In a preferred embodiment, the preset server analyzes historical key behavior data of different users in the process of using the intelligent electrical appliance, acquires N most popular function keys, acquires N most popular position areas on the key operation panel, acquires best matching relationships between the N most popular function keys and the N most popular position areas, returns the acquired N most popular function keys to the intelligent electrical appliance as the first common function key set, and returns the best matching relationships between the N most popular function keys and the N most popular position areas to the intelligent electrical appliance as a basis for distribution of position areas of each function key in the first common function key set on the key operation panel;
the N most popular function keys are obtained from high to low according to the use frequency of the function keys by the user; the N most popular position areas are obtained from high to low according to the use frequency of the position areas by the user; the optimal matching relation between the N most popular functional keys and the N most popular position areas is obtained from high to low according to the statistical times of the most popular functional keys of the user, which are arranged in each most popular position area, and N is larger than or equal to 1. For example, following the previous example, N =4, the 4 most popular function buttons for the user are b, five cereals soymilk, according to the historical button behavior data analysis; e. quick soybean milk; f. rice paste; g. fruit juice; the N most popular location areas for the user are 1 and 8,7 and 14; and the frequency of placing b and five-cereal soymilk in the position area 1 shown in fig. 2 is 100, and the frequency of placing e and quick soymilk is 58 according to the historical key behavior data analysis, the position area 1 and the five-cereal soymilk are determined to be the best matching relationship, and similarly, the best matching relationship between other position areas and other function keys can be determined.
In one implementation, the preset server may pre-establish a user behavior analysis model, and then calculate and train the model by using a three-dimensional collaborative filtering algorithm (cube ALS algorithm), where the algorithm simulates a relationship among three-dimensional objects, such as a user, a type of a function key, and a location area where the function key is located, a cross least square method (ALS) is used to replace Singular Value Decomposition (SVD), and then user similarity is calculated by using massive user behavior data to fill a three-dimensional matrix, so that the problem of high sparsity of three-dimensional data is solved well. In addition, data are updated through feedback operation of the user, the model is continuously retrained, and the accuracy of model calculation is improved. See fig. 3 for a schematic diagram of the training principle of the user behavior analysis model. The inputs to the model are: the system comprises a user id, a function key id, a position area id and a score (which is a preferred option and can be calculated by factors such as age and region of the user) of the user to the function key, wherein the data such as the user id, the function key id and the position area id are acquired when the user generates behaviors. The model output is: and finally, calculating the most suitable arrangement of the function keys in each position area by traversing an output list of the model.
In a preferred embodiment, the historical key press behavior data includes user age and/or region information;
correspondingly, when the preset server analyzes historical key behavior data of different users in the process of using the intelligent electric appliance, obtains N function keys most popular with users, obtains N position areas most popular with users on the key operation panel, and obtains the best matching relationship between the N function keys most popular with users and the N position areas most popular with users, corresponding age weight is given to the historical key behavior data of the users according to the age range of the users, and/or corresponding region weight is given to the historical key behavior data of the users according to the region range of the users.
It can be understood that, in order to make the result obtained by analyzing the historical key-press behavior data of the user by the preset server more conform to the operation habit of the typical user of the intelligent electrical appliance, in the preferred embodiment, the age and region information of the historical key-press behavior executor are considered, for example, for an electrical appliance with a higher usage rate of old people, the weight of the historical key-press behavior data of a user with a higher age is increased, for an electrical appliance with a higher usage rate of children, the weight of the historical key-press behavior data of a user with a lower age is increased, and for an electrical appliance with a higher usage rate of young or middle-aged people, the weight of the historical key-press behavior data of a user with a age of 25 to 40 is increased.
In addition, when the service condition of the intelligent electric appliance is particularly relevant to the region information, the region information of the historical key-press behavior executor can be taken into account when the analysis is carried out according to the historical key-press behavior data. For example, when the frequency of application of a certain intelligent electric appliance (such as an electric rice cooker) in the south is high, the weight of the historical key behavior data of the southern user is increased. For another example, when the application frequency of a certain intelligent electric appliance (such as a soybean milk maker) in the north is high, the weight of the historical key-press behavior data of a north user is increased.
It can be understood that, in actual execution, the corresponding relationship between each age group and the corresponding age weight can be stored in advance according to the relationship between the use frequency and the age of the intelligent electrical appliance, so that the table look-up and calling can be directly performed. Similarly, in actual execution, the corresponding relationship between each region range and the corresponding region weight can be stored in advance according to the relationship between the use frequency and the region of the intelligent electrical appliance, so that the table can be directly looked up and called.
In a preferred embodiment, the method further comprises:
if the function keys on the key operation panel are detected to have position movement changes, the function keys with the changed positions and the corresponding new position areas are recorded, and the function keys with the changed positions and the corresponding new position areas are sent to the preset server.

