to enable the cold storage bag to be in a solid state, then the cold storage bag is taken out for use, and after the cold storage material absorbs heat and becomes in a liquid state, the cold storage bag can be placed in a cooling device again for cooling to recover the solid state, so that the cold storage bag can be recycled. The cold storage bag 8 adopts a closed bag structure formed by PE, PA or the combination of the PE and the PA, and the cold storage bag 8 is manufactured according to the general rule of composite films and bags for packaging GB/T21302-2007, so that the cold storage bag is firm, durable, safe and nontoxic. The mask part B also comprises a blocking cover 7; the blocking cover 7 is preferably made of medical silica gel materials, is connected to the back of the mask body 1, and can block the first inner cavity. The preferred connection of the body 1 and the closure 7 is illustrated in figures 5 to 9: the mask body 1 further comprises a first clamping groove 11; the first clamping groove 11 is a closed-loop groove structure which is annularly arranged on the periphery of the first inner cavity, and the notch of the first clamping groove 11 is positioned on the back surface of the mask body 1. The blanking cover 7 further comprises a first card strip 71 shown in fig. 5; the first clamping strip 71 is arranged on the front surface of the blocking cover 7 and has a shape complementary to the first clamping groove 11. First card strip 71 and first draw-in groove 11 carry out unsmooth the connection, make blanking cover 7 card with be fixed in the specific 1 back of face, such connection of dismantling is convenient to access the change to cold-storage bag 8.
When in use, the ear-hook part 6 is firstly hung on the ears of the human body as shown in fig. 4, and then the head bandage 5 is tightly tied and tied on the neck of the human body, so that the whole mask part B is fixed on the head of the human body, and at the moment, the mask body 1 is positioned right above the cheek area 100 of the human body as shown in fig. 1. Thus, as shown in fig. 9, the cap 7 can be attached to the cheek region 100, so that the cold storage bag 8 in the mask body 1 can exchange heat with the cheek region 100 of the human body through the cap 7, thereby effectively controlling the facial temperature of the human body. And grid connecting portion 3 is in human triangular space 200 this moment, and grid connecting portion 3's network structure design can guarantee not to shelter from difficult problem nasal part and oral cavity for breathe smoothly. Here, it should be noted that the mask portion B can be worn separately for cold compress of postoperative wound, and the like. The mask C can be used in combination with a mask C, specifically as shown in fig. 2, the mask C is worn firstly, and then the mask part B is worn on the outer side of the mask C, the mask C is usually a medical mask, a melt-blown cloth layer with a static structure is arranged in the mask C, and the medical mask realizes disinfection and sterilization through the static structure and blocks viruses; and such wearing manner, can go forward and control the sweat volume through reducing face cheek district 100 temperatures, prevent that too much sweat from soaking gauze mask C, harm the static structure in the gauze mask C, make and to wear the gauze mask for a long time in succession, be adapted to very much the medical personnel and be in the doctor and patient both sides in the hospital environment during epidemic situation outbreak, student's mr in the classroom uses, simultaneously because face concrete 1 is that the cover is located outside the gauze mask, some gauze masks that can load the cold compress material more existing, set up the mode in the gauze mask with the cold compress material, can deposit more condensing material, the specific 1 approximately of single face can deposit 180 ~ 220g, reach stronger more lasting cold compress effect. It should be noted here that the mask body 1 is made of an environmentally friendly and nontoxic composite modified plastic with low specific gravity, good heat insulation, high strength, low elastic deformation, and ensures the wearing comfort of the user and the effective performance of the cold compress function.
In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 5, the mask body 1 includes a first baffle 15. The first partition 15 is provided vertically in the first inner chamber, and divides the first inner chamber into a plurality of first accommodation chambers 13. The cold storage bags 8 correspond to the first accommodating cavities 13 in number and are respectively accommodated in the first accommodating cavities 13. The preferred layout is: the first partition plates 15 are two in number and vertically cross each other, and the first accommodating cavities 13 are four in number; the first partition 15 and the first accommodating chamber 13 cooperate to form a "tian" layout.
In some embodiments, the rear face of the blanking cap 7 is provided with a plurality of first clearance heads 73; the closure 7 is skin fitted directly to the cheek region 100 by means of the first gap head 73 and forms a first gap zone M between the closure 7 and the cheek region 100. The preferred layout mode here is that the number of the first gap heads 73 is 5 in total, and a five-point layout mode that one is arranged in the middle of the back of the blocking cover 7 and one is arranged around the blocking cover is adopted. The first gap heads 73 positioned on the periphery are right opposite to the lower part of the cold accumulation bag 8; the first gap head 73 located at the middle is just below the intersection of the two first partition plates 15. Such design is considered blanking cover 7 and adopts the silica gel design, and the material is softer, simultaneously because first clearance area M's existence, sinks for rocking of preventing 8 in-use cold-storage bag, makes 7 backs of blanking cover directly laminate human face and causes the discomfort, so adopts the mode of this "five dot overall arrangement", effectively supports cold-storage bag 8 and prevents to sink, also prevents that first clearance area M from becoming invalid. Wherein, first clearance area M's the purpose of setting is in order to form an air area between blanking cover 7 and human cheek district 100, when cold-storage bag 8 and cheek district 100 skin carried out the heat exchange, the cold air of cold-storage bag 8 release and the heat of cheek district 100 release all reached first clearance area M, carry out the heat at first clearance area M and synthesize, first clearance area M just has played the cushioning effect, make the heat exchange overshoot obtain the buffering and softer, further avoid the uncomfortable of the cheek district 100 rapid cooling that cold-storage bag 8 heat absorption brought too fast to feel, and then it is long when improving cold-storage bag 8 single use.
