As shown in fig. 6, 7 and 8, the auxiliary support 122 is provided with a latch 13, the latch 13 includes a lock pin 132 with a lock cap 131 and a lock sleeve 134 fixed in the auxiliary support 122, a lower end of the lock cap 131 is a lock slot, an upper end of the lock sleeve 134 is provided with a plurality of elastic arc-shaped lock flaps 1341, the lock flaps 1341 extend out of an upper surface of the auxiliary support 122, a wedge-shaped lock wedge 133 is fixedly connected to a lower end of the lock pin 132, and a wedge slot 1212 is formed on a lower slot wall of the slide slot 1211 along a width direction of the slide slot 1211. Some patients may have a tendency to withdraw their arms due to pain during the insertion, the auxiliary support 122 can move relative to the sliding groove 1211, and needs to be locked relative to the sliding groove 1211, and reliable auxiliary facilities can help the patients to make positive psychological hint, so as to eliminate the fear of the insertion. the portable USB charging device comprises a main body, a USB charging interface 713 and a push-button switch 714, wherein the main body comprises an open accommodating body 711 and a cover 712 which is matched with the opening of the accommodating body 711 and is used for closing the accommodating body 711;
the supporting body 72 is a rectangular plate 721 installed in the accommodating body 711, the center of the supporting body 72 is provided with a limiting groove 722 for limiting the bearing 745, and the skin stimulation piece 73 installing holes are uniformly distributed around the limiting groove 722 at the two ends of the supporting body 72;
a skin stimulation component 73, referring to fig. 10 and 11, wherein the skin stimulation component 73 includes a cylindrical silicon colloid 731, the cylindrical silicon colloid 731 is fixed in the mounting hole of the skin stimulation component 73, a massage body 732 with a massage head 733 is inserted into a cavity of the cylindrical silicon colloid 731, the upper end of the massage body 732 is connected with one end of a spring 734, the other end of the spring 734 is connected with a pressing cap 735, and the peripheral side part of the upper end of the pressing cap 735 is glued with the upper end of the cylindrical silicon colloid 731;
a power member 74, referring to fig. 12, the power member 74 includes a micro motor 741, a gear pair and a cam plate 744, the gear pair includes a drive bevel gear 742 connected to an output shaft of the micro motor 741 and a driven bevel gear 743 engaged with the drive bevel gear 742, the cam plate 744 is fixedly connected to a transmission shaft of the driven bevel gear 743, an end shaft of the cam plate 744 is engaged with an inner ring of the bearing 745, and an outer ring of the bearing 745 is engaged with the limit groove 722;
the fixing member 75, with reference to fig. 12, includes a top plate 751 and side plates 752, the upper ends of the side plates 752 are clamped to two sides of the top plate 751, and the top plate 751 is provided with a motor slot 7512 for fixing the micro motor 741; a battery groove 7511 for installing a rechargeable battery is also arranged on the top plate 751;
the lower end of the containing body 711 is provided with a massage hole 716 for the lower end of the massage body 732 to extend out and a damping tray 715 for supporting the outer ring end face of the bearing 745, the inner circumference of the containing body 711 is provided with a side strip overlapped with the supporting body 72, and the lower end of the side plate 752 is abutted against the supporting body 72; the curved profile at the lower end of the cam plate 744 is contacted with the upper end surface of the pressing cover 735 to form a high pair; the cam plate 744 simultaneously acts on at least one pressing cap 735 and presses down the pressing cap 735 to bring the massage head into light contact with the skin.

When the button switch 714 is pressed down, the micro motor 741 is started, the gear pair rotates to drive the cam disc 744 to rotate, the curve contour of the cam disc 744 contacts and presses down a part of the pressing cover 735, the cylindrical silicon body 731 is compressed, the spring 734 is compressed to store energy, the massage body 732 moves downwards, and the massage head 733 is contacted and pressed with the skin of a certain part; with the rotation of the cam disc 744, the cam disc 744 gradually disengages from the pressing cover 735, the pressing cover 735 gradually and automatically resets under the action of the spring 734, and the cylindrical silicon body 731 can automatically reset due to the material property thereof; while another portion of the cap 735 comes into contact with the cam plate 744 and is pressed down slightly and another portion of the skin gets a slight point-contact pressure, which relieves the patient's stress and also distributes his attention to the injection site, relieving pain during needle insertion.