In a preferred embodiment, when the key operation panel is presented, an extended function key prompt symbol is further displayed on the key operation panel, and when the extended function key prompt symbol is triggered, a preset display area on the intelligent electrical appliance displays all other function keys of the intelligent electrical appliance except the function keys already displayed on the key operation panel.
For example, the smart appliance has 14 function keys in total, but only 4 frequently-used function keys obtained by analyzing historical key behavior data are displayed on the key operation panel, and the remaining 10 function keys are hidden, when a user triggers a prompt symbol (for example, the symbol is an extended function key prompt symbol) on the key operation panel >> ) And displaying the 10 hidden function keys in a preset display area on the intelligent electric appliance so that a user can select the function keys needing to be added to the key operation panel again.

displaying a key operation panel according to key panel display result information returned by the preset server, wherein a first common function key set is displayed on the key operation panel, and each function key in the first common function key set is distributed in different position areas of the key operation panel;
the preset server analyzes the historical key behavior data of the user to obtain a first common function key set displayed on the key operation panel and the distribution situation of the position areas of each function key in the first common function key set on the key operation panel;
distributing each function key in the first common function key set to different position areas of the key operation panel, including: distributing the function keys used by the user habit in the position area corresponding to the habit distribution of the function keys;
the preset server analyzes historical key behavior data of different users in the process of using the intelligent electric appliance, acquires N function keys most popular with the users, acquires N position areas most popular with the users on the key operation panel, acquires the best matching relationship between the N function keys most popular with the users and the N position areas most popular with the users, returns the acquired N function keys most popular with the users to the intelligent electric appliance to be used as a first common function key set, and returns the best matching relationship between the N function keys most popular with the users and the N position areas most popular with the users to the intelligent electric appliance to be used as a position area distribution basis of each function key in the first common function key set on the key operation panel;
the N most popular functional keys are obtained from high to low according to the use frequency of the functional keys by the user; the N most popular position areas are obtained from high to low according to the use frequency of the position areas by the user; the best matching relation between the N most popular function keys and the N most popular position areas is obtained from high to low according to the statistical times of the most popular function keys placed in each most popular position area, and N is larger than or equal to 1.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the historical keystroke behavior data comprises user age and/or regional information;
correspondingly, when the preset server analyzes historical key behavior data of different users in the process of using the intelligent electric appliance, obtains N function keys most popular with users, obtains N position areas most popular with users on the key operation panel, and obtains the best matching relationship between the N function keys most popular with users and the N position areas most popular with users, corresponding age weight is given to the historical key behavior data of the users according to the age range of the users, and/or corresponding region weight is given to the historical key behavior data of the users according to the region range of the users.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
if the function keys on the key operation panel are detected to have position movement changes, the function keys with the changed positions and the corresponding new position areas are recorded, and the function keys with the changed positions and the corresponding new position areas are sent to the preset server.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
if the fact that the function keys on the key operation panel are removed from the key operation panel is detected, recording the function keys of the key operation panel which are removed, and sending the function keys of the key operation panel which are removed to the preset server.

The method according to claim 1, wherein when the key operation panel is presented, an extended function key prompt symbol is further displayed on the key operation panel, and when the extended function key prompt symbol is triggered, all the other function keys of the smart appliance except the function key already displayed on the key operation panel are displayed in a preset display area on the smart appliance.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
if an instruction for triggering the prompt symbol of the extended function key is received, displaying all other function keys of the intelligent electrical appliance except the function keys displayed on the key operation panel in a preset display area on the intelligent electrical appliance;
and if detecting that the function keys in the preset display area are added to the key operation panel, recording the newly added function keys and the position areas corresponding to the keys, and sending the newly added function keys and the position areas corresponding to the keys to the preset server.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
after receiving an intelligent electric appliance starting instruction, if the intelligent electric appliance is detected to be used for the first time, displaying prompt information for prompting a user to set a frequently-used function key;
correspondingly, common function keys set by a user and corresponding position areas of the common function keys on the key operation panel are recorded, and the common function keys set by the user and the corresponding position areas of the common function keys on the key operation panel are sent to the preset server.
8. A key setting method based on user behavior analysis is characterized by comprising the following steps:

and receiving common function keys set by the intelligent electric appliance when the intelligent electric appliance is used for the first time and corresponding position areas of the common function keys on the key operation panel.
