Abstract
The invention provides an acid liquor temperature control method for a pickling line process section, which comprises the following specific steps that a temperature detection device 1 is arranged at each pipeline inlet 4 of a pickling tank 5, and a steam pneumatic regulating valve 2 is arranged at a steam inlet; respectively connecting the signal output end of the temperature detection device 1 and the signal input end of the steam pneumatic regulating valve 2 which are arranged in the step 1 with a control system; and starting the control system, inputting a target temperature parameter into the control system, and adjusting the opening of the steam pneumatic regulating valve 2 by the control system according to the temperature signal transmitted by the temperature detection device 1 so as to automatically control the temperature of the acid solution. The invention adopts the PID adjustment automatic control technology for the steam pneumatic valve, realizes the automatic control of the temperature of the acid solution, and ensures the rapidity and the stability of the temperature adjustment of the acid solution.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of automatic control of a pickling line process section, and relates to an acid liquor temperature control method for the pickling line process section.
Background
The consumption of hot-rolled pickled steel plates in China is initially predicted to be about 800 ten thousand tons according to the increasing trend of the consumption of the hot-rolled pickled steel plates in China, and the yield of the hot-rolled pickled plates in China is about 550 ten thousand tons according to research, so that the construction prospect of a hot-rolled pickled plate production unit is very wide. In addition, the pickling line is upwards connected with a finished hot rolled steel coil and downwards connected with a six-roller reversible cold rolling mill set of a cold rolling mill, and the requirement of the market on the pickling quality of the coiled material is greatly improved.
There are many factors that affect the pickling quality of the coil, and the change of the concentration and temperature of the acid solution has a direct effect on the pickling speed and the pickling quality. The acid washing effect can be obviously improved by increasing the acid concentration and the temperature in the production, but the temperature is more economical to increase than the acid solution concentration in view of the actual production cost and efficiency. There are two methods of heating the acid solution in actual production: one is direct heating by steam, and the other is indirect heating by a graphite heat exchanger. Because the steam direct heating can make the steam condensate water dilute acid solution concentration and be unfavorable for the pickling, make the spent acid increase in a large number simultaneously, lead to the load increase of spent acid recovery unit, so generally select graphite heat exchanger indirect heating for use.
The temperature control requirement of the acid solution is generally 80 ℃, and the fluctuation value of the temperature is +/-3 ℃. The former temperature control has low automation degree and low temperature control responsivity and precision. In order to improve the temperature control precision of the acid solution and the automatic control requirement, a new control method is required to be applied to accurately control the graphite heater.

step 1, arranging temperature detection devices at inlets of pipelines of a pickling tank, and arranging a steam pneumatic regulating valve at a steam inlet;
step 2, connecting the signal output end of the temperature detection device and the signal input end of the steam pneumatic regulating valve which are arranged in the step 1 with a control system respectively;
and 3, starting the control system, inputting a target temperature parameter into the control system, and adjusting the opening of the steam pneumatic regulating valve by the control system according to the temperature signal transmitted by the temperature detection device so as to automatically control the temperature of the acid solution.
Yet another feature of the present invention is that,
the control system comprises a PID regulating module FB41, a ramp function generating module FB312 and a high-low value amplitude limiting module FC 106.
And the PID regulating module FB41 regulates the temperature value required by the acid liquor, reads the actual value of the acid liquor and regulates the output temperature limit value.
The ramp function generation module FB312 adds a ramp curve to the temperature value output by the PID regulation module FB 41.
The high-low value amplitude limiting module FC106 performs amplitude limiting processing on the temperature signal output by the ramp function generation module FB312, and controls the opening degree of the steam pneumatic regulating valve after the processing.
The temperature detection device is a corrosion-resistant thermocouple, the measurement range is 0-100 ℃, the signal of the steam pneumatic regulating valve is 4-20 mA,

The acid solution temperature control method for the pickling line process section has the advantages that the acid solution temperature can be automatically controlled, the temperature can be automatically detected, the temperature set value can be adjusted at any time, the opening degree of the steam pneumatic valve can be automatically adjusted, and the acid solution temperature can be displayed in real time. The steam pneumatic valve adopts a PID adjustment automatic control technology, so that the automatic control of the temperature of the acid solution is realized, and the rapidity and the stability of the temperature adjustment of the acid solution are ensured.

