Description

Method and system for monitoring tension and performance degradation of elevator traction steel belt
Technical Field
The invention relates to an elevator monitoring method, in particular to a method and a system for monitoring tension and performance degradation of an elevator traction steel belt.
Background
The elevator traction steel belt is mainly formed by fusing a plurality of steel wire rope cores which are arranged in parallel and polymer materials which are externally coated. In actual operation the wire rope core carries the vast majority of the load on the steel belt. When the elevator runs, once a steel wire rope core in the steel belt is damaged, the tensile strength of the elevator traction steel belt is reduced, and the safe use of the elevator traction steel belt is influenced. When the tension of the steel belt is unbalanced or the performance of the steel belt is degraded, the tension cannot be judged and processed in time, the service life of each part of the elevator is influenced, and the safe operation of the elevator can be directly influenced.
At present, no unified elevator traction steel belt inspection standard and method exist in China, and the current standard specification mainly aims at traction steel wire rope elevators. TSGT 7001-2009 elevator supervision and inspection rules-traction and forced drive elevators-have allowed the use of other types of suspension devices (e.g. traction steel belts). At present, no specific terms for the inspection requirements of the traction steel belt exist, and the inspection requirements of the steel wire rope in relevant standard specifications can be referred to. GB/T10060-2011 Elevator installation and acceptance Specification: the average tension of any of the hoisting ropes or chains is not more than 5%. GB50310-2016 Elevator engineering construction quality acceptance Specification: the deviation of the tension of each wire rope from the average value should not be more than 5%. The existing patents and documents are directed to the detection of a steel wire rope core in a steel belt, but the tension change and the performance degradation trend of the steel belt cannot be accurately judged. The patent 'a method and device for monitoring the condition of an elevator bearing component' is to detect the resistance of a steel wire rope core by applying an electric signal to the steel wire rope core in a steel belt, and determine the condition of the steel wire rope core. The patent elevator dragging steel belt rope breakage detection method and device detects the last voltage signal by applying the first voltage signal, and judges whether the steel wire rope core in the steel belt is normally connected, the method can only judge whether the steel wire rope core is broken, the method can not judge the tension imbalance and the performance degradation trend of each steel belt, and the accurate safety monitoring and the prejudgment of the service life of the steel belt can not be realized. The method for measuring the uniformity of the tension of the traditional elevator traction steel wire rope mainly comprises the following steps: (1) the tension meter and the steel ruler are matched for measurement, the elevator car is firstly moved to the upper two thirds of the travel, and the tension value of each steel wire rope pulled by the same distance is respectively measured by a tester at the top of the elevator car through the tension meter. Due to the difficulty in operation, the method can not only ensure the measurement precision and detect the local tension value of the steel wire rope, but also stop the work of the elevator, has low efficiency and can not realize real-time monitoring; (2) the document DGZ elevator steel wire rope tension uniformity tester research and application aims at measuring the uniformity of the tension of the traditional elevator traction steel wire rope, and the basic principle is that a relation model of radial force and longitudinal force is deduced by analyzing the deformation characteristics of the steel wire rope after radial stress; (3) the patent elevator drags wire rope tension degree of consistency analysis tester also aims at the tensile even degree measurement of traditional elevator dragging wire rope, and this instrument adopts photoelectric probe to gather each wire rope's vibration cycle respectively, converts the vibration cycle into vibration frequency, calculates each wire rope's tension percentage value through the frequency and tensile functional relation again. The testing method cannot be used for detecting the tension of the steel belt, and the functional relation of the method cannot be universal for different traction steel wire ropes.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
As shown in figure 1, the monitoring method of the invention is that after the elevator is installed, the resistance value of the steel wire rope core in each steel belt is detected in real time by the system of the invention, the tension and the performance of the steel belt are directly related to the resistance value, the tension variation, the unevenness and the performance degradation trend of each steel belt are monitored by extracting corresponding characteristic values and analyzing the tension variation and the performance degradation condition of each steel belt by comparing the historical data of the resistance value of each steel belt. The respective steps are explained in detail below.
Step 1: injecting a specific current I into the steel wire rope core of each steel belt; in the embodiment, a specific current I is injected into the steel wire rope core of each steel belt, the specific current is set according to the resistance value of the steel belt, so that the detection voltage range is in a preset voltage range, if the detection voltage range is between 0.8V and 1.2V and the resistance value of 9 layers of elevator steel belts is about 15 omega, the current is set to 70mA, namely the detection voltage value is 1.05V.
Step 2: after injecting a specific current I, detecting the voltage value U of the steel wire rope core of each steel belt;
step 3: and calculating the resistance value R of the wire rope core of each steel belt at the moment according to the detected voltage value U and the specific current value I.
Step 4: when the monitoring method is adopted for the first time, an elevator initial layer is set, the elevator needs to run in the whole process from the initial layer to the highest position and then to the bottommost layer and return to the initial layer, the whole-process data is recorded, the characteristic values of all steel belts are calculated and stored, and the characteristic values comprise: resistance r of the initial layer0(the resistance when the elevator stops at the initial floor is a calibrated value R0) Fluctuation value vpp at runtime0Variance S0 2Standard deviation S0And covariance matrix V of each root data0
Step 5: and setting a time period, storing the resistance data of each steel belt in the set time period when the elevator stops running to an initial layer, calculating and recording the characteristic value of each steel belt, and judging whether the steel belt has the problem of unbalanced tension.
Of course, the following two cases 2 can be adopted for detection in this example:
(1) regularly detecting (setting time according to requirements), wherein the elevator is in a maintenance state at the moment, recording whole-course data according to the whole-course operation from an initial layer to the highest position and then to the lowest layer and back to the initial layer, calculating and storing characteristic values of each steel strip, and if the data can be acquired by performing maintenance detection in a fixed few minutes every week;
(2) real-time detection, after elevator operation a period of time T, save each steel band resistance data, calculate the eigenvalue of each steel band and record, judge whether the steel band appears the unbalanced tension problem, wherein time T sets up according to the operational environment and the behavior of elevator, when the elevator is in the condition of frequent operation or operational environment is abominable, time T sets up to shorter time (like 3 hours), when the elevator is in the condition of infrequent operation or operational environment is better, time T sets up to longer time (like 8 hours).
As shown in fig. 2, the evaluation of the tension unbalance of the present example is performed according to the following steps:
step 51: calculating each steel belt according to the resistance value of each steel belt in the periodAnd recording the following characteristic values: fluctuation value vpp, variance S at runtime2Standard deviation S and covariance matrix V of each data, if the elevator stops to the initial layer in the period, recording resistance r of the initial layer;
step 52: judging whether the fluctuation value of the resistance of a certain steel belt is far larger or smaller than that of other steel belts or not in the period of time, if so, solving the problem that the tension of the steel belt is not uniform with that of other steel belts, namely

means the average value of the resistance fluctuation values of all the steel strips (except the m-th steel strip), a1、a2The set threshold value is indicated, and the m-th steel strip has the problem of uneven tension with other steel strips;
