There are many factors that affect the pickling quality of the coil, and the change of the concentration and temperature of the acid solution has a direct effect on the pickling speed and the pickling quality. The acid washing effect can be obviously improved by increasing the acid concentration and the temperature in the production, but the temperature is more economical to increase than the acid solution concentration in view of the actual production cost and efficiency. There are two methods of heating the acid solution in actual production: one is direct heating by steam, and the other is indirect heating by a graphite heat exchanger. Because the steam direct heating can make the steam condensate water dilute acid solution concentration and be unfavorable for the pickling, make the spent acid increase in a large number simultaneously, lead to the load increase of spent acid recovery unit, so generally select graphite heat exchanger indirect heating for use.
The temperature control requirement of the acid solution is generally 80 ℃, and the fluctuation value of the temperature is +/-3 ℃. The former temperature control has low automation degree and low temperature control responsivity and precision. In order to improve the temperature control precision of the acid solution and the automatic control requirement, a new control method is required to be applied to accurately control the graphite heater.

The high-low value amplitude limiting module FC106 performs amplitude limiting processing on the temperature signal output by the ramp function generation module FB312, and controls the opening degree of the steam pneumatic regulating valve after the processing.