The invention provides an acid liquor temperature control method for a pickling line process section, which specifically comprises the following steps as shown in figure 1:
step 1, arranging a temperature detection device 1 at each pipeline inlet 4 of a pickling tank 5, and arranging a steam pneumatic regulating valve 2 at a steam inlet;
step 2, connecting the signal output end of the temperature detection device 1 and the signal input end of the steam pneumatic regulating valve 2 which are arranged in the step 1 with a control system respectively;
and 3, starting the control system, inputting a target temperature parameter into the control system, and adjusting the opening of the steam pneumatic regulating valve 2 by the control system according to the temperature signal transmitted by the temperature detection device 1 so as to automatically control the temperature of the acid solution.
The control system comprises a PID regulating module FB41, a ramp function generating module FB312 and a high-low value amplitude limiting module FC 106. And the PID regulating module FB41 regulates the temperature value required by the acid liquor, reads the actual value of the acid liquor and regulates the output temperature limit value. The ramp function generation module FB312 adds a ramp curve to the temperature value output by the PID regulation module FB 41. The high-low value amplitude limiting module FC106 is used for carrying out amplitude limiting processing on the temperature signal output by the slope function generation module FB312, the opening degree of the steam pneumatic regulating valve 2 is controlled after the processing, the temperature detection device is a corrosion-resistant thermocouple, the measurement range is 0-100 ℃, and the signal of the steam pneumatic regulating valve is 4-20 mA.

The working principle of the invention is that the temperature detection device 1 is arranged at the pipeline inlet 4 of the existing pickling tank 5, the temperature detection device 1 is utilized to detect the temperature of the acid liquor in the pickling tank 5, and transmits the detected temperature signal to a control system, a PID adjusting module FB41 of the control system compares the real-time temperature signal of the acid liquor with the target temperature to obtain a temperature adjusting parameter, and outputs to the ramp function generation block FB312, the received signal of the temperature adjustment parameter is processed by an increasing slope curve, and the processed signal is transmitted to the high-low value amplitude limiting module FC106, and (3) carrying out amplitude limiting treatment on the signals to enable the range of the treated current signals to be 4-20 mA, and transmitting the signals subjected to amplitude limiting treatment processed by the high-low value amplitude limiting module FC106 to the steam pneumatic regulating valve 2 so as to adjust the opening degree of the steam pneumatic regulating valve 2.

step 1, arranging temperature detection devices at inlets of pipelines of a pickling tank, and arranging a steam pneumatic regulating valve at a steam inlet;
step 2, connecting the signal output end of the temperature detection device and the signal input end of the steam pneumatic regulating valve which are arranged in the step 1 with a control system respectively;
and 3, starting the control system, inputting a target temperature parameter into the control system, and adjusting the opening of the steam pneumatic regulating valve by the control system according to the temperature signal transmitted by the temperature detection device so as to automatically control the temperature of the acid solution.
2. The acid liquor temperature control method of the pickling line process section of claim 1, wherein the control system comprises a PID regulation module FB41, a ramp function generation module FB312, and a high-low clipping module FC 106.
3. The acid pickling line process section acid liquor temperature control method of claim 2, wherein the PID regulation module FB41 regulates the acid liquor required temperature value, reads the acid liquor actual value, and regulates the output temperature limit value.

and step 5, the high-low value amplitude limiting module FC106 performs amplitude limiting processing on the received signals subjected to slope curve processing, transmits the processed signals to the steam pneumatic regulating valve 2, and regulates the opening degree of the steam pneumatic regulating valve 2.