Further, as shown in fig. 5 to 9, the mask body 1 further includes a first vent hole 12. The opening direction of the first air hole 12 is consistent with that of the first accommodating cavity 13 and is arranged on the first clapboard 15; the blanking cap 7 further comprises a first through hole 72; the first through hole 72 is just below the first vent hole 12. Like this, the air that is in first clearance area M can be in proper order through first through-hole 72, first bleeder vent 12 and the external air of the face concrete 1 and replace, has strengthened the gas permeability when face mask portion B wears, and the result of use is better, and the partly heat that cheek district 100 produced simultaneously does not discharge to the external world through cold-storage bag 8 heat exchange through first clearance area M, first through-hole 72 and first bleeder vent 12 between, and the time is long for the single use of cold-storage bag 8 is further improved.
Further, as a preferable embodiment of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the mask body 1 further includes a first insulating layer 14; the first heat insulation layer 14 is made of a heat insulation material, and is uniformly covered on the cavity surface of the first accommodating cavity 13 by using tinfoil paper or a composite film, for example. The purpose of this is to greatly reduce the possibility of heat exchange between the cool storage bag 8 and the outside, so that the cool storage bag 8 can dissipate the cool air in the cheek area 100 of the human body as much as possible. It should be noted here that the first thermal insulation layer 14 is matched with the first ventilation hole 12, and the use of the first through hole 72 and the first gap zone M is a bright point in the present application, because the traditional design mode, ventilation property and thermal insulation are two contradictory designs, thermal insulation will certainly need good sealing effect, and complete sealing is impossible, the present application adopts the first thermal insulation layer 14 to cover the cavity surface of the first accommodating cavity 13, and intentionally guides cold air emitted from the cold storage bag 8 to enter the first gap zone M through the blocking cover 7 to exchange heat with heat emitted from the cheek area 100, and simultaneously air in the first gap zone M can flow and pass through the first through hole 72 and the first ventilation hole 12 to reach the outside, and exchange with outside air, thereby ensuring ventilation property in use, and it can be seen that no matter the cold storage bag 8 exchanges heat with the cheek area 100, or the first gap zone M exchanges air with the outside, because the arrangement mode of the first heat insulation layer 14 does not produce the loss of cold air, the air permeability is ensured while the heat insulation is realized, and the two purposes are achieved. It should be noted that the diameter of the first through hole 72 should be larger than the first venting hole 12 and smaller than the width of the first partition 15, so that air can effectively enter the first venting hole 12 through the first through hole 72, and the air entering the first through hole 72 will not flow back to the first accommodating cavity 13 due to the blocking of the first partition 15.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 10, a helmet portion a can be further added to cooperate with a mask portion B to achieve overall cooling of the head of the human body. The helmet portion a is worn on the human head-wearing region 300 and is located above the mask portion B.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the headpiece a includes a headpiece body a 1; the helmet body a1 has the same appearance structure as common helmet, and has a hemispherical shell structure. Collars a4 are provided on both sides of the lower edge of the helmet body a 1. The loop a4 is designed to be used in conjunction with the ear hook 6, and when the mask B is worn alone, the ear hook 6 is hooked to the ear of the human body, and when the mask B is used in combination with the helmet a, the ear hook 6 is inserted into the loop a4, and the two are connected to each other. For more reasonable layout, the preferred connection of the loop a4 is to provide a T-shaped support lug a3 fixedly connected to the two sides of the lower edge of the helmet body a 1. When the helmet body a1 is worn, the support lug a3 is just lapped on the outer side of the ear of a human body, the lantern ring a4 is hung below the support lug a3 in a penetrating way, and the design is convenient for the ear hanging part 6 to be arranged in the lantern ring a4 in a penetrating way. Wherein lantern ring a4 and journal stirrup a3 all adopt flexible material to make, prevent to gouge human skin to lantern ring a4 wears to establish the direction along ear-hang portion 6, respectively sets up 3 in helmet body a1 both sides, so that helmet portion A and mask portion B better fixed effect.
The preferred connection mode of the lug a3 and the helmet body a1 is that the lug a3 is provided with a through hole, and a second bolt a5 is arranged to penetrate through the lug a3 and is screwed to the helmet body a1, so that the lug a3 is fixed to the helmet body a1, and the detachment and maintenance are convenient. Meanwhile, the through hole of the support lug a3 is arranged to be a waist-shaped hole, and the waist-shaped arrangement direction of the through hole of the support lug a3 is consistent with the penetrating direction of the ear-hanging part 6; the total number of the second bolts a5 is two, the second bolts are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the support lug a3, and the total number of the through holes of the support lug a3 is two. Therefore, the position of the support lug a3 can be adjusted left and right, and the device is suitable for being worn by more people.
The helmet body a1 is hollow to form a spherical inner cavity, and the sandwich part a2 is covered and arranged in the inner cavity of the helmet body a 1. As shown in fig. 13, the sandwich portion a2 has an overall hemispherical shell structure and includes a plurality of sandwich bodies a 21; the sandwich body a21 is connected with each other to form a whole. The back of the sandwich body a21 is used for being attached to the human head wearing area 300, and the front is provided with a plurality of buckles a 22. The buckle cover a22 is a casing structure with a rectangular, circular, triangular or irregular cross section, and is covered on the front surface of the sandwich body a21 to form a plurality of block-shaped protrusions. As shown in fig. 14 to 16, the buckle cover a22 is hollow inside to form a second accommodating cavity a 222; the second accommodation chamber a222 accommodates the cold storage bag 8. Thus, when the helmet part a is worn, the cold storage bag 8 releases cold air and reaches the human head wearing area 300 through the sandwich body a21, so as to achieve the effect of cooling and cold compress on the human head wearing area 300, namely the forehead and the top of the head of the human body.
